Terrible Customer Service
I redeemed points months ago and never received my physical card I ordered, and it is set to expire this month. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months and no resolve as of this date. No one is properly handling my request. So basically, my time was wasted, and money will be lost on my end when this gift card expires because they are not handling this situation for me!
Bait and Switch Con Artists
I use the Fetch App to receive points if I buy products & scan receipts on the app. My local market, has a promotion where I would receive 5000 points for using their online “to go” feature. I ordered $80.00 in groceries, online and had it delivered within the promotion time. I scan the receipt and I received 35 points.
I contact CS chat and they tell me I can only use emailed electronic receipts. It clearly states on the Fetch app “receipts that are scanned and uploaded by Oct. 31st”. I sent a picture of their own offer and still wouldn’t honor it. They then told me it was for online orders only.
I sent them a pic of the online delivery. They refuse to acknowledge their own offer and kept giving bogus excuses, contradicting their own offer. I wouldn’t have ordered online if I knew they wouldn’t honor their offers.
Recommendation: They’ve done this to many others. BEWARE
Fetch Rewards Review: A Cool App for Saving Money and Trying New Things
Fetch Rewards is a pretty cool app that I've been using for a while now. They always have new stuff to check out every week, which is pretty neat. I mean, who doesn't like trying out new things, right? Plus, if you're in the mood for some fast food, you can use your rewards to get a quick meal. It's a win-win situation, if you ask me.
One thing I really appreciate about Fetch Rewards is that they give you the option to get a Visa or MC. That's pretty sweet, because you can use those cards pretty much anywhere. It's like having a little extra cash in your pocket, which is always a good thing.
Overall, I think Fetch Rewards is a great app to have if you're looking to save a little money. I mean, who doesn't like getting rewarded for stuff they're already buying? It's a no-brainer, really. So if you haven't checked it out yet, you should definitely give it a try. You won't regret it!
Fetch Rewards Review: Earn Gift Cards for Scanning Receipts
I recently tried out Fetch Rewards and I gotta say, it's a pretty decent app. It lets you earn points for scanning your grocery receipts, which you can then redeem for gift cards to various stores and restaurants. It's a simple concept, but it works.
The app itself is easy to use and navigate. You just snap a photo of your receipt and the app does the rest. It even recognizes the items you've purchased and gives you points for them automatically. It's a nice way to earn a little something extra for doing something you're already doing anyway.
I did have a couple of issues with the app, though. For one, it doesn't always recognize every item on your receipt, so you might miss out on some points. And sometimes the app crashes or freezes up, which can be frustrating.
Overall, though, I think Fetch Rewards is a good option for anyone looking to earn a little extra cash or gift cards. It's not perfect, but it's definitely worth checking out. Just be aware that there might be some hiccups along the way.
Beware of Fetch Rewards: Deactivated Account for No Reason
So, I was using Fetch Rewards for a while and I thought it was pretty good. But then, out of nowhere, they deactivated my account! I was so confused because I didn't do anything wrong. They accused me of using the same receipts over and over again, but I swear I didn't! And I definitely don't have multiple accounts, that's just ridiculous.
I'm really disappointed because I thought this app was legit. I mean, I was earning points and getting rewards, so what's the problem? But now I realize that they're just trying to scam people. I don't know why they would do that, but it's not cool.
So, if you're thinking about downloading Fetch Rewards, I would say BEWARE! Don't trust them because they might just deactivate your account for no reason. It's not worth the risk, in my opinion. There are plenty of other apps out there that are more trustworthy.
Overall, I'm just really sad about this whole situation. I thought I had found a good way to earn rewards, but it turns out that Fetch Rewards is not what it seems. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Fetch Rewards Review: A Game-Changer for Saving Money on Everyday Purchases
I really like using Fetch Rewards to scan my receipts for all the stuff I buy on the daily. It's been a lifesaver when I'm a little short on cash and need to buy groceries and household items. The best part is that I can turn my points into gift cards to get the things I need for my home. The bonus points and offers are super cool too! This app has been a real game-changer for me.
Earn Gift Cards with Ease: A Review of Fetch Rewards App
Fetch Rewards is a really cool app that can help you earn gift cards just by taking a picture of your receipt! It's so simple and easy to use, and if you buy certain products, you can even earn extra points. My mom and I both use this app and we've already redeemed over $20 worth of gift cards! We've never had any issues with the app or using the gift cards, so we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to earn some extra rewards. Plus, it's a great way to save money on your grocery shopping! So if you're looking for a fun and easy way to earn some gift cards, be sure to check out Fetch Rewards!
Fetch Rewards Review: Easy Rewards & Friendly Service, But Inconsistent Points & Receipt Uploads
Getting rewards with Fetch Rewards is pretty easy and their customer service reps are super friendly and professional. However, sometimes it takes me like 4 tries to upload my receipts properly. And the points I earn can be really inconsistent, which can be a bummer. But if they could connect to my shoppers club cards, that would be so much more convenient and I wouldn't have to worry about being dishonest because they'd have proof! Come on, Fetch, make this happen and I'll give you 5 stars for sure.
Oh, and I gotta give them props for their recent updates. They're finally working well and holding on, so thank you for that, Fetch!
Fetch Rewards Review: Disappointing Rewards Program with Ridiculous Point Values
I have been using Fetch Rewards for months now, and I have to say, I am not impressed. I have used cashback, rebates, and reward apps for years, and Fetch is by far the worst one I have ever used. I have tried them all, and any one of them is better than Fetch. I am done with them.
I have submitted hundreds of dollars in receipts, and I have only earned 5,614 points. That's not even enough to get a decent reward. I have received a few magazine subscriptions for magazines that I don't even like, but that's about it. I get nothing from them. I have tried IBotta, Coupon Cabin, Rakuten, eBates, RetailMeNot, Honey, and Offers.com, and they are all good. I actually save money or get money back with these programs. Not Fetch.
The point values with Fetch are ridiculous. With 3,000 points, you can enter a $1,000 contest. 5,000 points lets you enter the same contest or order year subscriptions of magazines that I would never read. 10,000 points give you around 75 $10 gift cards, or about 25 donate $10 to charities, or the same magazines as with 5,000 points or the same $1,000 contest. To reach 10,000 points at 25 points per receipt, you would need to submit 400 receipts. That's insane. How long would that take you? If you buy $100 dollars in groceries each week, one receipt would give you 25 points. That would receive 100 points per month. That would be 100 months or over 8 years to reach 10,000 points. I can't even imagine 25,000 points.
The only reason that I have 5,000 points is that I buy everything I can on sale at several stores each week. I believe in saving. I don't save a thing with Fetch. Maybe if I bought exactly what Fetch wants me to buy, I could reach 25,000 in under 5 years, but I want to buy what I actually want to buy.
So, goodbye Fetch. I wish I could say that it has been fun, but to say that, I would have to lie. I am done with them.
My complaints go back to last year around 11/23&12/24, up until now. There is no way possible to redeem my cash cards, even though I’ve put in my time and reciepts. Nothing has happened or been redeemed.
I have never gotten the email about it. I applied for it the first of march. Can this be sent now? Or give back my points!
I collected and spent a lot of money to build my points to get a visa 25.00 card and I never received it.I can't get a hold of them to contact them I would like this problem resolved or I will let everyone know it's a scam
I have a $50 gift card on my mobile account, but it won't let me redeem it. I wanted to use it on amazon but couldn't. Is this something that happens all the time and am I wasting my time and effort on this app? And it says it can be redeemed by my email but there is no place to log on or off.

I want my 54,000 points back so I can get my $50 reward.
I keep scanning my receipts to accumulate points and they are valid receipts. I have a family of 10 people so I have lots of receipts, but they are ALL my personal receipts where I spent MY HARD EARNED MONEY, literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars. In March, I accumulated 54,000 points for a $50 reward. My reward was declined because they deducted 27,000 points. They said some receipts violated their rules. I asked them to prove it and show me which ones. They were all grocery and food receipt, and a few gas station receipts and they wert all mine. So anyway, they deducted 27,000 points and I had to start over to build back up to 54,000 points to get my $50 reward, which I did on April 4th and then they did the exact same thing again and deducted another 27,000 points and I still don't have my lousy $50 reward. This is some kind of BS. They need to either give me my points back or show me on single example of a receipt that violated their rules.

For the 4th time now, Fetch has unfairly deducted points from me.
Please see the first four attachments where they deducted
27,925 end March, 24,792 early April, 10,755 mid April and 5,642
today. How is this even possible? Since the beginning of the
year I have accumulated at total of 73,500 points and they deducted
a total of 69,114. How is this even possible? They are saying that
these receipts are not mine. Of course they are mine! Who the hell
else’s would they be? I have a family of 10 people and therefore
we spend a lot of money and have lots of receipts. Furthermore,
most receipts are only worth 25 points so how is it possible that
they can be deduction these huge numbers of points from me
especially when they limit the number of receipts that you can
scan in a week and if you accidentally scan a duplicate they
don’t give you points for it anyway. Also, there are times that
I buy a specific product because it is featured and has high reward.
See attached example of MY receipt dated 4/9/24 where I bought
Sparkling Ice Lemonade and Blue Buffalo Nudgie treats get
get a total bonus of 2,730 and see attachment where they gave
me the points. They give me points and then they take them away
when you go to redeem them. This is some BS! As you can tell,
this is my personal receipt and I made a deliberate purchase in
order to get these points. I have copies of all of my receipts so they
can’t say that they are not mine because they are. I have them all
tracked on a spreadsheet as well. Fetch even admitted that they
deducted the 24,792 points in error (see attached message from
Fetch. Actually ALL of the points that they deducted are in ERROR!
They have deducted at total of 69,114 points and only given me back
24,792 and they owe me 44,322 points, which is like half of the points
that I accumulated so far this year. How is this even possible?
I demand the 44,322 points that are owed to me and I want them

Fetch rewards app
I have been a fetch app member for a few years now, and twice they have removed rewards on me. The first time I figured it was a hiccup, but this time I had a five dollar gift card plus almost 7000 points built up. I travel for work often, so my receipts are in different states every week, which I assume is why they flagged me. I had no forewarning. Out of the blue everything just started over like it was a brand new account. I sent a message to customer service and no reply. When I try to go in again it says my account has been frozen. What a waste of so much time diligently snapping receipts and allowing them to track me. I even referred a friend under the 2000 point bonus promotion, which I never received. What a scam.
Claimed loss: $9
Desired outcome: Restore my points and my gift card

my account
On 22 Feb 2023 about 1230 MST, I tried to take a fetch copy of a receipt. when doing so fetch asked for my phone nr. I provided it. Then it sent me a code that I had 10 minutes to enter, I did it immediately. I hit continue and screen went gray, I lost well over 9000 points.
I have tried every avenue in the Fetch page for customer assistance with nothing working. I get red exclamation point with a circle on email site and web site. Wondered if their site was out of order.
I just want my account returned to where it was with points and working for receipt entries.
Thanks for your assistance,
Claimed loss: over 9000 points on fetch.

Read full review of Fetch RewardsPoints required twice since october amazon e-receipts not being accepted
Since month of October t hey have been increasing the amount of points needed to receive rewards without increasing the value of points for our purchases. THEY DID THIS SAME INCREASE LADT YEAR BEFORE CHRISTMAS. What a rip-off!
Since OCTOBER 1 the AMAZON e-receipt feature has not worked. I have reported on this almost every other day with only auti reply’s which did not work. After 4 weeks I had told me to screen shotgun and they would manually report which has turned out to be inaccurate and on a hit and miss situation. I 99% of my purchasing on Amazon and this particular period of time have did all Christmas gift shopping and home decorating indoor and out. I had my Apple iPad checked out and they reported it was FETCH system error. Now I am afraid to try to claim because others have reported they have not received their rewards. Too much wasted time and effort for what they are pulling on us. 2500
Claimed loss: 2500 points plus still trying to report my additional purchases
Desired outcome: Re check my submissions and give points. Go back to original point requirements prior to Christmas before we had time to turn in.

Not giving rewards on Amazon purchases & today, can’t even scan regular receipts
I’m so disappointed in this app. You people need to fix the app. When I complained about not getting points on my Amazon purchases, I was asked to take screen shots, but never received points and got an additional email asking me to send screen shots, which I had already done. Today I’ve had to go out of the app and go back in for a few receipts, but then it wouldn’t work at all. Please get someone who knows what they’re doing to fix these problems!

Daily Reward
This is the second time this has happened to me, after I scan my recites and get to spin the wheel, I got for the second time 10,000 and did not get my points, I got the recite points but not the wheel points. I screen shot it this time only because the first time I didn't. All the other times i get way smaller points I get them it just seems to be on the 10,000. I had 141,000 and only went to 142,000, but if you can show me that I did get my 10,000 point I would be grateful.
Desired outcome: I just want my 10,000 points.
