Worst system/company
Don't go with Fidelis worst mistake you can make. Not worth spending thousands of dollars for a filtration system. You can find a cheaper one for couple hundred online even homedepot.
Don't fall for there lies and sale pitch. Trust me not worth it at all. I regret buying the system. Now I tell everyone in town and online not to purchase with them.

He was very good on explaining how the water system works showed us how the water turns colors to show if there is anything in the water also shown us the quality of the water for witch we would drink so I decided to get it for me and my family to keep our water clean and healthy for us to use and drink
Luis had great customer service and explained everything very well. He is very knowledgeable about his job and very kind and friendly. I felt comfortable with him and so did my fiance. He showed us that our water wasn't very good and is why our skin and hair feels so dry all the time. We already know the difference.

Ruben did a fantastic drop on his presentation. He sold us on the water. Yesenia did a great job on the water test and explain the paper work and process. Both are very professional and friendly.

Yesenia then came by a few days later after them to check if our system was working properly & demonstrated how clean our new water is now. It's a big difference when drinking now. Love it.

Had Ray come out and do a demonstration and test our water. I cannot believe we shower and cook with that. So Disgusting! Ray was very informative and thorough with the whole presentation. We opted to go ahead and purchase the filtration and we were scheduled the following Saturday. The company called the next day and asked if they could come and deliver it then, that it was ready. WOW what service! Everything has been fast, easy and taken care of from the time of the demo to the installation and the financing. Definitely recommend this filtration system and this company!
The new system for filtered water has been fantastic, the service has been great. They were quick on the install and had it working right away, definitely a great product. Both representatives Dj and Yesina were fantast.
DJ was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company. The entire staff from DJ, to the installation people, to Yesenia that retested our water are very friendly and answered any questions we had.
Gasper did a great job on presenting the water test. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. The guys who installed the system were quick and clean! Yesenia was on time and quick. Nice group of people!

We've had the system for about a week now and I already noticed a difference in my skin! I've experienced dry skin for the last few months, but after just a week I have already seen major changes! We also really like the water spout in the sink! My husband and I drink a TON of water each, and we were really surprised with how quickly the water flow is with filling our 32oz and 64oz bottles. We have been very pleased with our service providers. Casper was very thorough with his presentation and informative. He was patient with us with our newborn who was fussing. We are overall very happy with our experience!

Scammers - They send a fake "Parcel Delivery Attempt - Final Notice" postcard to your house, no mention of the company or service. When you call the number, the operator tells you about a "free gift" they will give when they come and inspect your water - still no mention of the company name. The operator acts as though this is a utilities service, something you need to get done for your water. Tries to set up an appointment, still not tell you who you are talking to. After asking 3 times, I was told "Fidelis Elite Systems". Any company willing to use scam tactics as "advertising" (or whatever they might call it) cant be trusted with an actual service, much less your credit card number.

In order to receive said gift cards, one must call the telephone number on the postcards. With a magnifying glass, I was able to read (in the tiniest print), "Fidelis Systems." They are a water treatment company, and from reading online about people getting these cards I know that in order to get the "welcome to the neighborhood" gift cards, I'd need to allow these jokers to come to my home and "test" my water, which will lead to a hard sales pitch for their water conditioning. I really resent this kind of this style of deceptive trolling for sales. I know which company will NEVER have a chance of getting my business, and it is Fidelis Systems.

This is a scam business that should be shut down, just look at all of the people having the same issues. I also was swindled into believing them and it was all lies. The sales person told me he was with the company for 4 years and would be there anytime I needed him, and after 2 weeks I was told he was no longer with the company, funny thing he shows up at my door step 5 months later because he forgot he had already been there. THEY LIED. They told me that I would only pay $6000 which included interested and lifetime of their products and filters but then they came back and said I didn't qualify. I was confused as I have excellent credit. They wanted me to pay in full using my credit card and I said no, at that point I asked them to pick up their unit which they did not. They said I had to sign another contract for another financing company which I never did. They also threaten me with the lien on my home. The unit is not working and I called to ask them again to come and get it and the supervisor Dan said to "take me to court so I can laugh in your face" super disrespectful. They put a no service on my account so they will not even come and fix it but expect me to pay them for a unit that is not working and the products that they never sent to me. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We were told that the company was welcoming us to the neighborhood with a $25 Amazon gift certificate, free water test and a demonstration of how to clean out our water heater. They promised it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes, so I made an appointment. Their welcome wagon Justin arrived late, refused to talk to me without my wife in the room, and then lectured us for over an hour on the need for us to spend several hundred dollars on a water filtration system. We told him in the beginning, when we realized it was a bait & switch, that we wouldn't be buying anything because we don't have any money to spend on water filtration, to which he replied that "either you buy a filtration system or else I will force your entire family sit through a 45 minute presentation" (paraphrased). He also coerced our kids into drinking the water that he brought with him (who knows what was in it!), as well as rinse their mouth with a glass of water that he had contaminated with multiple chemicals. The "water heater cleaning demonstration" turned out to be a 10-second video clip showing how not buying their purification system would destroy our water heater.

Lean on mortgage, interests rate, and warranty. My husband signed up for a water softener system three years ago. The sales rep. must have forgot to tell my husband that it was a lean on our mortgage. We found out when we refinanced our home. The high interest rate makes it impossible to pay off, not to mention the WARRENTY! OMG! The sales rep. never told us about the yearly required tune-up for $224.00. Three years of having the system we never received a single phone call about the tune-up. ODD during the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic shut down we received a call demanding a tune-up payment or our system will not be under warranty. Strange! during the pandemic was our first time hearing about a tune-up. We was told that it was a lifetime warranty when my husband signed up, but the sales rep. failed to mention ONLY IF YOU PAY $224.00 EVERY YEAR FOR A TUNE-UP ON A SYSTEM THAT IS $6999.00. Oh BOY! Look at those numbers. So by time we gather up the money a few months down the line, keep in mind that it's a PANDEMIC and my husband was out of work. We finally got the tune up and was told we don't have a warranty because we did not pay when they called the first time during the PANDEMIC. The price to fix a part was $500. Unbelievable. So we are stuck paying on a system, which has a lean against our home. NO warranty, High interest rate, and terrible communication. I have copies of my voice massages. Our first phone call was on 4/18 at 10:34AM

Fidelis also known as Hyperion is a total rip off. I strongly encourage anyone who is being solicited by this company to say "NO" and ask them to leave. Do not give the sales person any excuses or they will try and turn it around on you to make the sale. I had someone knock on my door to sell us this system. I was interested in a water filtrations system for my house so i sat with them for the sales pitch. The information and demonstrations done are total bull crap and I knew that going in to this but i am now experiencing remorse in agreeing to pay the 8k for this system. 1 year later they call us to ask that we pay $150 for new filters or we loose the warranty on our RO system. The filters are made so you cant use any universal RO filters. $150 a year for RO filters is outrageously priced. On top of that, one of the main selling points is a "lifetime" supply of soap products shipped annualy to us from Pure and Gentle. The products are garbage and dry out your scalp and skin. My wife is alergic to the clothes soap and the dish soap does nothing. We have a box full of it we will never use and i will not order the next shipment as it is a total waste. I doubt i can get a credit back for this. On top of that they charge us 8k for the whole deal and gave use a check for 250 cash and a "gift" of a nintendo switch. This was just before christmas so we convinced ourselves it would be worth it. It was not. I regret doing this. On top of misleading sales pitch and unneccesary and useless add ons they gave us to sweeten the deal, the finance company is absolutely horrific. Charging daily interest with very hard to use website portals for paying the credit balance. By the way this is set up as a credit card line and not a loan. So it shows as 100% credit usage on your credit report. The minimum payment pays almost nothing on The principal and itll take forever to pay off with the compound interest. Stay away from this company... go to lowes or homedepot and buy a watersoftener and RO system outright and saves yourselves the trouble of being trapped with a debt for something worth only 800$ plus install.

The Lord has afforded me SO many chances I that I lost count. Many of them I know I was undeserving of. Today, I let my faith carry me with the unknown and I've grown to know that everyone is not out to scam me. Mother received the parcel notice and like everyone else, we assumed it was a piece of mail. Once I called the number for her the young lady explained what it was all about. Most certainly so, a possible scam crossed my mind with a beloved elder in my care in today's times. As well, I've been educated in criminal investigations by seasoned Veterans. After speaking with the young lady I decided to give them a chance to come out and do the presentation. I made this decision based on her ability to clearly and thoroughly explain and her willingness to explain further to make it all make sense. When you can make something make sense it is worth taking heed to. The day of the presentation I was feeling some type of way out of concern for this pandemic and company being in the presence of my loved ones and the thought even crossed my mind to turn whoever around that came to do the presentation. I had already prayed about it. I happened to be outside when Jessica Alemany arrived and before she could get out of the car my discernment sent a calmness over me to assure me that I should proceed. Not to mention I would hate to deny Mother of the best water throughout her home, based on my personal opinion of how a company chooses to advertise. The fact is, there's a difference in people. Things were made clear to us and we have not hesitated to ask questions. We were not misled. We were grateful to have representatives that were highly skilled, including our plumber (installer) Mike, and our follow up with Misty. Jessica did her presentation as the water tests spoke for themselves. Mike installed it and did an AmaZing job. I could tell that he was taught by the very best. We live in the beautiful desert valley and unfortunately the water is just as dry, so let us not cheat ourselves by being consumed with any negativity behind marketing strategies that a company chooses to use if their services are beneficial and the customer service is good. Now, on the other hand these few individuals I refer to cannot account for the others, nor the unfortunate circumstances that others have endured. Maybe some of the representatives require more training and experience, which is causing some of the problems that can certainly be ironed out through opportunity. When you know your product and you're familiar with it you can be more confident in it with your communication to others, which leads to transparency and business growth. It's also possible that some less experienced employees need to be trained on clarity and avoiding misrepresentation or misleading information. I'm sure that the installer (Mike) we had can teach a few lessons as well as the product presenter (Jessica). Hands Down, request Mike as your installer! I wish he was the one all of you guys had who had bad experiences. The pipes are old and hard water has taken its toll on everything around here. It will definitely take time for these pipes to wake up to how good the water will be for them like this crunchy hair of mine and scaly skin. With everything comes sacrifice. We will have to maintain the system as any other, with filters and softener salts and even though we may not love the advertising methods, we all deserve good, quality water... even though we have to pay for it! Know that you are worth good, quality water as well. Your body deserves it! And one advertising method isn't suitable for every business. After overanalyzing a few things, their form of advertisement is actually creative. And prior to the Final Notice postcard there is also a postcard stating "Welcome to the Neighborhood..." Some businesses have strategies to introduce their product and they have to pick what's best suitable for them and what actually works for them, although the look the strategy give them may not always be becoming. I believe that because of scamming being at an all time high people are even more leery and unwilling to give things a try. We have to know the differences. We have to be skeptical and circumspect enough to avoid real scammers and willing enough to give someone a try if they can make it make sense. I don't know much of many willing to gift you anything worth anything just to listen to them for a few minutes. Hell, some businesses don't even want to pay their employees fair wages. There may be a family out there who was able to feed their children with one of those gift cards (the parcel), so I'll count it all joy. I can find room to appreciate small things today and I sincerely appreciate the three individuals who assisted us and made this happen. Cannot wait for our soap to arrive!

We bought the water filtration system and thoroughly enjoyed it. Then we received a phone call from the company saying there is a routine filter change that needed to take place. I was happy to hear that they were following up with us. I was however disappointed when they wanted to charge us to have our original salesman come out and check out water etc. Shouldn't that be complimentary for being a valued customer? As much as the system is you would think that they would give us a yearly check for free. I was never told by my sales person that we would have to pay anything out of pocket after paying for this system. Also I was told that I would not have to pay for any maintenance fees

I purchased a water filtration system from Fidelis Elite Systems, and during the installation the employee of Fidelis said he couldn't install the system because of the way my water heater was installed, but that he "could fix it for me for a reasonable price". When he came out the second time to install the system, he broke a pipe under my house and charged me $1,200 to fix it. He also cut into the custom cabinets that were less than a year old. The installer told me everything was installed correctly, and that he would come back to finish the rest of the job. When I received a bill for the system, I called them and asked when they were going to come out and finish the job. This is when I was informed that the employee that installed my system was fired for scamming other customers. They sent out another installer to look at the work, and I was told that not only was my system not installed correctly, but it had been back flushing twice a day when it is only supposed to back flush every two weeks, which wasted all the salt that i had been putting in, and none of the softened water was going to my house. At this point I told them to come take the system off my house, and fix what the installer had broke. They sent out the installation manger, and I told him I wanted the system taken off my house and for them to repair the broken pipes and refund the money I paid. I have tried several times to get in touch with the company, and the latest resolution they had was they would either refund the money for the broken pipe that their employee broke, or come out and fix it, not both, and that I would still be responsible for the loan on the system even if they took it off my house.

After purchasing a water softening and filtration system, I began to have problems with green mold growing in my system, I noticed it on April 8th and texted Ruben my seller at ***. He asked for a picture, which I sent. I was told to just flush the system and it would come out, but it didn't flush out. It kept getting worse so on April 15th I had to take the filter off to clean it. The moss was so thick it came out like grass and was even growing in the pipes. I let him know about the filter, and asked that someone check it out to tell me what is wrong with my system. I also told him that I didn't buy the system for mold but to clean my water. On April 12th I wished him a happy Easter and asked that he get ahold of me after Easter. On April 15th I texted him that I was disappointed he didn't get back to me, and that the mold had returned but now I had red mold growing on the filter. I received no response again, so I texted him again on April 20th saying that I believed that the system was faulty because I had not needed to add salt (almost 4 months). I also let him know that my system keeps shutting off causing me to have to restart it. I finally received a response telling me that they had been shut down, but still I had been calling his personal number not his office number. I also told him again about the red spot and he had me send him a picture which I did.; After which he did not respond. Then on May 18th I texted him again to see what they were going to do about my system, and he finally answered me back. His response was that they were opening up on that Friday (Which was May 22). I have been waiting with no no contact, and I am tired of trying to deal with these problems, as my system is filled with green moss again. I do not have any complaints with the reverse osmosis system, except that I'm worried that the moss might effect the reverse osmosis system.
