FirstKey Homes review: Proper maintenance repairs

In April 2023, we noticed that water was running from our garage. After calling the maintenance repair line and hours of people in and out of our home, it was found that we had something busted under our shower pan. It took approx a week to get this work completed, sometimes being in our home until midnight and after. We both work full time and have kids that are in school. This was a major inconvenience to deal with and personally, highly disrespectful. Shortly after the contractors left, we noticed grout already falling off and tiles coming loose, even though we didn't use the shower until 48 hours had passed, as they advised. The door of the shower was not properly reinstalled so we had to call them back out for that, the drain on the shower pan was not properly reinstalled so we had to call them back out for that, and we were left with dirty cement on our floor where the contractors didn't replace the tile on the floor. 6 months later, we are still dealing with all of this. The tile floor finally got kind of replaced with mismatched tiles, not grouted properly and holes all along the wall still. We have grout and tiles falling off inside our shower with mold starting to grow on one of them. I can't clean any of the tiles on the bottom 2 rows that they replaced because the smallest amount of pressure causes them to fall off. The shower drain sits above the shower pan and was halfway fixed with an insane amount of sealing gel. The contractors that came in, cut tile in our bedroom and 6 months later, we are still trying to clean up all of the dust. I had to do loads of laundry where it got in our dressers, sheets had to be washed every night when they left in order to just be able to go to bed. The mattress had to be professionally cleaned once they were done. I want a professional company out to repair the shower correctly this time, along with respecting my home. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten zero response on them to scheudle repairs.
