I ordered a flower basket for a funeral and the day before the funeral I received a text indicating they could not fulfill the exact basket ordered and could replacewitha basketequitabletovthe oneI purchased. I texted them back with the colors preferred. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the basket that was sent I was very disappointed and disappointed, as the basket sent was literally 1/2 of the size of the one that I ordered and paid for. The one I ordered and paid for was advertised as "Sweet Moments" with dimensions of 12 1/2H, 14 1/2W. The basket sent was 9H, 6W. I texted the company inform of my satisfaction and request a refund due to the basket not being equitable to what I ordered and paid for. I received a text back offering to refund my service fee. I emailed them indicating that the offer of a mere $9.00 is not equitable for what I paid for and requested a refund. I have not received a response to my request for a refund, nor have I been refunded the mere $9.00. My loved one is gone and the flower basket was a complete rip off!
