this salon needs to make some major changes
My daughter was given a perm in our local Fantastic Sams Salon the girl Brandy who was doing the perm got solution in my daughter's eyes left her for long periods of time she had to be called back to complete the process she soaked my daughters top so bad my son had to come and bring another shirt to the salon this was an awful experience and I paid $52.00 for the service I think that if your employees don't want to provide good services they should not be working. I would not recommend your salon to anyone if anything I am trying to tell as many people as I can how bad this salons services are. This salon needs to make some major changes.
the manager simply refused to refund my money
I have done home perms my whole life. The week before Christmas I decided to "pamper myself" and get a professional perm. I told the stylist in Shiloh, IL only two things: "My hair takes curl very easily" AND "My hair has to stay one length from the top to the back because I had radiation therapy (cancer treatment) 25 years ago and the hair doesn't grow on the back of my head/neck."
When I got done with the perm, she cut tons of hair because the ends of my hair didn't take the perm and were completely straight.
She did cut the hair into layers, even though I had stated that I didn't want it cut.
Today I went back to show them how fried/awful my hair looks. They refused to refund my money ($65) and offered to give me a "conditioning treatment."
I told them I didn't want them to do anything else to my hair. That I had to wear a Santa hat the whole week of Christmas -- and that my hair is the laughing stock of my family.
The manager simply refused to refund my money.
I WANT A REFUND! -- and I will never return to Fantastic Sams . AND I don't have to tell people how bad it is -- they just look at my hair. My hair has not been this short since I had chemo and radiation. It will be 6 months before I can even try to curl it.
BAD, BAD job. I would like a REFUND. I would be happy to send photos to the corporate office of "before" and "after."

they have ruined my hair
Before new years, totally destroyed my hair, uneven, overcut, stylist never listened to me, Owner called back to put a show of my stylists have many happy customers and when you left, you were not mad, If you want to screw your hair right before new years, if you have real nice gorgeous hair that every one complements and you want to be like, "OMG what happened to your hair, If you want to call the owner and owner says, every one says your hair was fine when you left, if you want to encounter a nightmare for your new years. Then Fantastic Sams West St Paul(Dec 2009 was my experience) and Fantastic Sams inver Grove heights, MN ( April 2009 was my experience) is where you can send your enemy to get her hair ruined. The sad part is you are hurt, your hair is runied, then you get a diplomatic defense specialist owner who wants to tell you, " you are the problem, if you are not happy with your hair", "you are the problem if you told stylist to do sth and she did opposite, you are the problem, because 10 Minutes communication is not enough, you are problem, because some one else asked you to cut your hair and you have told her, when the lady I spoke with, knows what I need to be done, you are the problem, because you accept, to go to a cheap place, pay cheap money, you risk to get your hair to be ruined, that is what you feel you are getting, I kept telling the owner, I am sorry, you are telling me, I am not aware my hair is ruined, because you I was seen tipping your person, because I did not scream, , , ..., I am writing this, because as a woman I understand, how important this is to us, and how painful it gets when we get our hair ruined and over cut. Specially that to my experience, the owners of such Salons want to tell you, it is your fault, you are over sensitive, lets ruin your hair before New Years, so what, it is going to grow back, ...Ok, it is a Cheap Salon, Ok, you risk it when you go there... but I am telling you may be you can pay few more dollars and do not Risk going to Fantastic Sams West St Paul, MN... or Fantastic Sams, Inver Grove heights, MN. Because the Pain is sever and all you get, IF YOU GET IS YOUR MONEY BACK NOT YOUR HAIR.

Wife got her hair cut in Owosso mi. for the second time.
1st time the male hair stylist went to where my wife works and apologised, wife accepted and went back to him again.
this time it was worse. tried the manager route and have been met with an aggresive, doubting individual, uses leading comments like "you know" trying to get you off her back. stay away from this place. this guy trashed the owner of the store who is a micro biologist working in lansing mi using the store as a tax write off. nice...resolutions end at the store. no satisfaction... wife may have been in error for going back but felt he was sincere.
I had a haircut at my local Fantastic Sams just prior to going on a work trip/vacation. The stylist left it too long, so it would not hold any curl. Instead of sleeping in the morning after I returned home, I went in to have my haircut completed so I would no longer look like a man. I was told it was too late to fix the cut.
I asked the stylist to place a comment in my file saying that the cut I had received was not acceptable. She looked at me blankly and thought I wanted to hire her for a new cut.
I understand and accept that Fantastic Sam's will only back their work for seven days and that I was not able to return within that window of time. My disappointment goes beyond that. First, I am disappointed that I received a sloppy haircut in the first place and secondly that the shop was not interested to record customer dissatisfaction.
This shop is near our home and we thought we had found a place the whole family could use. Without quality control, we will not return.

I went to Fantastic Sam's yesterday and came out with the worst haircut I have ever had! It looked good until I got home and discovered how she butchered the back of my head. Sara (at the West Bend, WI location) spent more time interested in the conversations next to her that I had to ask her numerous times if she heard what I said - "umm hmm." I asked her if she knew how to feather and layer my hair - I could have done a better job myself! Don't bother wasting your money - spend a few more dollars and go to a reputable stylist. Another tip - never trust someone who has PINK streaks in her hair to cut your hair! Total waste of money.

I was greeted by a stylist at 3:05 and was the next person in line. 3 people came in after me. The 4 Stylist working had continuous chatter among themselves for 20 minutes. 2 Stylist clocked out when a woman appeared from the back and took a customer who came in 15 minutes after I did. When I confronted the 2 Stylist about the situation I was told it would be a couple of seconds. After waiting for 5 more minutes with no response, I walked out the door. Total time of 45 minutes with no haircut. I'm in the service industry and would be out of business if I showed half the lack of service as your workers.
I would just like to say the people who work here are VERY unprofessional. We had a death in the family, and after the running around and trying to relax ourselves, my mother and I went to treat ourselves to lunch at the Subway next door in the strip mall. Three Fantastic Sam's employees on their smoke break insulted my mothers grey roots as we were in passing. My mother said, 'I heard that, ' and they were like, 'oooooooooooh we're so scared.' After thinking about the hurt we dealt with with a dying relative amongst other things, my mother walked into Fantastic Sams and complained to the manager at front, and one of the employees was next to him.. My mother said, 'You know, I've been going through a personal traumatic event in my life. I've just lost my mother, so I've hadn't had a chance to fix my roots. You have some audacity and nerve to talk about strangers in passing. You think I didn't know my roots are gray? Maybe I want to grow them out. But you know what? After what your employees deliberately made fun of me, I will never want to support your business.'. The manager was shocked, and needless to say, the employees didn't expect my mother to walk in and defend herself. Never insult someone, you never know what they are going through. I didn't realize how cruel and mean people can be.
I completely agree with the post above but I don't think the problem is the pink-streaked hair dresser at the Fantastic Sams in your home town but any Fantastic Sams in general! Last week I went to the new Fantastic Sam location on Lake Pleasant Pkwy in Peoria, AZ to have my hair colored which I've done often - not at this location but at Fantastic Sams. The girl who did my hair was very uninterested in me and my time and left me in a chair "to process" while she took other clients for a hair cut. Over two hours later I told her I was on a time constraint and really needed to get going so I would have to pass on the haircut following the color. When the towel came off, my mouth dropped open. Two words: Orange Hair! Yes, I had to get it fixed a paid a different location to do so.
This evening my husband took my son for a hair cut at the same location. They told the girl a 3 on the back and sides and 2 inches on the top (my son has curls) well, he came home looking like he was ready to enroll in the Marines. Chopped off! I am seething mad-and to believe my husband actually paid for such crappy service! I will be calling them tomorrow and meanwhile post everywhere I can advising people to really think twice before using ANY FANTASTIC SAMS at any location. The only thing Fantastic about them is their ability to fantastically ruin so many haircuts/color jobs in a week!

My 92 year old Mom wanted a Permanent in her hair for Christmas.
I took her to Fantastic Sams located at 1524 W. University Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday, December 19, 2009. I was surprised that we could walk right in and get a perm immediately, no appointment, no waiting. That should have been a warning to me.
The hairdresser was J. Washington. I asked that he give Mom a “curly” perm and he showed me two rod sizes and asked which one I wanted used. He wanted to use the larger white ones “To avoid frizz” but I chose the smaller grey ones for she wanted an easy care hairdo with lots of curls.
He wet her hair, but did not shampoo it, in preparation for the perm. After the perm was finished he prepared to cut her hair and I told Mr. Washington that I was not a hairdresser so I needed his advise about the cut…please tell me whether or not a blunt-cut, with the hair length to come to the bottom of her ears, would give us the desired curly style. He assured us that it would, however, when finished he had left her hair somewhat longer than we had asked. We did not complain.
By the next morning it was obvious that the Perm did not take at all, Mom’s hair was poker straight, so on Monday morning we went back in the shop. We had attended a family Christmas Party on Sunday, and everyone was shocked to learn she had spent the day before in the beauty shop.
There were two different operators in the shop when we returned and they looked up Mom’s records and said that Mr. Washington “Must have done something wrong with that perm.” It was finally decided that perhaps he should have shampooed her hair before Perming it.
Both operators said that they would RE-DO Mom’s hair for her. They did, this time using tiny PINK rods, to get the desired CURL. As Mom was finished and getting out of the chair a woman who claimed to be the “MANAGER” (name unknown) came storming into the shop in an agitated state and confronted me saying “THIS PERM IS NOT GOING TO BE FREE, ” and that I was going to pay “FULL PRICE FOR THE SECOND PERM”
She claimed that I had “Asked for the grey rods” and that I had “Asked for the blunt-cut.”
Neither claim is correct. Somehow, according to her, this was supposed to be the reason the Perm did not take in Mom’s hair.
The only reason I allowed them to Re-Perm Mom’s hair is because they had indicated to us that they would make the first perm good because Mr. Washington must have done something wrong for her hair to look like that.
Before I could get out of that shop this “Manager” embarrassed both me and my Mom and been very verbally abusive….she had called me both a liar and a thief.
When I went to the front desk to pay AGAIN for this perm so I could get out of there, this “Manager” came stomping up to me and demanded in a loud voice “YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO WALK OUT WITHOUT PAYING ME, DON’T YOU?”
On Saturday I paid $55.00 for the Perm and on the following Monday I paid $45.00 for the second Perm.

I went in yesterday to Fantastic Sams to get my hair cut, dyed and highlighted. The manager is the one who did my hair 5 hours later I was left with purple, brown, pink and blonde hair. She also used clippers and shaved the back of my hair. I went in and asked for an inverted bob and a red brown with blonde highlights. What I left with was horrible. My mother called in to get the owners name and phone number and the manager who did my hair told her that the owner said for no one to speak to us any more that they would fix it. Why would I ever go back to the woman who took 5 hours to turn my hair 5 different colors and shave my head! I deserve a refund!

The manager Tammy did my hair, what I asked for was an inverted bob and brown and blonde highligts. My hair is short it took her 5 hours when she was done I had purple, pink, blonde, and brown hair and she shaved the back of my head. My mom called for me to file a complaint and she refused to give her the name and phone number of the ower stating They both believe I was completely satisfied with my hair we insisted on the owners name but the manger said no and she wouldn't speak to us anymore. I have asked for a full refund and they have refused.

Came to get my eyebrows waxed. Dark haired lady (red face) put wax on one eye, wax on other eye then strip pressed then strip pressed. She was talking to co-workers & I expressed my consern that I've never had the strips left on for so long. She said she did it all the time, that's what the powder is for & not worry!
She ripped off (hurt a little more then normal). Never cleaned up top or sides but I was so worried about how they looked I just left after paying 10.00 & tipping her 5.00. This was Thursday.
I came home very red & swollen & cleaned up what she left. Friday, sore & red. Saturday morning I woke up with scabs on both eyes! I went right to the store & not only did they not want to give me my money back they acted like it was no big deal, never said sorry & the chick who did it had a smirk on her face when I expressed how upset I was.
Do Not Go There For Any Waxing!
I have been growing my hair out for nearly a year, keeping it long and layered. Went to Fantastic Sams for a trim. I only wanted about 2 inches off. The girl took off about 5 inches. My hair was past mid-back and it is now just slightly past my shoulders. I paid and left without saying anything for fear that I would lose my temper too badly. I went home and cried for hours. I spent all that time trying to get my hair long again and now I have to start all over. I will never go there again. And for anyone who says don't blame the salon, blame the girl who did it, I do blame the salon for hiring someone who very obviously had no idea how to listen to what the customer wants. I have been in tears for 2 days because of this place. I would not recommend it for anyone.
My horrifying experience with their untrained staff, was Dec, 27th, 2017. Yes right before new years. Their staff over cut my hair, uneven, lots of extras, never listened to me, after I made a complaint, the owner tried to convince me my hair is fine, without even looking at it. Did not send me a refund and started to tell me how good is her employee without even addressing my problem. I had grown my hair for 9 months and they TOTALLY RUINED IT. Owner used my 4 USD tip against me, telling me, I was happy. I was not happy, but I came home and that is when I start screaming. It took me 10 minutes to beg her to ask her NOT to over CUT my hair, she did, I asked her NOT to do what she wanted to do and that is cutting my hair short like herself and she still did... If you want to runi your hair Go there.
The young girl there is rude and totally unprofessional. I literally got the worst haircut in my life. She rushed thru the whole thing and was rude thru it all. She was pregnant and obviously angry about it. she takes her anger out on customers. I saw a poor woman getting her haircut before me, and the woman was trying to be social with this young mean girl, and the girl giving the haircut ignored her and i felt very bad for this customer.
I will never go there again. So be warned, if you go there your really asking for a terrible haircut and unprofessional service.

I DIDNT NOTICED HOW BAD THE CUT WAS UNTIL THE NEXT DAY I WENT IN FOR HIGHLIGHTS. TO MY SURPRISE SHE WAS FIRED. Fantastic Sams in Plano Tx. on Independence OMG! Ruined my hair the top looks like he gave me a bowl cut, then the middle looks like he forgot where he started the bowl cut and the bottom looks like he went all mullet on my ***...OMG! all I can do is cry! and then on top of it my 13 year old 34.95, my 11 year old 21.95, and mine he says "and for you 19.95"... I smiled then asked WHAT? I made my ... husband proud...smiled paid the man and even gave a tip to all of them...
They ripped me off it says right when you walk in women's cuts $16.95! What the ***? It ended up costing me over $85.00 and I can't get my hair back! He ruined my hair, my self esteem, and now I'm so depressed I won't leave my house and if I do I have to wear a hood of some sort! I feel like I was beaten and robbed...I wish I could sue! Make them feel like they made me feel!
I went into fantastic sams the day before my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend, i explained to the lady (lori clark) about a hair cut that i liked that i had before, choppy waves. well she started doing my hair and cutting it, she talked to me about what i wanted and i told her, and then said but you're the professional so do what you think, she cut my hair and i went ahead and paid and left (my hair was curly so i couldnt tell what it looked like till i straitened it, it had been cut looking like my natural hair was at my chin and that i had put extenstions in it, i hurried to a different salon, (sams was closed) and the woman gasped when she saw my hair, she fixed it for me thank goodness, but when i went the next day to show the pictures to the salon that did this, they wouldnt refund my money, were completely rude, and claimed i should have let them fix it! why would i let them touch my hair again after it looked like a five year old cut it! i will never go back again and am calling the better business bureau about them. (still have the pictures too)
I called the day before to check around on prices for a highlight and cut because I had an exact amount of money to spend, I called a few places and finally called Fantastic Sam's in Boonton, NJ. I specifically told them I had a certain amount of money to spend and they stated that the total cost would be $50 for highlights and $25 for a cut so the total was to be $75.00.
I called once again before coming and even stated to them "Hey I have an appointment in a couple hours for a highlight and cut and I need to know the total price so I can bring the exact cash with me" once again they informed me it will be no more than $75.00 total. I went in and Kelly cut and foil highlighted my hair. Just so you know I have very short hair. Ive had this procedure done a million times in my life and it went as normal and took about the same amount of time and work as any other time Ive had a highlight/cut done. Nothing special happened nothing more or less than was supposed to. Upon checking out the receptionist said "Okay that'll be $102.95. I was like um, I called two times to be ensured that it was $75.00 and the stylist was standing right there and said well I had to do extra work on your hair and had to use six extra foils and charge $4 for each extra foil so the extra wortk she did came to $25 more than promised. I was embarrasssed because I did not bring $102 as I was ensured two separate times it was going to be $75. I had to go get my credit card and use that! This pissed me off totally! Then she was like d"okay how much tip will you be leaving on your card today? I even gave a cash tip of $8. So basically I spent over $110 for something promised to be $75 or less. Most of the reason I'm mad is because I called TWICE to MAKE SURE of the price!
Had a bad hair cut more than that was a horrible experience the barber(hair cutter) did trim or cut the shapes not too bad but the way it was handled was too rough as if she would scrape the scalp off and peel skin from neck while doing fine trim. Shaping is ok should probably be a good lawn moover or a gardener but not for humans who experience pain.
I went there today to get a different style. I have been growing my hair out from an invert bob. I showed the stylist the picture from there book that I wanted. She did an ok job on my highlights but on my left side she could of got closer to the scalp. I will be needing a touch up on it soon.When she was done It didnt look like at all the picture .she said the person in the book has extensions and that the hair has pins in it where it looks like she has a layer on the upper part of her head. i also walked out mad without saying anything after giving her a small tip I was thinking I shouldnt of gave her a tip

I visited fantastic sams last week to get my hair colored before my wedding. I asked for a full foil and all over color.. The lady who was NOT doing my hair walks over during the consultation with my stylist and says.. "Ooh, your hair is actually considered to be "Extra Long!" I thought she was kidding! My hair is only just past my shoulders.. So I continued with the service. So the foils were in my hair, and the color was on, meanwhile - bleach is in my hair- my stylist decides to take on another haircut while I am just sitting there waiting.. turning whiter and yellower. Finally she rinses my hair and half way blow dries it because they were closing. Upon checkout the other lady who was NOT my stylist comes to the desk and charges me for the "extra long" hair, and 4 bowls of color that wasn't even used on my hair! I didn't even get a chance to really decide if I liked my hair or not because they were closing and were more concerned with going home than how my hair looked.
I was charged 170.00 and even gave my stylist a 14.00 tip in cash. The other stylist should have minded her own business instead of trying to "teach" this new stylist how to rip people off.
I contacted the manager the next day and she asked me to come in and show her my hair. So I did.. She said my hair actually IS considered "extra long" So I asked her if I could see the chart they follow to determine length. The picture she showed me had a girl with hair down to her chest.. And appartently ANYTHING past your colar bone is considered EXTRA LONG. No.
They told me how great my hair looked just to get me out of there, but when I went to do a practice updo one whole side of my head was missing highlights and in my bang area, also NO highlights. It looked horrible!
So I tried getting a hold of this Manager, Pam, for a whole week by the time I just went somewhere else to get it fixed - another 70 dollars out of my pocket because Fantastic Sams does NOT care about your hair.. Only the money they can put in their pockets.
So very dissapointed. DO NOT GET COLOR DONE AT FANTASTIC SAMS!

I DO NOT run my salon this way and I would have been more than willing to bring you back I'm and make you happy! I hope you don't have a bad view on all of us. We are all privately owned and operated and again I'm so sorry you had this happen! I promise we aren't all about money. We LOVE to make our clients happy.

NEVER GO THERE - or you will get un-trained people with lack of basic customer service skills. spend the extra money, even just for a trim or you might have 4 inches cut off your hair and pieces sticking out and rude people telling you to "ENJOY" the horrific hair cut. went to have my hair TRIMMED. Was about 3 inches lower than my shoulder. simple hair cut, long layers on very straight hair, they ended up TAKING OVER 2 inches, now at my shoulder length, not even 10 minutes on it and i left with wet hair. got home, it dried i was HORRIFIED. IT looked like my 2 yr old neighbor took the scissors to my head. There were pieces just CUT up to my CHIN STICKING OUT.Called back and they told me to come back and that the head stylist/manager would fix my hair free of charge. went back, she was very rude as i was sitting there in tears. TOLD ME THE HAIR CUT WAS A GOOD ONE THEN OVER 2 INCHES WERE CUT OFF AGAIN AND NOW MY HAIR WAS UP TO MY CHIN. The parts that were sticking out didn't look as bad, not like a child cut them, but still just as outrageous. she told me "GO DYE YOUR HAIR AND THE HAIR CUT WILL LOOK LIKE IT SHOULD" two days later, asked for my money back. then was told to enjoy the bad hair cut.

i went to fantastic sams hair salon in inverness fla on monday may11, for just a hair tri. and to have my hair thinned out, got home and realized the lady that cut my hair had left my hair uneven and in some spots not even layered like she was instructed to do. many occasions she would stop cuttung my hair to talk to the girl working next to her about them going to tallahassee for the weekend. then would return to cut my hair. then she would have to look and see where she left off, then she woud try and go so fast to hurry to finish with me so she could finish her conversation with the other girl about going away, never again would i or even suggest fantastic sams to anyone, they are rude at this location and therefor i am not the only one to have problems with this inverness location of fantastic sams, recently i have found out about others with the same probelms . since this i have had to REPAY! some other better suited person to straighten my hair out, and this is not right but what am i to do other than try to get the word out DO NOT USE FANTASTIC SAMS IN INVERNESS FLA! you will have to pay double to get it redone...
they burnt my head!
I went there to get a simple highlights. Nothing out of the ordinary. She did the highlights in foils. Everything was fine until I got under the dryer. The back of my head started to burn terribly. I jumped up and started puling the foils out of my head since the hairdresser would not. This resulted in my hair falling out and having a bald blistered open wound on the back of my head that was about 2"x2". Took five months and about 20 doctor visits to get the wound healed. It was still bald. I was then referred to a plastic surgeon. I have since had 3 surgeries trying to replace the hair. Nothing has worked and I still have a bald spot along with hideous scars from all the surgeries now. The plastic surgeon did a scar revision too. That part is still awful. I have a lawsuit against them. I would not suggest going to Fantastic Sams, at least in Florida.

I worked for Fantastic Sams three different times. I am not sure about their health benefits, It depends on the Franchise owners if they send you to their knowlegde classes on colors, perms and prouducts. The classes are great, good information. It depends on the franchise owners, if your hours will be divided between one or more shops, your schedule might not be the same each week, and you get sent home when it's slow. your down time might be spent cleaning things that ARE ALREADY CLEAN.

I was charged 62.5% more for my hair cut. because my hair was "long" and "thick" I am not sure what that means. My hair is a little longer than my shoulders and healthy. They did not tell me what I would pay extra until it was too late to do anything. I only went to this CHEAP place because I wanted to save money, instead I was ripped off. It is wrong to make up prices after services are provided. It was a rip off.

I used to work for these fake people. They are the worst people to work for. They promise you one thing and do another. The owners claim to be Christians and talk more about the people that come in there than i have ever seen. I hope they go down in business and i will see that they do. my clients refuse to go in there because of the atmosphere they have made. When the owners come in everyone freezes because she is so bipolar you never know what you are going to get. For anyone that goes there please don't waste your money and support these fake owners that treat their employees like crap!

I am a former employee as well. Central Florida, the owner has 6 or 7 shops along the coast here. These chains have one goal only... TO MAKE MONEY FOR THE FRANCHISE OWNER ... the cosmetologists are dispensable in thier eyes. I sued. Lost due to the employer and his management lying under oath. I knew they would, but had to follow through. Go to a private establishment, please!
Franchise owner really need to treat their stylist better, I know for a fact if a customer does not like what I do I hear about it and it goes to the top, but if a franchise owner does not treat their stylist right it seems to go no where and it huts the stylist reputation.

My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin. The result was a VERY uneven cut, above the bottom of her ears. They left her hair wet and uncombed. I was shocked to see her when she arrived home. She wept after looking at herself in the mirror. Her hair looks like that of a little boy.
I called to complain, to be greeted by a woman (Nora) who spoke in broken english and hung up on me when I asked to speak to the management. I called back two more times, and reached an women who spoke good english. She told me that one of the owners would respond to my call, but 'don't hold your breath'. Sunday January 22nd @ 11am. I had my hair colored and cut at the Latham NY location. My hair looks like I used a box dye on it, it looks terrible wasn’t worth $170 at all. Everyone says it looks like I used box hair dye. I would like a refund or a gift certificate it wasn’t worth the price at all.
The big blonde purple haired girl there is rude. Ariel I think is her name. She gapped my hair up. Talked to the other stylist while she was cutting my hair. Went back a month later. Sat waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. Finally left to go to Great Clips. Will not return until she is gone.
Wasn't liking the disrespect and treatment from Julie Murphy at the Onalaska hair salon. She acted like it was a bother for her to take the time to cut my hair. She is very rude while cutting my hair. I will be passing this out to others to find a place that wants business.
I just would like to know why I was charged $179.00 for a haircut partial highlights blow dry and shampoo last time I had the same services was only I believe 108.00 maybe a few bucks more but not near $179.00. Isn't it kind of steep price for Fantastic Sams
