My order #[protected] was never delivered or it was stolen and I'm requesting a reshipment of my order or a refund. Otherwise, I can report FashionNova to the FTC for fraud and they can take care of it for me. The order was placed on 5/22/18 and I was expecting the almost $200 ordered to be delivered on 5/29/18, according to their online tracking system thru Ontrac. I also received an email on the expected delivery date, stating they had delivered my package. Only that wasn't true. I was home lounging in the living room and hadn't heard a single knock at the door and no one rang the doorbell. So if the package was delivered, it was stolen off my porch. I have a feeling it was never delivered. I contacted Ontrac, terrible customer service. Even though they physically handled my package they told me it has nothing to do with them and I needed to contact FashionNova. Getting in touch with FashionNova was an even bigger pain. No one answered the phone. So I emailed them and finally got a response from Alvaro. He sent me a claim form and instructed me to complete the form and he would forward to Ontrac and in 30 days they would solve it. After a few emails, Alvaro stopped responding. What they are doing is illegal. And something must be done about it. Either make improvements or shut the company down.
swim suit
I ordered a swim suit size Medium based on the size chart provided on the webpage. When I received the product I realized it was too small. I measured it and found ut it measures as a Small. I returned the product along with a pair of jeans. Two weeks later I contacted the customer service support team and they rudely ignored my return reason, did not investigate the issues and gave me 50% refund of the amount I paid in full! They said they take half of your money, no matter how much you paid for the product as a "restock fee." I would have been cheaper for me to pay delivery and have the item sent back to me since I know they will turn around and resell it for full price. I have yet to receive feedback on my swimsuit or the jeans which they also claimed they will refund in full. I just received auto reply emails stating my gift card for 50$ swimsuit refund is ready to be used. The agent I was speaking to has stopped responding, and no one within management has contacted me like I requested.

My name is Lena George and I placed an order on May27, 2018. Fashion Nova took the money from my account but never sent me a confirmation email or the merchandise. I wrote to them yesterday and I haven't heard anything. I called the number that the bank told me was on the transaction and no one will answer. I used a credit card ending in 1305. I attached a copy showing the funds were taken out. Please help me resolve this.

Ive been calling to try and talk to customer service because I was told my package was missing at the facility and I dont understand how that can happen. This is supposed to be a professional website. It should never take a long time to answer the phone. I wanna know where the hell my package is and how it ended up missing. Placed an order from fashion nova on 05/05/18, order was delivered 05/09/18. I dropped package off at USPS on 05/15/18, it was confirmed delivered to their returns department 05/17/18. Here we are in June the 5th of 2018 and I still have not received my credit...I get the same email every time I email them and they say to watch out for my inbox the credit will be arriving soon. It has been 14 business days and god knows how many regular days I have been patiently waiting for my credit. They state it takes 5-7 business days to receive your credit and I am now at 7 days past that time!They first tried to tell me they never got the package even though USPS confirmed it was delivered. Then later they said they have looked into my order in the returns department and found my package but I still have not gotten credited. What a terrible company, on top of paying the shipping fees to send back they also steal your hard earned money. I will be contacting the BBB soon, I don't care if the credit is only for $23, its bad business and they wouldn't be here without their customers.

You guys have the worst customer service ever! I've spent over 700$ on fashion nova and I love the clothes but the customer service and lack of correct shipments has finally taken me over the edge. To have ordered a dress that was never received and then send it back while paying for shipping with money that should have been credited back to me and then not even getting the credited correct amount for the product I paid for and never received is ridiculous . On top of all of that i never get a call back and all i get is automated emails asking for information that ive already provided several times.

I ordered $100 worth of merchandise, most items were too small I called for days finally get a answer just to be told more than half my items are not refundable, so the items that were returnable I shipped priority mail so they received it immediately. I had to pay $15 to ship the items back plus the items I could not fit I'm out of over $50 just to purchase clothes from a company that doesn't answer your call. been a week I been calling everyday all day sense I mailed the items no answer. missing items
My package arrived today ( 05/30/18) and as I was going through the items I initially realized I was missing 3 items. I took my time and went through the bag and check the packaging slip and it wasn't there. I tried calling (was on hold for 40 min) and never heard from anyone. I've sent Fashion nova countless emails about this but no reply. I tried reaching out on social media but I doubt it'll work. I just want my skirt, and the 2 out of 3 pieces to my romper set. So far I'm very unhappy with the unprofessionalism

Well. Austin then emails me back and says they can't accept the tracking number I must present the actual reciept. However the post office was unable to go back that far and print a reciept but the manager stated is shouldn't be an issue because I have the tracking number. This order was 189.00 can I live without sure I can but it's the principle..
I returned items march 5th. I emailed fashion nova they requested information I already sent with the return. I gave them the information they needed original sales reciept returns reciept and TRACKING NUMBER where it clearly states (if they take the time to look it up) my returned items were delivered to them on march 13th. I'm taking legal action

So I get the shoes all packaged up only to get another email just hours later from edwin machado saying he was taking back the offer of making it right because I resent a photo just to make sure the person I was working with saw them and he said it wasn't in the 2-day requirement. If you want to see the soles so I can prove they were never worn...

Basically it would be 6 months. It was my girlfriend birthday on jan 21st and i had order for her .but I couldn't gift her anything because my money got stuck there. They're not helping me in anytime track my order and deliver it to me asap.im fed up now waiting since 6 months.

I contacted the better business bureau and fashionnova stated they would send my gift card via email and I still haven't gotten my gift card . I would like my gift card considering I've waited for over three months . I read complaints online and other customers have the same issue I would like this issue to be resolve before I take further actions . I've been emailing with Fashion Nova info and have been told I cannot received the rest of my purchase because it's against policy and would instead get an e-gift card to their store. I returned items back in october 2017. I never received a refund, so I contacted fn. After speaking with like 3 different people, one finally verified and apologized that the returns dept never processed the return but they did track it. Then, they refunded me half of my return as if I was the one who sent it back late. No, they lost it, that's why it wasn't processed within 30 days. It's now may 2018 and I have yet to get back my full return. I can never speak to the same person. If I did, it would make everything easier and be solved. But instead, I have to reiterate and explain the situation to like 10 different people. Someone needs to reach out to me. I have another return that's been sitting here for mo this because i'm too scared to send it back and it get lost again. I need reassurance that this will not happen again!

Ladies, if you are in the same situation as I am then start a fight.
- I purchased items and they were in stock.
- Payment (my money, real money, $) went successfully.
- I received confirmation that my parcel is on it's way.
But little did I know that after that I will receive notification saying "oops, you're items out of stock we will give you an e-giftcard".
Now, Fashion nova, I want to ask you:
1. Is it my problem that I paid and was notified that I won"t get my item due to you being out of stock when this item on your site is marked as available?
2. Why won't you send me this item once it is back since it's your fault?
3. Who told you that i'm your investor? Who allowed you to take my money without any permission?
4. When the f... Will I get full refund on my credit card back?
After tonns of attempts to talk with their customer service, they told me that they started money refund process (http://take.ms/hL5kF and http://take.ms/rr8ml), but in reality they did not do anything. How did I know that? I went to my Bank and provided all information I had about this situation, they said that they will take care of that. And they did. I got my refund after 5 weeks from the moment"Fashion nova is a scam"company told me so.
But you know what's funny?
Fashion Nova returned not all of my money back as a refund! And meanwhile they sent me a message saying that the proceeded all refund (http://take.ms/p3h2pI)! They even calculated the amount to be refunded! (http://take.ms/J4DyI). Instead of the overall sum they had to pay me they paid only $27.98! Where is my $5.59?

I paid for overnight shipping and they sent me a tracking number because they had shipped my stuff. Hours later, i got an email that they have cancelled my shipment: no reasons given and they charged me. I used to love them but they are trash and their customer services is unreliable, disgusting, and annoying because nobody picks up. They are more concerned about cardi b and other rich folks.

I NEVER received my order. The order number is 7570434, it was meant to be shipped to South Africa. I have checked with the courier which you indicated would be shipping my order and they insist that the package had left for South Africa on 11 September 2017. I've also tried to check with my local post office for the package and there is no package there. I in addition checked the tracking number given and found out that the package was in LA in March 2018 & yet no one from FashionNova bothered to contact me & inform me of this. After various emails sent to [protected]@fashionnova.com an Eylin Rodriguez responded on 26 April 2018 stating that a refund would be sent to my account within 5-10 working days. I waited for that period and there was still no money in my account, I then sent ANOTHER email to the same [protected]@fashionnova.com indicating that my money STILL hadn't been reimbursed as promised, then a Gabriel Monja responded on 14 May stating that my refund is being processed. But the most bizarre thing is I still don't have my reimbursement, instead the very same Gabriel Monja has sent an email on 21 May 2018 saying that my query has been changed to get store credit. I DONT WANT ANY STORE CREDIT FROM FASHIONNIVA BECAUSE OF THE DISHONESTY DISPLAYED BY THE STORE, I DONT WANT TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY LOOKS TO SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. I SIMPLY WANT MY MONEY AND TO CUT ALL TIES WITH THESE PEOPLE!

The same thing happened to me. I never received a knock on the door. I even ran outside when I received the message saying it was delivered. My neighbor was outside. She didn't even see the intra delivery truck stop here. I called management. On track manager says the driver shoved it through our gate because it was locked. I checked there is no way a package could fit through this gate. I sent claims form. This was supposedly delivered 4/18/2018. It is now 6/21/18 still no refund. This is such a headache and real upsetting.
This same exact thing happened to me! My package "shipped" on 5/19/2018 then I got an email that I it was delivered on 5/21/2018 and it never was! After thinking that it may have been my apartment, they proved that it wasn't there fault. Then I called the post office to see what was going on with the tracking and the representative told me that the address on the tracking was completely different than what I entered. So I email Fashion Nova completely upset and expecting them to rectify the situation...NOPE. I got an email from Samir saying that I would have to file a complaint with the post office. This is completely illegal! If you put a complete different address on my order you could be sending items that I paid for to anybody in the world and you won't even fix the situation. So here I am out of $100 and the items I ordered and having to deal with this and wait on the USPS when honestly none of this is our problem. Its Fashion Nova's! All the money they use getting all these Instagram models to promote them when they need to focus on the people that have been with them from the beginning. This is complete crap!
