Below is my most recent email to fashionova which says it all. I've been trying to use a store credit that I was issued like 6 months ago but my order keeps getting canceled. They don't tell u why your order was cancelled and which item is out of stock. Email just says u received a refund. They never answer the phone and you have to wait at least a week to get a response by email. Once I use this store credit I'll never do business with them again.
So I'm assuming I received this email because the item is out of stock even though it showed available on your website. This is getting really annoying as this has happened to the last 4 orders I placed. How about you update your website to match your inventory so I can stop wasting my time ordering something that you don't have. And also how about you send your customers a detailed email explaining why they're receiving a refund. Luckily this order only contained 1 item. My last order had 5 items and I had wait to receive it in the mail in order to determine which item was out of stock because your generic email doesn't include why and what I'm being refunded for. More importantly, where is my actual refund? You send an email saying my order was refunded but don't send an email with the actual refund. Now I'll have to wait a week for a response and my stupid store credit that I'll never be able to use because everything I order is out of stock

Hands down worst customer support ever, I hate complaining but honestly their email customer support gets me so mad, so anyhow I ordered three packages my other two were fine however my first one they gave me a shirt instead of pants, but charged me for the pants ... so I email support addressing this issue saying how i do not feel comfortable returning this back via mail becaUse if item is lost I lose my money for a mistake your company did feathermore I have never done I return via mail, so instead can I just keep shirt and get the difference back ( the pants were $40 and the shirt was $20 ) instead of support reading my emails they keep sending me this return policy over and over again and when I complain about how they are not reading My email instead their replying to the same thing a million times then they go on to say " your complaint is being forward to another department " like great ? this is the forth am ordering and for sure, my order number was 8564803, ive always been satisfied because i use most best online shoppin sites but as i write this i only received my order after a week and yet it arrived in dubai and was to have it delivered as of 30th october, however i only got it today after a week and yet i paid for delivery, first, i ordered on the 16 th october and FN put a wrong mobile number on my parcel so i couldnt receive it because they failed to reach me since the number never existed at all, i had to go all the way towards the airport, a drive of 34 mins to reach the delivery point and they showed me these details as it was a mistake from FN, as if that wasnt enough, i get to open and i had ordered 3 items and the bondoc biker shorts two piece that came through, it was so painful to know that even after waiting, the bondoc came through with only the top and i paid for a two piece and sad enough i received only the top and imagine i was to wear it today to a white party so i cant go anyway, ive been talking and have sent an email to ANTHONY VINDEL, on this isuue but as much as you keep saying when it leaves your place you dont have control, take time to understand, every dollar counts and with that i expect proper full satisfaction, however i need to know how i get the shorts because thers no point in me having the brallette alone, i need someone to attend to this issue because its not proper and potrays a bad image of FN.

First let me just say that I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I have never had an issue or been dissatisfied with and transactions. With that being said however, I am very disappointed with my last order that was received in error due to fashion nova, and the way things are being handled. I placed an order back on 9/6/2017. Order# 7629850. I never recieved the items, instead was a dress that I did not order. So not only was I disappointed because included in that order was a dress that I was suppose to wear to a wedding that I ended up not being able to attend, but also being that I was effected by the terrible hurricane Irma that left devastation to many in Florida. Although that is not the fault of FN, my point is I should not have been worrying about getting screwed out of my money during this time. Not only did I send the item back through priorty mail, but I also sent pictures and proof of all the information. I was going back and forth with someone stating their name was Arlen Bernardez (SPA). I gave her all the info she requested and still no money back, gift card, store credit or anything! I am extremly disappointed with FN and will no longer reccommed anyone to them and will continue to the BBB to report for stealing money.

I had ordered an item that was supposedly out of stock and received store credit for it, but after speaking and requesting a refund they told me it was processing. But it had been way past the amount of time that i was supposed to receive it and I have not gotten it. I talked to my bank and they have recommended me to file a dispute. They had claimed my refund had been issued as of 10/17/2017, but apparently that is not the case.

I order from this site at least 3 times and still haven't gotten any clothes they keep saying the stuff i ordered were out of stock but the clothes im picking out don't say out of stock I'm tired of them refunding me my money back I'm about to be done with this site the first time i have to deal with this with a clothing site this is crazy i wrote them hoping they'll get back to me they keep sending these letters that have nothing to do with my order, the least they can do is shipp out the rest of my order an when the item that is out of stock come back shipp it to me when its available .
ridiculous policy for out of stock items
I ordered multiple items from FashionNova about a week ago (29/10/2017, order number #8857981). Shortly after I received an email saying that one of the items was out of stock and that I would receive a gift voucher for it. This struck me as very odd, since they basically used the money I gave them for an item of clothing and pretended that I had intended it to be used on a gift voucher. I was not making a return myself, it was simply that they had sold me something, they didn't actually have and then decided to keep the money.
I emailed them about this and I received an email from customer service saying that this was their policy. I replied saying that this was not acceptable, since it wasn't a return on my part, but obviously their mistake. I then received a reply saying that the matter had been passed on to a superior and that I would hear back within 24-48 hours. This time has passed now and I am yet to hear back. On a side note, I also prefer not to be addressed with "love" and "novababe" when sorting out complaints with strangers, but hey, I guess this is the world we live in now.
Honestly, I think this entire setup is outrageous. They basically don't update their website on time and have items for sale that are not available and might as well not exist. Then they still let you order them and decide to give you a gift voucher?! What if I'd ordered $2000 worth of stuff and then it wasn't in stock? They'd just keep all that money and issue me a gift voucher that I might never want to use? Would anyone want to buy a $2000 gift voucher had they known none of the items they wanted were in stock? Kind of unlikely. I have NEVER encountered a policy like this. It basically incentivises them to not update their website and to then keep your money.
Additionally I live overseas and the estimated time for the shipment to reach me is 5-10 business days. It's been 4 and the parcel has not even left their warehouse, so that is not looking too promising either.

My purchase was incomplete. They sent half the order and refused to refund the items they never sent. I sent over 10 emails and Facebook messages and the incompetent customer service agents were just rude. It was like they were having fun. They spend all day knowing that their directed to tell customers lies and scam them for their money and they laugh behind the keyboard while their stealing to put money in their CEO's pocket so he can put coke down his nose. They are little useless angry people who steal from strangers. This should be a large lawsuit.

I ordered two costumes and two pair of thigh highs. I ordered the little red riding hood costume and when it arrived the cape and tail were missing. I emailed them right away asking if it would be possible if to receive my missing items by the 25th. They apologized and asked for me to take a picture of everything I ordered(that's strange but ok), the white packing slip and the slip with the price. Still odd because I provided them with the order number. They respond again with the my bad, here's 10 gift card. I asked them what am I going to do with a costume bodysuit and plastic arm cuffs? I need my cape and tail that I paid 70.00 for. They told me all costumes comes in plastic and prepackaged. I told them that's not my problem, send me my missing items or refund me my money. They told me all sales are final for bodysuits, etc. I told them I don't care about your policy it was your mistake so fix it. Don't punish your customers before of your error. I sent the incomplete costume back. What am I going to do with an 70.00 costume bodysuit? I don't care about their policy. They messed up. I received an email today saying here's your gift card for 35.00! Are you kidding me? I paid 70.00 not 35.00. They're saying the costume was 50.00 and they took off a discount which left 35.00. I emailed them telling them to give me my money today. I paid 70.00 the original price was 99.99 how in the world are you trying to scam me for my money when it was your mistake? I haven't received a reply yet but I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I would like for all those who have been scammed let's get a lawyer to get back our money. They think they're dealing with fools and scamming customers. It has to stop. I'm serious about a lawsuit. It's wrong what they are doing. Very bad business practice. I have all my receipts. I'm going to Google some lawyers today.
They didn't send my complete order either and blamed it on USPS. I could not believe. The Worst Customer Service ever. Completely incompetent. I have heard horror stories from friends as well.

I simply ordered a boots to be delivered for Halloween, it is now Halloween & when I contacted UPS they said the package form had been filled out via e-label but never actually received a package or product... I also emailed fashionnova's costumer service a couple days prior & called their hotline only to receive and email that "they would get back to me" & never did. I should've read the sea of terrible reviews before making my purchase & I will never be making that mistake again. Boycott fashionnova to all your friends & family! I honestly feel like I payed $50+ for a product that's never coming & I'm so disspointed.
Let's try to get a class action lawsuit. They scammed me too. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General Office.

I had good experiences with Fashion Nova in the beginning when I had first ordered from them. A couple orders after, I would get notified after I had placed my order that one of the items were actually out of stock when it did not say so online. Usually if items are out of stock, the button to put the item in your cart would be unavailable, but the jeans I was trying to order was not labeled as "out of stock" nor was the button deactivated.
So in the email I had received, the store was letting me know it was actually out of stock and to make up for their mistake, they would give me an eGift card/store credit to the store that was an equal value to the item I was unable to get.
This happened twice. They should change their refund policies because I'm pretty sure most customers would rather have their money back into their bank accounts rather than getting a store credit when you have to pay for shipping too anyway if you're under $75.
It is also inconvenient that if you place an order and you want to cancel it the same day, the store doesn't let you. Instead of canceling your order, they tell you to return the items but also pay for shipping it back. They should change a lot of their policies including order cancellation.
Very inconvenient and frustrating.

I placed an order on October 24, 2017 for the Victoria High Waisted Pants in Black. I needed these pants for our 70'party on October 31, 2017. I have Nothing! They sent me a something clearly that's not the item at all...A red looking cape dress. Who ever did the packaging clearly Never looked nor cared what they sent to the customer. This is Horrible and Very Unacceptable from Fashion Nova..It looks like this dress was something they were trying to get rid of..You have Truly misperceived me as a customer and don't care because it's not your Funds that's being spent . I placed an order on october 16, 2017 for $184.66 usd. Even though it says my order has been fulfilled, I have no tracking information for it. So I emailed in. The first response was a guy named kenneth saying that it had already been delivered... Which it had not. So I emailed in again: second response said:

I ordered the 16 october and payed more to get my order as quick as possible. Normally it Takes 2-4 days Fashion Nova Said. So its the 24 october now. I don't know why to pay more for Shopping if Its not coming on Time? The tracking Information says since the 20 october could not derermine appropriate carrier of my tracking number. I received a mail stating my order shipped since 6th October 2017, I also tracked and got info that it is in Nigeria on the 11th of October . I've been to the post office to check since then and they are yet to receive it.
Worse still, the tracking number I was sent can't be used to track in the nigerian post office portal.

I placed an order on oct. 17th which totaled about $441, the 2nd order on Oct. 22nd totaling about $180. Neither have been shipped, neither have been anything but ordered. I’m trying to be polite and patient about all of this. But I want my items within the next week. Or I will be taking legal action. I returned a dress because it was too short for me. instead of giving me a full refund Fashion Nova only gave me a gift card which was not what I asked for. On top of that, I only received a gift card for the amount of $24.77 when I originally got debited from my card an amount of $30.77. I have called multiple times and there is no way to get someone on the phone.
This company should get sued because they are very unprofessional on what they do.
