This site offeres designer dresses at reduced prices. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. When it arrived, it was stuffed in a shoebox size box. The dress was a gown stuffed in that little box. The workmanship was awful and the dress was not like the one pictured on the website. Trying to obtain assistance from customer service was a nightmare and I basically had to threaten them with telling everyone I know on the internet how awful their service and product was before they would offer a refund. After advising me of a restocking fee and the fact that the dress had to be returned via a carrier that could provide a tracking number, the expense of returning the dress, made the prospect unacceptable. Do not order anything from this website! Their prices are cheap and that is because the quality and service you will receive is cheap!
Izidress is closed!?
It seems to me that this website Izidress is closed! I can't access their site and there is no way to contact anyone from customer service. I have purchased two dresses from them three months ago and since then never heard anything back. There was no payment confirmation and no tracking number.
My order did not arrive and they still have my money, and the worst part is that I can't get a refund.
Their business was closed and that's actually a good thing, but the bad thing is that they still have my money and my dresses. I need help and some advice, because I have no idea what to do next and how to resolve this situation.
As soon as you purchase a dress from IZIDRESS>COM the web site is not found. I called my bank and filed fraud charges. Don't ever purchase from any site with IZIDRESS. If it sounds to good to be true it is a scam.
Shifty Site!
Please think twice before ordering from this site. I ordered a dress for a special occasion. The dress did not arrive by the expected date. As a result, I did not have it for the occasion that I purchased it for. I learned the dress had not even shipped. I canceled the order. IziDresses refused to give me a full refund - EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AT FAULT. I asked them not to ship the dress (because I had to buy a dress locally and therefore no longer needed the dress I ordered). In the end, they did not ship the dress and only refunded me 50% of what I paid. They are unfair. They are not upfront with their policies. Customer service is nil. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this site! And if you do: Caveat Emptor! p.s. Just saw that an entire FB page is devoted to this scam company - it's call IZIDRESS VICTIMS.

I have ordered many items from IziDresses several months ago and in total there was 5 pieces of clothing!
I received only three items and everything was very poorly made and defective! There were holes and stains and everything smelled nasty.
I contacted IziDresses customer service and they offered me a refund, so I shipped everything back but never received my money.
And now there is no way to reach them because their site is now closed! So what am I suppose to do now? They still owe me and I really need help!

They are the worst !
I ordered a dress that they said was made to custom fit. The fit is awful, the dress barely resembles what was pictured and the sequins fall off at the slightest movement. I have attempted to return it but I keep getting ridiculous responses. I was told they would give me $10 credit, and $15 credit, 50% off refund, told to sell the dress, go to a seamstress and on and on. When I ask for a guarantee of the refund, I only get asked to confirm I accept their offer. When I ask for an address I get asked to confirm their offer. They also sent me an invoice $60 less then what I paid for the dress, stating that was to save money through customs. I have saved all correspondence with them in email. I would love to find a way to stop this company and all the others they have out there on the web (more than one) from even being allowed to show up on any search engine. This should not be legal.
Return policy is absolutely ridiculous!
Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous! It seems like these people will do anything to stop you from getting a refund. I ordered a dress from IziDressBuy and when I received it I was disgusted with the quality! That was the most ugliest dress I've ever seen! It was very poorly made, had some defects and some strange yellow stains on the sleeves. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that in order to get a refund I have to send the dress back to China first. Really? They also said I would be charged a 50% restocking fee! Customer service was absolutely terrible and unhelpful.
Fraud
Like many other people I was scammed and robbed by IziDresses! I am totally disgusted and shocked! When I checked the reviews I saw only positive ones, but they all are fake! So I ordered lovely cream dress and when it finally arrived I was shocked! The dress was nothing like what the picture showed on their website. It was of a poor quality and very ugly. I tried to contact them many times, but never received a response and now their website is closed! I have no idea what to do now! I want my money back and there is no way to contact them! Buyer beware! I guess there will be no more IziDresses victims since they are closed. But these thieves owe me money!
Beware!
I bought a pair of shoes which arrived in a terrible condition. Shoes were so defective that they could not be used. I contacted IziDress customer service and asked for a replacement or a refund. I spent weeks trying to get my money back but received only excuses. All I kept getting was excuses about how expensive for them it was to ship my order and they actually begged me to keep the shoes. One of their representatives even told me to keep the dress! I never ordered a dress, so it actually showed how unprofessional they are. They were not taking my complaint seriously! Stay away from IziDress.
Dress
I ordered a dress on my personnel sizes. I just received a dress that:

-does not fit even with my sizes, because having not the right sizes

Cheap Quality - Looks nothing like dress ordered
I'll be short and sweet. Tried to cancel order day after placed. They flat out refused. Dresses (I ordered three) are NOTHING like the pictures, were the wrong color, did not meet standard measurements (way too small - I measured) and material was very, very poor quality and again, did not match what was in the picture from order at all.
Refund policy is so ridiculous you would lose money in returning. This is a SCAM. Please do not order from this company. You will lose your money.
Wedding dress

The dress I ordered is NOT AT ALL respecting my personal measures I ordered it with. I look baggy and distorted in it!
One week just before the delivery (January 29th, 2016), the company changed internet domain which triggered my suspicion. It was impossible for me to join them as it was a Friday night of course! The phone number provided on the website is a complete scam. It sounded like a personal phone and voicemail, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Of course I had been debited of my account way before that (Janurary13th, 2016)
With my client number, I exchanged a few emails explaining the situation and they are trying to confuse me with questions back to me and lengthen the process of me complaining. They asked for pictures to prove my point. Which company which values its customer does that!? Then, here is the message they are sending back with no professional signature in none of the emails:

Jewelry and Dress
Upon opening package the jewelry was broken and the sizing was awful. I ordered a larger size because you can always have a garment taken up as opposed to the outfit not even fitting one butt cheek. I was so disappointed. The dress was so heavy and was shipped to me in such a small package. I wear a size 16 and ordered a size 20w. Go figure if it was the correct size, it would have fallen off of me. I told my credit card company and they are refunding me my money. When i complained to them they had nothing but excuses. Now that the credit card company closed the dispute, they are calling me every minute and emailing me. To send it back cost just as much as the outfit and broken jewelry. They refuse to send a return label. Do not use this company unless you like drama. So disappointed with them.
Mother of groom gown
I ordered a custom made mother of the groom dress. The dress I received has no shape to it. The waist was the same as the hips & backside. There is no room to alter the size. Also the dress I received was a washed out pink vs. champagne. I have gone back & forth via email, to no avail. I spoke to numerous customer service people before ordering the dress. I was assured that the material/fit would be beautiful. I have been told to give the dress away. Do not waist your time or money on this site. They also have quite a few sister sites including izidress. Buyer beware - stay away.
Unethical behaviour
This company stole over 250 dollars of me even though their refund policy clearly states that I am entitled to a full refund. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it as my payment didn't go through. They subsequently used my credit card details to attempt debit again and ignored every request relating to an order cancellation. They even deleted the submitted tickets and communication we sent, such a scam! Dealing with this company has honestly been an absolute nightmare... they are despicable, I don't understand how they are even allowed to operate!
Dress and earring/necklace set - online purchase
Do not buy from IZIDRESSBUY.COM, company will not refund you, they do not honor their return policy, I ordered a dress made of Elastic Silk-like Satin and I received a 100% Polyester Woven Dress. What is on their website is not what you receive and the fashion jewelry is of very poor quality and again no refund for dress or cheap jewelry at a cost of $19.89 that they claim to be valued at $99.00. I have sent many e-mails all they offer is a credit ranging from $10.00 to $15.00 and then they expect me to resell it on-line or to another person. Really who will buy a cheap dress and 99cent jewelry from me. The total loss I have suffered is $ 151.91, Buyer Beware, I should have believe the negative review, hard lesson learned. By the way the price includes a $19.99 charge for having it custom made. The extra $19.99 payment gave me -- Sleeves that look nothing like the on-line web picture and the fabric is awful. I am trying to deal with a problem with these guys right now I ordered a dress in my size and it came in at least two sizes smaller. When I asked them for a return address label I was told to sell my dress or give it to a friend. They refused a refund no acceptable response has comer from this company on how to return the dress. They are a ripoff company.
An evening gown
I purchased a dress on line from this company, it arrived fairly quick within 6 days, When the dress arrived I tried it on and it was way too small, and way too long, I ordered a size 7, I wear between a 5 and a 7..The dress that I receive was more like a 2 or a 3, it was way too small and way too long, and it did not look like the picture at all, I tried to contact the company but the package did not contain any return instructions, finally I email the company asking for their return address and instructions, they never provided any of this, their suggestion was for me to resale the dress or give it as a gift. They said the dress was made specifically for me, I don't understand how this was possible I never submitted ant type of measurements, I only picked a size, anyway after researching on line I finally found the address of the company and I returned the dress to them, They will not refund me my money, the dress cost $120.00 and I had to pay $20.00 to return it to them..Do not buy from this copmany
Unethical business practices
Buyer beware. I highly recommend you reconsider conducting business with this company. I ordered merchandise from this company however the merchandise was not delivered as promised. Many calls were placed to customer service and each time I was told the order had just shipped and I would be receiving it shortly. After several calls inquiring about the delivery of the order I cancelled the order. Several days after cancelling the order I noticed a charge to my credit card for the merchandise. I contacted the company and they stated they shipped the order and I would have it shortly. I reminded them that I had cancelled the order and no longer wanted the merchandise. They stated I had to wait until the order was delivered so that I could return it, once returned I would receive a credit. I immediately placed a call to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Since the merchandise was being delivered via DHL and a signature was required, I did not worry about the order. A few days later the merchandise was left on my doorstep. Apparently FabVogue contacted DHL and provided approval to leave the merchandise on the doorstep without a signature. I was now left with having to return the merchandise. DHL would not pick up the merchandise without a return number from FabVogue. FabVogue would not provide a DHL return number and insisted the merchandise be returned via the U.S. Postal Service. I will never purchase anything from this company
I ordered a dress from this company online for my son's wedding. First of all, I did not realize when I ordered the dress that it would be coming from China. When the dress arrived it was about 2 sizes to small. As the wedding date was approaching, it would not be feasible to order another dress so I contacted the customer service department to request a refund. The first email I received they basically apologized for the discrepancy in sized but asked if I could tell them what I needed them to do. I then requested, again, that they refund me. The next response was very rude response simply saying to bad you can't get a refund. I was appalled, I responded back informing them that I could not zip the dress and that it was not going to work for me, and the fact that the dress did not look like the photo. To date I have not received a response one way or another. There should definitely be a way to have this company reported to the better business bureau even though they are located in China. They are simply scamming people out of hundreds of dollars and this is not acceptable behavior. I will never ever in life order anything online especially from the ripoff company doing business as fabvoguedress, they should be called ripoff cheap dresses.
will not fix mistake on dress
I ordered a dress with specific instructions and measurements. I got the dress which did not fit. I even ordered the dress in a bigger size thinking i would rather have to taken in than for it to be to small and not be able t take it out. The dress is tight across the shoulders and under the arms. There is no room to take out the seam so it can not be altered to fit. I contacted the company by email not other way to communicate but email and wait 24 hrs for a response back. They told me to take it and have it altered. I replied I did and it can not be altered. The next response was to try and sell the dress or give it to someone who it will fit! They will not let me return it for another dress nor did they offer to correct the mistake! NEVER EVER ORDER FRO FABVOGUE DRESS Here is the response from them...totally unacceptable!
