on May 23th l noticed $265 taken from my bank account from Food Basics l contacted your company on CHAT as l have been sick and unable to talk, l again contacted numerous times always told it was a mistake and will be corrected well here we are a week later and still no money refunded... l also had an prior issue as l had asked for month to month membership to see how this would work out... and again they took out for a year... l would never of used your services every again had l not paid for a year l am so disappointed with your not just your service but the way you fix the issue, l am stuck with a year and then you seem to take money from my account last time it was over $300 gave me this excuse and another but within 3 days l was refunded 60 then another 60 and then the final amount and now $265 exactly the amount... do you abuse the seniors this way so angry right now l am so glad l can not speak cause l would give you quite a few words... l even contacted my band 2 days ago to stop the transaction but still have not heard from them either... please rectify this issue... social media has heard my story trust me... SENIORS BEWARE.

Desired outcome: l get my yearly fee l paid back $111. and the amount taken out of $265 from my bank account so no more of this can happen.
