I had Fairway Lawns service two different yards for me, mine and my dad’s. After the first service I had to call to get them to get both lawns serviced again after almost 2 months. I also requested that my dads 1940 Cheltenham lane services to be done on a Friday so I could get to my father’s on the weekend to water it. I called and emailed at least two more times asking for the service at 1940 Cheltenham lane to be on a Friday, this never happened. The lady I spoke with from Fairway lawns the second time I requested this to happen said that my request was posted to be serviced on Friday already, but she would remind them again. On 8/14/23 which was a Monday, Fairway lawns serviced my dad’s lawn again. The service notes on the service summary report stated that the lawn needed to be watered 1 inch within 24 to 48 hours like the previous service notes also requested. After paying for the the service on 8/14/23 I canceled both of the services. I wrote in the email that I was canceled the services because of some financial problems. They came out on 9/14/23 and serviced my dads lawn within two weeks of my cancellation 9/14/23 without a reminder this time. Why did Fairway lawns canceled service at my house but not on my fathers house? The email plainly said to cancel both services. So I know that they got my email because they stopped serving my yard. Finally I have spoken to customer service about these harassing, unfounded bills and they said that I was good then they came out again 10/23/23! For goodness sake I don’t want to go to the better business bureau so please stop harassing me! I will get a lawyer if this continues.
Desired outcome: Drop the bill, don’t call, send me a flyer and never email me again.
