Foco Review: Disappointing Product, Nonexistent Customer Service, and Unscrupulous Business Practices
So, I ordered from Foco on December 28th and they charged me $8.95 for shipping. It took a whopping 13 days for my order to arrive on January 10th. I was really disappointed because I didn't receive any tracking updates since December 31st. I tried to contact their customer service, but unfortunately, they were nonexistent. I didn't receive any response from them at all.
When my order finally arrived, I was really disappointed because it was totally different from what I saw in the ads photo. I ordered a Seahawks beanie with lights, but the one I received only had 4 lights around the knitted rim instead of the 14 lights that were shown in the ads. I paid $42.55 for something that wasn't what I ordered. To make matters worse, they also taxed the shipping charge, which is not something that should be taxed. Only merchandise is taxable!
I decided to post a review on their site, but it was never posted. I guess they only choose to post the 5-star reviews. After reading all the reviews here, I'm hesitant to return the beanie hat because I'm afraid they'll intentionally delay the response and then tell me that my return passed the 30-day window. I'm not even sure if they'll respond at all. I feel like I have to write this off as a lost cause because I'm certain they're counting on that when there's a problem.
I would also avoid the other site, Sports Fan Island, because I'm pretty sure it's affiliated or even owned by the same people as Foco. Everything looks identical, right down to the discount code, format, and calculation. This is truly a "BUYER BEWARE" and "SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK" site. They're an unscrupulous business and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am not a happy camper right now. I gotta say, I will not be recommending Foco.com anytime soon. I had major issues with my order. It took FOREVER for my stuff to arrive- like, more than two weeks. I mean, come on! I even had to send TWO emails asking for shipping info before I got any kind of update. And guess what? When my package finally did show up, it was the WRONG ITEM. Ugh, I was so disappointed. My sister had specifically asked for a headband from this site as her Christmas gift, and you guys messed it up.
I requested a refund and asked for a shipping ticket to send the wrong item back, but guess what? NO RESPONSE. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I mean, seriously, Foco? This is how you treat your customers? I am beyond frustrated. I thought maybe the holiday shipping rush was to blame, but it's been weeks since I heard anything from them.
