Finchoice debited my account while i already paid for the full amount. When I asked for the refund everyone is shifting the blame. Everythime i called i am being asked for the same question that when i paid but I already sent proof of payment and it is showing in their system yet they do not want to refund me. Last week I was told that system will only be updated by the end of last week so Friday i was support to get my money. This morning when I called I was promised to be called back during the day no one called until I called back again, now I am hearing different version that the systems are updated on the 7th. I paid the full amount last month on the 18th, the interest was deducted on the 23rd of September not even the date I said money to be deducted from my account as I only get paid on the 26th every month. I am sick and tired of this selfish institution they do not know what they are doing there. When they selling you for the first time their once you deal with them they treat you badly now that i am no longer owing them they do not care. I am not going to refer a person to them anymore for the bad services. It is disgusting.

I would like finchoice call center to stop calling me before they've checked on their system. Per day i receive 2-3 calls from them and explaining one thing over and over. I've already made payment aarangements.

i am very unhappy regarding the client service that i receive when getting phone calls from finchoice teleservices, the operaters are rud dont give you a change to explain your situation or try to assit with whatever the problem are it is unhumanly to speak to clients in this regard i have received two phone calls since last week and neither of the operaters were helpfull they were plain rude i am a client for years now and if this is how you tread your cients you should not be in this business

I am very disappointed in your service I settled my account last year September to this date you still put a judgement on my name and you claim you forgot to remove it.i asked for a letter and still to be cleared and your employee told me it takes 5 days it's more than 20 days. What do you exactly want from me

My loan was paid in full, but still you deduct monies from my bank account, please be so kind to look into the matter, as I phoned your Customer Care dept. and the keep cutting me off. I have a letter to proof that my account was paid in full. Please phone me on [protected]

My loan was paid off in October 2021. I sent proof of payment, they said they can't find the payment and debited account until March 2022. I am yet to be refunded.

They are now asking for a statement that doesn't exist.

At a loss and tired of them making feel like a liar.

I want my money back.
