Poor standards of service, unprofessional staff, poor patient care.
This dental practice is offers dental work at marginally cheaper cost than high standard practices for similar dental work however you get what you pay for and it would be better for your health to use another little expensive practice to avoid all the poor standards that you will have to deal with.
The staff here have poor dental knowledge and are careless. I suggest you avoid finestdental.co.uk at any branch in the UK.
The excellent reviews in their magazines and the website are written by their own staff members, they are not written by their real patients.
Avoid Finest Dental Practice in the UK.
Absolutely agree. You get what you pay for and they messed up my friend. Still charge and inexperienced staff. Website with photos with staff claiming to be nurses when they are receptionists. Look after your health and please invest in. Private dentist. I know it costs more, but if you go here you will only end up with further costs. Avoid like the plague
I would strongly advise that you AVOID this company at all costs. This company does not care about your safety or you as a person. Here's an outline of things that have happened over a year:
1. My teeth were overshaved. I had Invisalign, "a bodge job" (exact words from the head of Liverpool Street) and braces.
2. First dentist was sexually inappropriate
3. Invisalign retainers didn't fit
4. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Read the wrong patient files
5. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Called me by a different name 3 times
6. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Emailed me with wrong name
7. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Forgot to order invisalign retainers
8. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Told me he is "Bodge jobbing my teeth"
9. Head of Dentist at Liverpool St - Kept waiting for over an hour on multiple occasions.
10. Teeth left with huge gaps after treatment
11. Had to pay for 6x second opinions
12. Treatment coordinator doesn't reply to email or problems
13. Lost my finance details
14. I was a victim of fraud for the lost of my finance details
15. Tried to transfer my invisalign to another dentist and I wasn't allowed by finest dental
16. Complaints department have ignored me for over 4 months
17. Complaints department failed to give me a full investigation
18. Fixed retainer broke 4 times
19. Power cut whilst having treatment
20. Extremely rude guy from complaints department.
I could go ON and ON. The worst thing is that no one actually cares about how I feel as a person after what they've put me through. The humiliation and the loss of an additional £3000 from having my data lost. Plus I've paid for another practice to fix all the problems. I'm so upset that I've been treated like this and not one person has said look we're sorry.
This company is not fit for practice. Currently proceeding with legal action.
I've posted this as the complaints department clearly don't care about me so I hope that other potential patients learn from this.
Undergoing Invisalign treatment at Liverpool Street, similar experience. Did you take legal actions? What was the outcome?
I also have suffered also from Finest dental.I paid £3000 up front & the treatment plan totally collapsed, whats more the Dental complaints service failed to support me.
How are they allowed to continue to operate irrespective whether they get some good reviews?
I would be interested in learning about your legal proceedings process & anyone else who has suffered from this Company who should be forced to cease practicing.

Keen to know if issues were resolved. Currently undergoing Invisalign treatment at finest dental and not very satisfied
How are this Company allowed to continue Trading with such substandard shoddy workmanship with so many complainants like myself left seriously out of pocket?!
I contacted the British Dental Board & they simply did not want to know!
Surely they should be compliant with some sort of controlling body who can bring about some compensation to all these people who have been left without treatment & many thousands of pounds out of pocket. It is scandalous
Not only is it trades description it is plain Robbery!
Someone please give me some authoritative body who can bring these Criminals to justice.
Absolutely awful experience! The practice is a ghost. Noone will give you a phone number to customer services and claim that customer services do not have a phone! How can they be customer services with no phone?!?! is it not precisely what they should do? speak to customers/patients on the phone?!?! Absolutely ridiculous! The phone number that is apparently to the Head Office no one ever picks up! Tried like 100 times, all call revert to some 'over-flout service', which is basically a third party unrelated with Finest Dental. Impossible to speak to a human being there and if you leave a message with them, noone calls back anyway! they also do not respond the the customer service emails! Horrific customer service at the practice reception as well. Basically, if you have an issue, there is noone there to help you. They just refer to phone numbers that either do not work or noone picks up or to general emails that noone will answer anyway. Horrific horrific place. Plus if you add to it all the delays with aligners and retainers, then your experience at Finest Dental turns into a real hell! I genuinely do not recommend this place! Avoid, avoid, avoid by all means!
I am a specialist dental solicitor working across England and Wales. As some of you may already know, B & A Group, trading as Finest Dental, went into liquidation on 1st April 2020.
Liquidators have now been formally appointed to deal with the realisation of any of the company assets and redistribute them to the creditors.
There will be secured creditors such as banks and finance houses and unsecured creditors such as yourselves. The secured creditors will, I am afraid, rank higher than you.
It is the job of the liquidator to achieve a fair distribution and in order to do so, they need to hear from as many of you as possible.
Please contact me on jonathan.jacobs@prosperitylaw.com and I will send the necessary information.
Regards.
