Not happy so far. I bought the Tire and Wheel protection and today I got a nail in my tire. Should be easy, right? WRONG. I called their Customer Service to find out how to use this ... which ... I mean she couldn't care less about anything I was saying, really bad attitude, no customer service skills AT ALL. According to this contract, I can't have anyone unauthorized work on the tire. I get that. I called the dealership, and they can't get me in for over a week. Apparently, I have to be +50 miles away to be able to take it to a tire place, which is insane. So now I'm supposed to drive on this tire for a whole week. Probably so they can say it's damaged due to negligence and refuse coverage. What a rip-off.
Also, they have no website that I could find. I had to scour the contract to find a contact number, and the one I called is for the licensed repair facility. What kind of company doesn't have a website or customer service number easily accessible in 2024? That tells me pretty much all I need to know about this company. They don't want you to be able to contact them.
Here's what you need to do: don't accept this nonsense. Demand to speak to someone higher up who can actually help you. Make it clear that waiting a week is unacceptable and that you're not going to drive on a damaged tire. Push back hard and insist they honor the protection plan you paid for. Don't let them off the hook until you get the service you deserve. Stay strong and make sure your voice is heard.
