Payment problem
I was having issues with the payment and the site cut $18.93 from my account. I complained, mailed but I still have not received it back. In fact I had to order it again in order to send the chocolates to my friend on time. I would appreciate a little help on this matter and would highly appreciate if someone from your team can call and help me get back $18.93.
Service is OK, but App experience is poor
Incorrect dates & times shown (ex. Showing Friday Jan 1 when Jan 1 is on Saturday), very unclear on if delivery dates and times are local to delivery location or customer’s location when scheduling/giving earliest availability. Many fonts are difficult to read due to smaller sizes, screens/pages are poorly laid out and data does not follow conventional formatting.
Fake delivery time listings on items
I am highly disappointed from this app. I ordered around 10 items 2 weeks ago from the main date of the main occasion, but still did not get them on time. Instead of being on time, I did not even get any update about them. Even though I have raised queries about my items, but did not get any satisfactory response from the team. Pls do waste your money and time.

Worst
If you want to spoil occasion with Late delivery with quality issues after paying hefty amount almost double of market price then go to ferns and petals. I am quitting it. The executive called but could not explain the issue and I got a wrong item.
I am so done with f&p and with no hope of them doing any refund or paying any attention cause of past experience, I did not have any energy left to raise it.
Very bad quality
I ordered fudge brownie cake that to with their promise that this time quality will be 100% and they send me normal chocolate cream cake . And as a lollipop they offer that small celebration box . They charge so high . Ruined the day . And this is not first time always they do the same I suggest everyone not to use this cheat app.they charges so high and give you such a bad product . Will never use this app .

I have been using FNP since more than 10 years now even before it was an app. They used to deliver beautiful bouquets for special occasions. Now they take international orders. Their team is soo helpful, they will make sure your order is delivered to your loved ones. I also want to give special shoutout for starting digital gifts during this pandemic situation. 5 star for customer care service & excellent gift choices.
Stay away they Never delivery on time
Don’t trust this guys if you want something to be sent for occasion , They just shy away saying it was courier delivery and the expected delivery date is a joke in itself
Customer service is terrible, they lack the empathy towards the customer and never understand the importance of delivering on time. If I need to order items 10 days in advance I can very well do that from Amazon.

Few issues with app, it'd be very nice experience if you resolve these -
1. Item added to cart, disappeared after 2 days.
2. I'd added a recipient address to my profile using app and saved that. It disappeared after 2 days as well.
I think your app is not writing back to server.
Just an update, I logged out and logged in again and all saved information came back.
Placing an order is a nightmare
The checkout experience is so bad. Once you select what you want, it is impossible to place an order. Whatever date you select, it automatically changes and you have to change it multiple times. The payment experience is a nightmare. I am so surprised that they deploy buggy code. It’s like they don’t test what they are deploying. And this isn’t a current issue, I have been using this app for 5 years now and I still face similar issues.They need to hire better software engineers :)
THE WORST SERVICE
I had the worst experience ordering from this website.
My order was not delivered at all. On top of that they ask me to pay extra 500 for next day delivery.
Also when asked to give my money back the delivery person says it will not be refunded and the order was never completed.
The most unethical and unprofessional service site in today’s time. When they should be apologising and providing free services to the customer for the inconvenience.
I will not recommend this site to anyone in the world.

Donation to Cry - Be careful of this hidden charge
Any business that is legitimate will not include and hide a 10 rupee as a donation to cry foundation.
This is cheap tactic to get an extra 10 rupees on each transaction.
Because you have to remove it voluntarily, you miss it and they collect this.
Also - Its an emotional heart string tug they use , so people will walk away and not contest the fee.
Collecting donations should not be part of the customers invoice. We are raising a complaint to Consumer protection unit , Ministry of India ti validate why they collect this in invoice, and if they pay taxes for this portion of revenue or claim as a 80G relief.
Never trust fnp and waste your time
Been a regular user of fnp earlier but of late service has become worst. My order was first delayed(not delivered on original date though while ordering it was promised). Then they accepted to re deliver next day and also informed that they dint have the flowers we requested and wanted to replace it with a cheaper item. We still agreed and they changed status to out of delivery. No one came to deliver, we even checked with security and then they simply claimed that delivery was attempted and cancelled the order. No response from the phone number they shared. Requested for a refund a month back and still waiting for it. Hard earned money wasted.
Review for Pink Roses and Orchids Baskets
I ordered 2 baskets but at 2 different address in same city. Locations only 5-10 mins apart. The cost per bouquet is 1,600 rs. One basket decoration was according to the picture. The another was the worst! Nothing similar according to the picture. It was white roses instead of pink roses, very less orchids, no basket provided. When I talked to support team and told them that I had 2 exact same orders but they are totally different, they just sending me sorry messages but refuse for any refund and offer me gift certificate 249 rs. The basket didn’t even look like more than 200 rs. It ruin the day for me. It was the worst decoration ever I order and may be in future I won’t be ordering from this website!
Frauds and cheaters
Honestly, I wanted to surprise my wife on her birthday and I ordered from these thieves. I will tell you why I say this. First of all, the driver ruined the surprise by calling my wife to ask about the address and tell her that flowers have been sent to her, although I already have wrote the address in the description. The order came missing some items and of low quality which ruined actually the essence of the surprise. As for the customer service, only one phone number and one guy is answering, he is unprofessional with dealing with customers and not following up properly. Finally, when I asked for a refund for my order, they refused and replied that they will send only the missing items later... seriously ?! Remind me again of the service that you provide.
Not recommended and really showed a lot of unprofessionalism.
Amazing! Surprised my Best Friend!
I live in the states and my friend was in Mumbai, she celebrated her birthday there and I wanted to give her a gift! A friend of hers told me about Ferns & Petals, and that I can use it online and they accept USD! I was so happy! I tried using the website but didn’t have much luck as there were a lot of glitches, when I saw that they had an app that was my last attempt, and I’m so glad I did! This app was so easy and I completed the order in less than 5 min! They have same day shipping too which was perfect! The arrangements were beautiful and even one had a package with chocolates! So affordable too! Love this service :) I got a message from my friend, loving the gift it was so quick, less than 13hrs! Perfect considering the 10 hr time difference! I will definitely use your services again thank you for making my friends birthday special!
Lousy customer service
I ordered flowers for my Mother on Mother’s Day. First FNP delivers the flowers a day late; next they don’t deliver the flowers per the description on their site. Next they don’t pick up calls at their customer service number despite holding the line for 15-20 min. I write in complaints and raise tickets on their app every day and other than being told that they can’t reach my number ; there is no resolution. On the fifth day after placing the order; when I finally get a customer service rep; I am told my issue will be “looked into “! So I wait - toddy I find out that they will not do anything because their policy requires me to send a picture of the flowers in order to process a complaint - within 48 hours - which conveniently I was told after 48 hours ! Wow- is their system rigged in their favour?! At any rate, warming to potential customers on how you can waste your time, and money with FNP and end up ruining special moments for people you love.
Horrible experience and some app improvement suggestions
I had a bad experience with fnp. I ordered two cakes (one of these was a customized cake) , a bouquet , red baloons, candles, happy birthday hangings and a caricature.
On the day of delivery I got a cal from fnp that customized cake would not be possible as they have a printing issue so I said I am okay with a normal cake in that case (fnp should have offered a discount as it was their issue) .
I waited for delivery at expected time
I got only one cake a bouquet and a set of baloon.
I didn’t even get a cal from fnp or any clarification regarding why this item was not delivered and I waited till midnight for them.
I ordered red baloon but got a set of mixed baloon. Same color baloon are rarely available at normal gift stores but the mixed baloons are available everywhere so paying 279 for baloons was too costly and I didn’t even get any clarification on why is this the case.
The flower bouquet had no smell at all.
All and al it was a very horrible experience as it ruined the day for me.
When raised query on the app after 1 day I got a message that price would be refunded but what about an apology or fine?
Coming to the message on card, I asked a couplet to be written on the card it was written in such a sloppy handwriting with cuts and over writing that it made the message really horrible.
App too has similar problems
-You can’t leave a review for the product from my orders section as to tell how these products really are as every city might have different experiences
- you can raise a query but there is no chain of conversation saved so that you can monitor that.
- when you are changing the status to hold or cancelled kindly give the detail of the problem

Most buggy app ever
This app has to be the most frustrating app ever on the apple App Store. The payment system does not support international cards and top of the the selections keep changing on me. It is just ridiculous and overly time consuming to even order simple things on this app.

Flower Not delivered and partial delivery of chocolate
Flowers not delivered, Got 1 toberone chocolate of 10 gram delivered instead of 2 toberone chocolate of 50 gram each, Please refund my money for remaining order. This has happened first time to me on fnp. Their support and people are cheap and fraudulent. They also became corrupt now.

I had ordered a rose in a glass vessel but wrong product was delivered which was no where equal to the rose I had ordered.

Many items not deliverable to my place
I am really disappointed with this app today. I looked for birthday combo gift to send for my long distance love. Almost all the items I found are not deliverable to the place I wanted to send. I wasted 3-4 hours on this lookin for product and trying all of them if they are deliverable. Hope you will improve service next time.

Poor website
For a company doing this much business with international clientele the app is third grade in terms of responsiveness to selections ... changes the date to the next date automatically even if you select a different date ... also saves your cc info without your permission. I don’t think this website or app went through the QA process

Worst Customer Service
At first, I thought this is great service to surprise my family while i am away at home. But the delivery team is good only in metro cities. They promise but don't deliver on time in tier2 cities. They lie on delivery attempts and give excuses about recipient call being turned off. Had bad customer service experience over the phone.

Very bad customer service
My last experience when I sent gifts to Gurgaon was extremely bad. Nobody did anything for the complaint I had. It seems they would call me and not be able to reach me whereas when I left anything in the cart I would receive a call. Have bought at least 10-15 k worth of gifts and was going to use this site for more. After this experience not any more!

Spoiled Cake
I have placed multiple order with this site but with in the country I had a good experience, but when I have placed order for my friends in other country they received a spoiled cake which is smelling too bad and it is delivered after 2 weeks from the date of delivery. I really felt bad it’s been so long none of the costumer care has called for feedback.

I ordered 4 Rakhi combos worth 4000 rs. I only received 3 of them . Out of those 3 something or the other was missing and was very bad in taste. I havenot received d 4th one yet.
