The area manager of northern free State n Kimberly region has used his power over the employees by harrassing them by dating the colleagues n he has de wife in the company with all respect we don't date at work n do nudes things area manager Mojalefa date 4 of the colleagues different branch nudes them in working hours in store n Manager of foot gear at mimosa mall female supervisor Lerato and Boitumelo fighting because they found that area manager Mojalefa he is using them by sexing them. Wat kind of company does allow nudes at work and closing the store at 7:00 pm is not hourly rated but he threatened them by losing their job.

How you treat your workers
Hope never harrased the Indian child, I am very much disappointed by the way in which you treated hope at Groblersdal, he is your employee and he deserve your protection. These Indians think they are better than everyone in this country. Hope started by greeting the Indian guy thereafter greeted his child. He said nothing after that except to be harrased by this idiot. So I demand that Hope must be restored to his position, given back his job.
I am a customer there, Hope helped me so nice and he treated all customers with respect. This Indian idiot wanted a drama that he came with from his home. His frustration must never be off loaded to your employees. So please give Hope his job is a very innocent boy full of respect. He really does not deserve this kind of treatment.

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes from their Springfield store. After about 4 wears, 1 shoe opened. went to the store for a replacement, they didnt have stock. they sourced a pair from another branch and it was to be delivered to their Springfield store for collection by me. Its over 2 weeks now, no feedback whatsoever.
The customer service telephone goes to voicemail...emails sent are not answered.
I am going back to the store tomorrow to enquire. Should there be nothing forthcoming from them, then i am forced to raise my issue with other bodies, and media platforms. Non communication from a supplier is a serious lack of service.
Adidas shoes
I am very disappointed I bought 2 pairs of shoes at Footgear Krugersdorp CBD on the 14th of December, I was assisted by a lady and all was well. Today on the 8th of February 2023 I went back to the same store to ask if they could please help me exchange the 1 pair case I know realized that they are too tight for my son and he hasn't worn them ever since they were bought. The store manager told n that he wont be able to assist me as the shoes were worn and I explained to him they were never worn & why would I bring them back if ever they were worn I even showed him the bottom of the show that if ever the were worn it could have been visible but he still refused, I even explained to him that the other pair was also dirty when I bought them but I never made a big deal out of it cause I just told myself that it just a customer hat was fitting on the shoe & I was not going to drive back to the store just for that cause I realized all of that when I got home. So now I left my son's pair of shoes at the store cause what am I going to do with shoes that doesn't fit my son cause I even explained to the manager that I'm not asking for a refund all I want is an exchange for the correct size, so I need the store to intervene and advise accordingly whether if I'll get an exchange for the right size or what's going to happen going forward. I'm a sad customer who experienced a Bad customer service.

A manager being unprofessional
Good day my name is Neo I went to your store in park Station and I was waiting for a specific person to assist me and that guy was sent into one of your stores to get shoes for a another customer so as I was waiting a lady by the name of Andile was busy gossiping with her other stuff about Siyabonga and she then called the store that they sent him to I think what got into me it's when she said on the call he probably fainted on his way cause he faints vele and she laughed on the phone, I find it not fair to discriminate or make a joke about such conditions and when I called the store to complain she defended herself. Can you please make sure that your store manager get proper training.
Service
I went to footgear Daveyton for a refund on the 20/08/2022 and I was told that I can only exchange since I didn't buy at their store. Now I had to drive to footgear East Rand Mall for a refund. Time wasted and petrol for what I don't know, I am so disappointed and don't think I'll ever shop at footgear again at least not the one in Daveyton their service is bad.
Desired outcome: Train them how to treat customers. Remind them that client service is key in a business especially because they hv lot of competition the only thing that makes us decide where to buy is service.

Hi my name is godfrey,i worked for footgear stores during festive season ,for about 8-9 days and didnt get paid until today.I worked at two stores from the same company as a casual worker.I made follow ups on my payement issue and still it was taken lightly by kgotlelelo phahlamohlaka who kept on ignoring calls and emails fro the manager who was willing to assist me.The worse part was(geelboy maphothoma) tried calling rebecca from centurion store whom i talked to 3 months and didnt take my matter serious and laughed.What kind of management(rebecca from centurion store and kgotlelelo phahlamohlaka from recruitment or hr department) are they?.Please take this matter serious as head office or i will hand it over to labour relations act

I ordered two sneakers on 27 November, I have been patiently waiting for my order to arrive since then. I queried this with Footgear, and was told that they only have one pair and would refund me for the other; that was fine I agreed (that was last week). I am trying to track my order and have been left with no goods and zero service. I placed an online order for 2 pairs of shoes, I paid for the items - 29 November 2021 to date I have not received any communication. I have gone onto the FB page wrote on the page, send an inbox, sent emails daily, called HO where no one answers and nothing.
I refuse to pay for products and not get the goods nor the service. It seems no one even cares, I have seen countless complaints on the FB page! If I had read this before I would have never purchased anything and I never will purchase anything from Footgear ever again.

I am trying to get hold of anyone who can assist me with a complaint. No one is answering their calls at Footgear, not even Head Office.
I bought shoes which I paid cash for on Friday 26/11/2021 at the Ottery store. Unfortunately the store didn't have the sized I required, but they were happy to take my money and promise me an exchange for the correct sizes to be ordered and be in store by no later than Tuesday 30/11/2021. However, when I went to the store on the day, the shoes didn't arrive yet. I was promised a call, which never came. Around 13:30 today, Wednesday, 01/12/2021 I called again and was told the shoes will only arrive next week hopefully.
I need someone to explain to me how this is acceptable to do to a client who now has to tell his kids, their shoes didn't come again.

I purchased a pair of chucks from footgear Kenilworth in cape town about few months ago for my boyfriend and the sole has come lose. I don't have my proof of purchase anymore because I didn't think that shoes that are such a good brand and so well advertised would be of such a bad quality.
I think the worse part of it all is that in the few months that his had the shoes he hasn't been wearing it a lot. Is there a converse office that can be contacted in South Africa because I have my converse for almost a year and nothing is wrong with mine.
