This used to me my best website for sexy stylish clothing for events and night out dancing now I just look no purchase. I'm very disappointed. I ordered a dress 4/27 with the expectation that it would get to me by 5/15 (or at least ship). It is now 5/20 and I have not even received any shipping information. When I look up my order it still says processing. I chatted with customer service and asked to cancel my order and was advised that I could not but I can return it once I receive it. I was also told it was being packed at the warehouse so it will be shipping soon. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Still has not shipped. At this point I dont even want the dress. I think they wait so long to ship to close the return window. The return is based on the order datenot the date that you receive your product. I paid $104 for one dress and I was so excited about it. Now I no longer want it. Ive also told all my friends, family, and SM followers to not shop with this company.

This company is a fraud its ridiculous that dealing with their customer service department customers get the run around. Their customer service department is out sourced which leaves their customers at a horrible disadvantage. I ordered items over a month ago. To finally be told today that my order was cancelled. I made a purchase with Fashion to Figure on 9/6/22 and I returned the item and they received it on 9/16/22 at 11:00 am. I have contacted the company several times in reference to my refund. Every time I contact the company, I keep hearing the same thing. It takes up to 7 business days, plus 3 additional days. I was informed by a Supervisor October 11, 2022, that she would review my record and contact me back within 24 hours. I call the company this evening to see what is the status of my refund. The *** Representative told me again that it takes up to 15 business days to receive my refund. October 15th will make an entire month. I want to take actions since I am keep getting the run around with my refund.

They keep telling me the package is with their courier but they do not have tracking information and they cannot say specifically what courier it is with. Dear sir/madam, I returned my order on 8/10. I called customer service and was informed it would take 5 to 7 business days for my return to be processed. After receiving no refund, I contacted customer service again and was told to wait another 5-7 business days. With the ongoing pandemic and the emergence of the Delta variant, I am concerned for my safety and feel the company is being irresponsible.

I had the worst experience here and I won't be shopping here again. I placed an order here and included my complete address, but for some reason, my address did not fully populate on the website. Fast forward to a week later and my order is being returned to sender because of an "incomplete" address. I can see on the website it's an error on THEIR end because it erases my apartment number. To add insult to this whole ordeal, their systems were down and they '"couldn't do anything" to edit the order. To add more insult, the items I selected were now out of stock. I felt so hurt and brushed off by the representative because she states she could see my address on her end, there shouldn't not have been an issue. I would have never not included this information, this was truly an issue on their website, and I just missed out on some pieces I really loved. An order I placed on 10/6/22 was not shipped until I inquired on 10/11/22 about the delay. The estimated arrival was 10/14/22, and I was given a tracking number. However, the courier's website indicated the package was misdirected due to an address error. I have no forwarding services set up. Today is October 8, 2022 I purchased 4 items from Fashion 2 Figure on June 8, 2022 in the amount of $154.41 I returned 2 items on June 23 with a refund of $75. *** damaged the package in transit. Tracking number: *** I called and emailed Fashion to Figure who complied and said that they would issue the refund. Nothing happened for 2 months. I contacted them again and they said to reach out to my financial institution. I contacted Affirm who I used for the purchase. To whom it may concern, I placed my order on 10/7 totaling $186.55 from Fashion to Figure. Their return policy states, "For online purchases made after October 6, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply return it within 45 days of the order date to receive a refund at the net price (after coupons and/or discounts)." I sorted through my online returns on 11/19 and triple checked the dates of my orders to ensure I was still within the 45-day window. For this order, November 21st would be the last day I could return my items, so I immediately packed and dropped them off at my local post office that same day. I received an email on 11/21 for both separate orders stating that my return is in transit. On 12/8, I received an email confirming the processing of my return for only one order. I sent an email on 12/14 inquiring about the missing refund for the other order I returned. I received a response on 12/16 reiterating the return policy and offering a discount on my next order. I replied, pointing out that my order was returned on the 43rd day, which is within the allowed timeframe for a refund. I received another response on 12/17 stating that my order was received by the warehouse on the 50th day, on 11/26. However, the return policy does not state that the warehouse must receive the items within 45 days, but rather that they must be returned within this period. Fashion to Figure's policy does not specify that the warehouse must receive returns within 45 days to issue a refund, so I am still awaiting mine. Thank you.
