I ordered some flowers for our granddaughter who had surgery and was to be in hospital for about 4 days. I ordered on a Friday morning, and I put a note in the order form to be delivered later in the day cause she would be in surgery in the morning. After several hours I got a text, that the flowers couldn't be delivered because she wasn't in a room that could receive the flowers, and they would attempt the next day. Well the next day, Saturday, they didn't get delivered either. I called again Saturday around noon to check if they would be delivered, and they told me they would check and I gave them the room number she was in. Even after all of that, the flowers did not get delivered. What upsets me the most is, that we as grandparents are left looking uncaring! We trusted this company to deliver flowers to our granddaughter who went through extensive surgery and show some cheer and love to her, and now a big disappointment. I will never use or recommend this company, NEVER! I am expecting a full refund whenever I can get in touch with them since this is a Sunday and they are closed. Don't trust this place if you need something important done on time.

It’s incredibly frustrating when a company like Florist One fails to deliver during such an important moment. Having flowers not show up for your granddaughter’s surgery, despite giving clear instructions, really leaves you feeling let down — especially when it affects how you wanted to show care and support. Hopefully, they issue a refund quickly, but it’s understandable why you’d never trust them with an important delivery again. Their lack of reliability in this case is a big disappointment.
