Fantastic Sams Cut & Color bad highlights ripped off

I was at fantastic Sam's yesterday to get to color highlights in my hair I showed top stylist a picture of what I want and I told him I do not want no red or orange highlights in my hair when he got done with my hair I had red highlights all over and I had to pay out of pocket over 160 cash I was super pissed off over it because that was not the hair color I wanted he said he could try to cover up the red highlights in the front and he did an awful job then he told me that I could come in early in the morning when they open and they could fix my hair color when I went there the girl there was super rude and said that she couldn't help me change the color of my hair when it was there fault they didn't give me my money back or anything I'm very upset that I paid over 160 cash to get the haircolor I did not want can you help me out with this situation because my hair looks awful and when you screw up a girls haircut you screw up her life I'm very very upset

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color haircut and style

We went to Fantastic Sams in St Louis at Concord plaza, where they cut and styled my daughter's hair. Right before us the same stylist, Carmen, styled a girl hair for a wedding and she charged her $14 (no hair cut or wash). She charged us $45. I was surprised but did not say a word. I handed her a coupon to get $5 off from the haircut and she said that I can't use it because she didn't charge me for the hair cut. "So, what did you charge $45 for?" LOL - I was thinking in my head. I was discussed. I paid and walked out but I still don't understand what happened. Are they charging different prices for everyone? The board clearly says: haircut and style $23.99. Speciality style like wedding is $45. Seriously? You styled my daughter's hair for 20 minutes and charge $45? If I have know that before the service I would take her across of the street to a real hair salon and they would not only style but high lighted her hair for $60. This is laughable. LOL. Make sure you clarify the price before they do anything!

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color hair cut

I have been going to Fantastic Sams on Yopp Rd in Jacksonville NC since they open. My hair cut has not changed. Today on October 4, 2018 I went to get my hair cut. The young lady shaved my head to the scalp. I mean to the scalp after she knew what I wanted. U will be contacting a lawyer today and will be seeking legal help in this matter. I truly believe malice was behind this action. This is embarrassing and a shameful deed done to me. Please contact me at [protected] asap.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color salon manager

Latrice the salon manager is very unprofessional, rude very nasty attitude. What kind of manager talks about the customers with employees . She is not professional and not in the position to run a salon! Please get some one professional enough and polite to run the salon or we will not longer use fantastic sams ! It shouldn't be about the color of the skin! I will go public about fantastic Sams ! She needs to be fired ASAP!

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color management

My wife, Sunny Galaway, is a stylist at your new location at approximately 150th and Penn in Okc. For the past several months she has been receiving desperate treatment by the management in the form of decreased hours and ostracism. To my knowledge, this treatment isn't involving performance issues. My wife has Type 2 diabetes with associated neuropathy. Ever since she mentioned her health condition to her managers she has been given severe cuts in weekly hours, denied necessary breaks and reasonable accommodations for her condition has just been set aside. I would have assumed this organization would have trained their franchisees acceptable management standards. Favoritism is rampant here and the tactics they are using against my wife are illegal. Please help. If we don't see immediate remedy against these unfair practices, I will be forced to take legal action against Fantastic Sam's by filing complaints with the EEOC, OSHA and whatever governing bodies which control ADA. Fantastic Sams Cut & Color damaged hair/unprofessionalism

Went in for services, asked for color change & hair cut. The only thing I got in my hair was bleach & had it curled, which took about 4 hours. Mike the owner called me after I complained & asked for a refund/solution. He was very rude, offered me $50 to "close the matter" he was so unprofessional & extremely rude. Please see pictures down below! I need help to have this resolved. I had to cut off all the damaged & ugly hair that was left. The hair cut was so uneven. It's deffinitely not layers. The owner said "if you could've bleached your own hair you shouldn't have came here" that's so unprofessional.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color haircut

I received a haircut at the ripley wv location today and went to a family reunion and had my hat on all day. I just got out of the shower at home and looked at my hair and it was city really bad. The left side is way higher cut and uneven and really looks bad. The back of my neck was not cut event and did not even doo my neck. I paid for the cut sms even gave a generous tip considering the girl was nice. I waited two hrs to get the fade cut to boot and then too get home to this.. I need too talk to someone. I have pictures and am willing to work this out some way or through a lawyer. I paid and have a nice generous tip. I need fyi talk too someone please

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color an awful haircut

This is the same Michael D. Doll that sent a complaint to you from your other (Main) web page. Where I told you of a cut I received at the Fantastic Sams at: 2447 S Day St, Brenham, TX 77833 from a woman named Hung! As you can see, the first 2 pictures show what she did to me. The last 3 are what I showed her what I wanted. O yes, she said, no problem! That's a chop job guys! My God, it's not even either and there are hairs sticking out all over my head. I'm embarrassed and angry. I want to be reimbursed for this haircut. I was charged $21.60

I asked your staff when I walked in if anyone could do a fade and showed her these 3 pictures! Yes she said, Hung can do it! What I got was a number 1 shave and not even a good one at that. I did NOT want my receding line showing dang it and I wanted a fade! I showed her (Hung) the pictures too! I'm going for a freakin job interview and look like a 6 year old cut my hair. Look at it!

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color lack of customer service and incomplete eyebrow wax

My first issue is the location I went to would not honor my coupons because they were owned by some other salon and weren't a franchise. That is very poor customer service. When the stylist waxed my eyebrows, she only waxed one eyebrow, so I left the salon with an incomplete eyebrow wax. The haircut is okay. The prices for the services were not listed anywhere in the salon, so I feel like she just charged me whatever she wanted to for a haircut, eyebrow wax and chin wax. I feel like I should get some of the money back since I was probably way overcharged and my coupons weren't honored.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color bridal updo

Fantastic Sams

I am writing because I wanted to make you aware of very unprofessional conduct with the store manager in Columbus Indiana.
On July 14, 2018 my friend and the Bride that day received a message 2.5 hours before her scheduled appointment with Braylyn that she was cancelling her (the bride) and her sister's (maid of honor) scheduled appointment and putting them on with a girl name Shelby that would take care their updos. This really upset the bride because she was worried that something would go wrong and it did. Once it arrived at the salon they were also told that Braylyn Did not have any type of emergency she was just feeling overwhelmed by housework so she canceled her appointments for the day. To me this is very unprofessional to do especially to a bride on her wedding day who is depending on you to help make her look beautiful in to help her day runs smoothly. Once the appointments got started it was obvious that Shelby was not capable of doing an updo to the degree of a bridal party. Another girl named Sara had to assist Shelby because she could not pin up the curls or figure out the braided portion. The clients ended up walking the girls through the updo and the employees switched back and forth to finally get the job done. The two appointments took a total of 2 1/2 hours which made the entire day late as they did not get to the church to get ready on time and pictures then started late and were rushed. The bride cried many times about this endeavor and was upset about the way her hair turned out. Luckily the veil Hid most of it and we did not do any pictures with the back of her hair. As a Store manager it is Your responsibility to make sure customers are taken care of and then employees are where they're supposed to be when they're supposed to be there. I understand that emergencies happen however this was clearly not an emergency situation. It put undue stress on the bright the bridal party in the day as a whole. I would've expected some compensation at the time due to the lack of knowledge of how to do an updo as well as the stress and travel the bride was put through in order to even attempt to get this done. However nothing was given to them. They still paid full price and tipped generously for subpar hairdos for the special day. To me this is unacceptable! I hope these wonderful ladies can receive some sort of compensation for this awful experience!

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color braylyn plessinger manger of fantastic sams columbus indiana

Good morning,

I am not one who has ever made a formal complaint on anyone, however this needs to be known to higher ups, and I sure hope something is done about it. My best friend, Georgie Bruner, now Georgie Robertson got married this past Saturday July 14, 2018. Saturday Morning at 8:00 am she is calling me crying saying that Braylyn messaged her cancelling her up do because she decided to take the day off because she is behind on things at home. It was very clear there was no emergency on Braylyn's part. I don't feel being a manger of a salon she handled herself professionally. She then tells Georgie that a girl named Shelby can most definetly. Georgie and her maid of honor arrive to get their hair started. 2 1/2 hours later they finally get done. Shelby could most definetly not do an updo, and the girls had to talk her step by step on how to do their how! In the end obviously Georgie got married. BUT! Braylyn put un wanted stress on a bride.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color highlights

Wednesday July 11th I went in to get highlights with Diane at the Valley Station Road location I asked her to give me highlights that matched my ends I have pictures showing the Highlight she give me did not lift enough I spoke with the manager Rhonda today she first tells me she can't do anything for a month then she tells me 3 to 4 days on the phone later that day I asked for my money back because she said they don't use bleach if the woman had told me that she couldn't lift it to match I would not have got the work done I'd had went someplace else she said she could make it match and it does not I have pictures showing it doesn't match the blonde at all. I asked for my money only because I didn't get the service that I had asked for she said because I got highlights that I couldn't have my money back the highlights were not the color that I wanted. The woman Diane should have told me she couldn't lift it that much and I would've went someplace else.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color overcharged for services received

My daughter and I went to a Fantastic Sams in Midvale, Utah yesterday. They charged me $81.00 for two haircuts. I was charged $36.00 for a haircut, no shampoo, she used a squirt bottle to wet my hair. She blow dried it and styled it. I have short hair. My daughter has long hair to the middle of her back, and they charged $45.00 for a shampoo, haircut, and blow dry. They added money because she wanted long layers in her hair. Isn't that part of a haircut price? I have never been charged that much at a Fantastic Sams. I urge you to look into this because they are not charging the prices shown, and are adding charges when it isn't warranted. Charging $81.00 for two haircuts is ridiculous.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color haircut

Meghan just sprayed water on my hair because I wanted her to straighten it after she trimmed it, something I do it Fantastic Sams to check the cut. But she ripped through some knots and pulled my hair out. I said it was really pulling and she said "sorry I'm trying". I said "trying to hurt me"? She didn't reply. I've been going there for 15 years but after this experience with Megan I will never go back.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color hairstylist

I went in for a haircut with my son @7:30 pm and there was a lady and a guy cutting hair. Neither me nor my son was greeted. The guy cut my sons hair and the female cut mine which was more than fine untill the guy chose to talk to another female getting her hair done and the female who done my hair chose to call someone and stay on the phone while she done my hair. In the end I had to ask the stylist to cut more off my hair 3 times, you can see places in my hair not cut even, sideburns were not level and I just decided to leave without getting her to try and fix anything else. It was the worse hair cut I ever had and especially coming from a professionally recognized business that charged me $30 to feel like I weren't worth their time. I been going here for almost 20yrs but don't want to come back here to get these results.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color I believe I have been confronted with male bigotry

Two months ago I was met by a woman of the name Faith at the Bedford location. I had a long pony tail and I informed her that I wanted a short/long hairstyle. She first asked, in a condescending tone, if I wanted the cut today. Of course I did. After showing her a picture of what I wanted she began to screw up her face and speak down to me on my choice. As if, I believe, she wanted to talk me out of it. Well today it all happened again. I am very, VERY, upset about this. I was in a great mood about my possible new hair style and she took that away from me

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color haircut and straightening

On April 3rd 2018 at 10904 Baltimore St NE, Blaine, MN 55449, my daughter got her hair cut and straightened. The stylist cut it poorly, it's very choppy, and uneven. When the stylist straightened it, it should have been noticed. She straightened her hair for the first time today, and we noticed it. I'd like my $30- back. I go to Fantastic Sams, but this place did horrible! I may never go to one again.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color poor customer service

My son and I went in to our only convenient salon to get a haircut for both of us. They informed us it would be about am hour wait, for us to sign in, and go walk around until it was our turn. We were fine with that. We came back and waited another 10 minutes. The room was crowded. The manager walked in with an attitude and started her tasks before getting started. I got up and asked where the restroom was and was oonly gone for about 2 minutes. I came back and my son was getting in the chair. The manager cut his hair. After he was finished, she called the next person. I waited another 10 minutes and got up to go to the register. She made eye contact with me 3 times and didn't bother to ask if I needed anything. The other associates saw me standing there and didn't say anything either. I was going to ask if I was skipped and when my turn was, but they all just ignored me. My son and I left without paying. There is a big sign on the wall that they give excellent customer service and work with integrity. I know all about customer service and I feel I was treated extremely poor. By the time we got home, she called me and insisted on me coming back to pay for his haircut since he was serviced. I called her back and she continued to argue and dismiss everything I had told her. She lied to me and said she didn't see me standing there and she called my name numerous of times. My son told me she didn't call my name but called his. This is not the type if customer service I tolerate nor pay for. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this place and her ugly attitude. I will never go back there and will inform my entire family of this type of customer service. My entire family lives in La Vernia, Tx and everyone goes there. It's such a shame that this type if person represents such a great organization.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color color/customer service

I took my daughter and her friend to get their hair ombre'd. Her friend's hair is black and she wanted the ends to be a light brown with a little red. So they bleached her hair and then said it was done, the bleached area was really uneven so I told them they needed to put the brown in which they did. Then my daughters hair ended up with the ombre to far to the top, they didn't get the color all over, and the bleach was left on to long and burnt her ends. They also got bleach on her shirt and blamed it on her for moving, she is 18 and wasn't moving. I tried to get them to fix the issue instead they wipe it off and told her to use a marker to color it in. I am so pissed off that they didn't make their mistakes right and it was hard to get through to them cause they do not speak good English. The female Anna I think is what she said was very rough when washing the hair and argued with not only us but another customer. The male who I couldn't understand his name also either refused to listen or didn't understand what my daughter was saying when she told him to stop hitting her ears cause they had just been pierced. We ended up paying $160.00 for a screwed up job and we could have gone to Ulta and nicer and probably more professional salon and spent $163.00 for a job done right. I just called and talked to the manager who I found out was the one who told us to use the marker on her shirt to fix it. I explained to them that it did not come out right just like I had the night before and again he refused to make it right. I let him know I left a review on here and called corporate and was told I was racist and that I was trying to scam them. I have never been so mistreated and had such poor customer service.

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color hair coloring

I went into Fantastic Sams located in Richmond Virginia on Parham Rd. I had made an appointment for 4pm and they left me waiting in the waiting area for an hour and a half. They didn't even start doing my hair until 5:30pm. Then the lady bleached my hair and completely ruined my hair and burnt my scalp. My hair is not half orange and chunks are falling out! I was in so much pain from the burning, she left the hair dye on my head for over an hour! She was only suppose to leave it on for 30 minutes! I paid $140 for this horrible nightmare and I will NEVER go back to another Fantastic Sams again. Also while she was doing my hair, I watched the stylist across from her shave half a lady's head and she accidentally took a huge chunk out of the lady's hair that wasn't suppose to be cut! Then all she said was sorry. I'm so appalled at this service and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
