I had such a horrible experience at the Fallas in Oxnard Ca the cashier Jackie was not happy when I mentioned a return, she claimed one of the items was final sale when no where in the receipt did it say that. She called her manager Yazmin the most hostile person I've encountered, how does she hold a position as a manager? She belittled me and ignored my presence she started helping other customers I waited 25 min to get helped because had the courage to speak up to her and I said, Can you process my return? She completely ignored me until i started recording her and then she yelled, where is your receipt? No respect for consumers her attitude was completely unacceptable she should be fired.
Their policy is to put customers first . I can't believe that I had such a pessimistic experience over an exchange . What happened to the standards ?

Today, an employee named Yeralis gave me and my family the worst service ever. She had an attitude all the time.. it started cause I wanted to pay my transaction with a visa debit card and she argued that it had to be credit. I am concerned because I have 2x called your corporate office to make them aware that the security lights on the Oakland Fallas do not come on at night. I was informed by the rep that maybe the manager wants them on during the day and not at night. This makes absolutely no sense to be why would the store want them on during the day (wasting money) and not at night. The point of the lights is to also protect the store and night.
There is a lot of activity going on behind and on the side of your store, cars being lit on fire etc since the lights are now off at night. The lights were on before at night and then changed suddenly about a month ago.

This man made accusations about me and my two sons that were not true, I told him we would never do a thing like that and he said he was 99% sure it was me. He disrespected me and my sons with deliberate discrimination and slanderous remarks on our character in front of 30plus customers and employees, without any proof of us doing anything wrong. It's was not me and my two sons he saw and we were wrongfully accused. Antioch PD was called at this point they were telling me to leave, I am a local business owner and the store is located in my coverage area not okay for me and my customers or my business.

Mahary, Nini and Monica are her daughers. I worked with Rebecca as a associate in small bridal store. We would have to help clean other and set up other locations very often. These locations would get more payroll, get more perks such as lunches etc... Later to find out the mgmt at these locations were her daughters. They all lost their jobs after HR & corporate office FINALLY listened to numerous complaints.
If you care about your associates please don't put them thru this.
refuse to refund
I bought 6 shower curtains at the Fallas store in Spring texas off of 1960 and asked when I checked out if I coud return them with receipt if they did not work for me because I was planning to use them for outdoor curtains and did not know if they would be completely right for the job. they ended upo being too short so I went back less than one week later with only one package open and the receipt. At first when i went in they said they didnt do refunds but I could get a store credit or exchange so even though i was running late for work and the line was super long, i went and picked out a few things. After waiting in line and spending time that i didnt have, They refused to give me a refund because when I bought them they were running a home sale and rang up 50% off. The manager was very rude and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I cannot believe how rude this lady was. She shouldn't be a manager if she cant even look at a customer and come to some kind of agreement with them.

Unfortunately I visited this store yesterday 3/17/18. Hoping that someone had finally cleaned up this place. Negative, its the dirtiest store I have ever seen. As you walk in, there's piles of dirt, trash and clothing on the floor. The glass windows and entry doors look like they haven't been cleaned for years. Your corporate office needs to visit this store unannounced. If there is a janitorial company that is hired to clean this place after hours, they need to be fired immediately. I attempted to push a shopping cart around the isles to know avail. I had to leave my basket behind because the isles were so cluttered with cloths, boxes, trash, you name it... On the floors. I almost slipped and fell 2 times. I felt unsafe in this store. I asked the cashier for the manager, and she said no one was available at that time. So I asked her to write down the store managers name, and I will contact them later. She said "I cant write it down, i'm afraid I will get in trouble". What is going on here? If I ever return to this store I will take pictures and submit them to the local news media to investigate the safety and security of this store.

I am complaining today because your cashier Michelle really upset me today. I told her the price on an item that was 3.99$ she refused to listen to me when I said check the price. Then she charged me 5.99 for it because she said that's what it rang out to. So I paid for it then she was wrong I brought her one with tag that said 3.99 and she had 2 refund me because she was wrong. All this could have been avoided if she had listened to me about the price. This wasted me 45 mins of my day all because she couldn't get it together.

I went to the store to return a few items that I bought that I found out did not fit after getting home because there is no dressing room. They're happy to exchange it but explain to me that regardless of the price I paid whenever it is and it whatever price it came up would be but I got back which I thought was stupid but I said okay so she scanned it and it came up the same price I paid and she proceeded to get on her cell phone and spent a good 2 minutes adding the prices of the two items I purchased inform me that I had $19.40 to exchange it for. She received the rap of the clothes in a bag and take them up and hand them to me and told me to go get what I wanted but I had to carry the bed around with me until I came back to the register, so I did so when I came back to the register although the line she had originally bring the exchanges up in was empty she, for some reason, told me no come around to this other one. No I made sure the items I selected added up to where I was only going to have to pay about $0.90 extra. But when she rang The Exchange is up again on this opposite side for some reason it came out to be less and I ended up paying $6 extra.. Now I don't understand why one register says I get $19 back and she make sure to send me to another register that reads that I only got $ 13 back hey. Seems to me but they've been the goal away to skim off money to put in their own pocket

Store 297, mcallen texas. Treats employees like dirt, no one gets a say in the process of baskets weighing pretty much twice their weight.Poor girls pulling and guys with no back supports. The things dont have wheels and almost get dismanteled. Restrooms are bad and the smell, well worse, they were in the process of closing that store, but were given a one chance. Time is up, that store is so old, it was the first heb, same restrooms.Employees no name tags, wandering around on their cell phones in pockets. Manager just lets it slip by. Need a new manager and crew, someone who is willing to turn things around. With what they have, they can change that store for better buying experience.Need to report it to corporate or ask for district manager in charge of that store. You can find cute cheap or decent price things at this fallas. But the some employees are rude. one (older Mexican or hispanic )lady who barley speaks English messed up my card transaction so it was declined . She misheard me she says"oh im sorry i dont undertand" pointing at the register.the manager comes (black women between 26-33)she and the manager couldn't refund me . I been there abouT 30-40 mins. Im holding up the line so a male employee opens a 2nd register.i told her next time have someone who speaks english and to run the register. She says "im sorry mam we give everyone eqaul opputunity" i say give someone who is better qualified to do it she just repeats her self.i left my info and asked her to call when she was done. I apologized about what i said . Even tho its the truth. I went the next day.And when I was talking to a different store manager. (Young hispanic woman named veronica)The old lady who barley knows English asked the male employee(white hispanic mid 20s ) from last time if he remembered me and he was sticking out his tounge behind my back. Both of them mocking at me the only reason i knew was because my mother was standing watching. And they didnt know she was with me. And when she said that was rude and she saw him. All he said was i know mam. Yes. Repeated it several times. But never apologized. Another day later I went again and manager still hasn't called to let me know about my card. She sees me come in and when I go to register because i am exchanging something she gos to the back and even when the woman helping me pages her 3 times. I'm waiting for going 10 minutes she stays back there so a different manager comes to help out and both cashier and manager are saying they don't know why she's not coming and both are baffled. Another day later I come in and purchase something and I get the same manager who couldn't refund me and she doesn't say a word about my card transactions. What a poor excuse for a manager un professional. and so are some of the employees rude and immature. The unprofessional . And when my father went and bought a belt from there the male who was mocking me short changed him. And when my father told him what he did. He couldn't calculate how much he owed my father my father did it for him. The employee looked like a fool. The only helpful one was veronica (another manager) she did call me and told me she would call me when she got it done . But hasn't yet.
customer service so rude, they stole me!
I went to the store on november 25 to do an exchage of two mens pants, when i arrive the cashier told me to leave the bag with the pants there and she ask me for the receibe so i gave it to her, then i went to pick up stuff (pretty much by the way) and i totally forgot abaut the exchange so i just paid the merchandice and i went home. I went to fallas again on november 27 to get my exchange and they told me that they didnt know where tha bag was, they told me to come back next day to talk with a diferent cashier so i did it and the other cashier told me the same, so ask to talk with the manager and they told me that she was not there so that i had to come back the monday 30 ! ok i did it i went again! the manager make me wait her for an hour! and she said that they just lost the bag !and that she couldnt do anything for me ! they stole me! no money back! no merchandice !

As consumers, we choose to shop at discounted merchandise stores but this does not mean we choose to experience cheap customer service. Under-paid and under-educated employees need the appropriate training from leadership in order to teach them how to properly deal with customers on a daily basis. Also to remind them that the reason they have a job is because people choose to shop at their store. Friendly customer services always makes for a returning customer. This evening we were at fallas merchandise store #427 and made a $200 purchase. We were walking down an aile searching thru curtains and my best friend accidentally dropped one on the floor in her search for the matching one. We were approached by sales associate "rhonda" in a rude and hostile manner asking if we were "going to pick that up!" we continued down the next aile discussing what just happened and she again approached us and threatened to have us kicked out of the store for no good reason. Absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. We quickly decided to leave the store and left items on the shelf attempting to depart the store as quickly as possible and naturally upset at the associates conduct. The "manager" marvin stormed past us, glaring at us, on the way to the check stand holding the items we left behind. Once we approached the check stand, we attempted to explain the behavior of his employee and the reason we were trying to leave. The manager did nothing to resolve our issue or make us feel like our business was appreciated. Again, just because we choose to shop on a budget, shouldn't mean we need a discount on customer service. Distraught consumer

HELLO, My name is Termaine Battle, i am a frequent shopper of fellas being that it is close to my office building . I have recently visited your store at 7417 southwest freeway houston tx 77074 on 10/20/2015. I made a few purchases that were to my liking. However there was one product that was not. The convington underwear sku 874761. Priced at $5.39. The package is clearly labeled briefs and there is a picture of boxer briefs on the front, as well as on the description on the back . Due to the product being falsely advertised, I attempted to exchange the product today 10/21/2015. I was advised no returns or exchanges, , but the recept says exchanges excepted in 30 days. I spoke with assistant mangaer jaqueline who could not help me, I asked for a manger and i was advised there is no other manger on available.I explained the package was false advertising and would like to just exchange due to that fact. I have no vehicle, i only shop in my area. This is poor customer service and lack of problem solving ability. I will not shop at a retailer who will not exchange unworn merchandise with receipt. I visited yesterday July 7, 2015 Fallas Paredes on Hwy 6 and Bellaire in Houston Tx, 77083 I went with a friend. I am a client for many years on this store . My friend was very happy to see the prices, she started trying clothes, she was really surprised that the store does not have fitting rooms, she lives far away from the store and she said I have to be sure that I don't have to go back all the way here to return the merchandise. An African American woman probably 65 years old, named Barbara started screaming at my friend for trying on the clothes, my friend apologized. I asked her why the store does not provide fitting rooms where customers can try the merchandise? then she started screaming at me. I had two blouses on my arm that I was wanting to try on, she get so mad at me. I told you!, you cannot try the clothes on if you do or I am going to call the police.! my name is cynthia rodriguez and I work at the store #129, and there has been a new hired manager and her name is Magdalena G. l. known as Maggie, and since she has been hired, I feel that she has harassed, discriminating against me and treating very unfair, I've worked there since February 1, 2015, I always been a hard worker, always on time, responsible, and with great customer service. since she has been there she given me a very hard time to work, giving me write ups, for little simple things instead of having communication with me, all she does is write ups, and last year around November and December those, where the two months of the holidays, I was getting crazy hours, coming out around at 2 the 3 in the morning going home, and now I've only have two days scheduled of the10 hours a week, and other employees have gotten more hours and days of work. I only get about 10 hours a week and that's scheduled only for 2 days split in half, working 5 hours 1 day and another day 5 hours. she has rude way of speaking, and always seems she give me a harder time to work, shes is unfair, she favorites others, that she treats better, and me is like Im not employee like every other associate that works there. im always under stress, I cant feel comfortable when I go to work, oh other thing she wont approve a day off for me on Sunday, I have no babysitter for my little baby boy, other days of the week I could work just not this day, thats all I ask and purposely she schedules me on Sunday when I begged her not to schedule me on that specify day and so I have to call off work this Sunday, it was January 31, 2016, and so for I got a write up because I missed work that day. there was another incident that happened, I exchanged a work day with an associate, I gave her my Sunday and she exchanged one of her work day with me, and Maggie was present wheni asked her if t was okay she replied " well that's between u guys" and she gave me write up for that, the very next two days, then she said that day I was scheduled on January 27, 2016, that she said I was shopping in store while on the clock but I was looking at items, but I didn't purchase any items that day, and so for that I got a write up. then when I ask her for my schedule, she says" I cant give it to you over the phone, you have to drive here and get it yourself", I don't mind the drive but the thing is if another associate asks for there schedule by phone she gives them there day there scheduled .she has bad communication and I feel discriminated and harassed. please get back to me, I need to speak to someone of this bad situation. my number is [protected] (cell), [protected] (house). thank you for taking the time for reading this.
