I have ordered perfume from this company as advertised on their website. The order was supposedly invoiced on the 16/11/09 and shipped on the 18/11/09. THe order no is 5118227. I sent this company numerous emails requesting date and time of delivery. Delivery was suppose to take place 7-12days of shipping date. It is the 21/12/09. well over a month. Apparenly they also claim that they make use of DHL, FEDex and UPs and World wide air shipping. None of these companies have me on record. I checked the order no, my name and address, nothing! No positive response received from them, just robotic email saying it is probably with customs. If you are an international company surely, you'll have these tracking numbers. I only of course found this out when I had already placed the order!All I want is a full refund. I don't want these items as I know empty promises will be made about delivery and receiving these itmes. A Full refund

I ordered a bottle of perfume. I tried to check my order status as it was taking a while. I contacted them by email as I live in Australia and they replied that they have no record of my order.
I wish I had of read about all the problems others have had with fragrancex.com before I gave them my credit card details. They are a rip off!

I order from them all the time. I posted on a few other complaints that I think they just have problems shipping outside the US...I am actually a wholesaler for the company and never have problems. Again your always safer ordering locally.

I ordered from them 10 days ago and still haven't recieved my order, i will never use them again! have contacted them asking for my money back!

This statement was on one of the many emails from
Fragrancex.com.

I ordered some mens aramis, value app $45, at end of june,
i was emailed that the goods were despatched to the uk by a non
trackable postal service, Fragrancex.com, state that goods
are normally delivered within 7 to 14 days, excluding any
delays, ie customs/security, iv checked with royal mail,
and they tell me that they are not holding item for myself.
As of today, 14th aug 2017, no goods have arrived., Iv had
several email;s from Fragrancex, tell me to be patienct, now
i find i have to be patient for up to five “months”, this is the
period fragrancex will wait for before they would even consider
the goods to be lost or stolen, they rufuse to refund my money
until this period is up, 5 months is totally ridiculous period of to
wait until i might get my money back,
And iv recently checked on the internet, aand as far as i can see
this has happened before to other customers. As far as im
concerned fragrancex, have stolen my money.

I have ordered 5 products since 02/11/2017 and they havent arrived yet. I have asked for a proof of shipping and they haven't give any. It is fake, I believe that the stolen my money...

I have ordered from FragranceX several times and always received the products, usually within a week, although once it took a month - I checked the tracking number and it was whizzing all over the world, as the distributors did not seem to understand my address! However, I think it is worth the wait as shipping is free (so you're not likely to get fast shipping - you get what you pay for) and the price is way cheaper than I can get in the UK.

I have had same problem, item shipped on the 4th of December 09 never arrived. They just have some kind of automatic reply and would not answer the telephone, so I now asked my credit card company for a charge back as this is fraud.

I made aperfume purchase from FragranceX.com. tyhe price of the perfume plus cost of international air freight was taken from my credit card by FragranceX.com. The goods never arrived. Successive emails just got me a standard auto reply that if the goods were not delivered they would be returned and resent. After a few months I gave up and just figure this company is yet another internet fraud mob. Anyone is welcome to contact me for full details of how these people scam.

STAY AWAY ... FAAAAARRRR AWAY.

Don't ship items as promised. Waited two weeks for my shipment, and I'm in Florida. Never showed up and they basically told me "too bad"
30 day money back guarantee ? Don't make me laugh.
Too many other sites that are MUCH better with better prices.

I ordered over $US 170 worth of perfume from this online company called "FragranceX.com" in July 2017 and I still haven't received my products up till now in November 2017. I sent emails repeatedly to this company but they just kept on asking me to wait and wait. This is a scam.
The only reason I ordered from this company is because they emphasized the fact that international shipping charge is "FREE". Don't believe a word they say because the products never arrive. I lost $170 US dollars in total. So...don't buy from this company! You end up losing more than your shipping fee.

I ordered On the 17/0710. I received a card on the 26/08/10 asking for £15.41 in customs Tax and underpaid handling fees. I refused to pay but on second thoughts I rang the Post Office to collect but it had been sent back on the 27/09/10. I have emailed numerous times, I have phoned and had the phone put down on me. I have no perfume, and no refund. They say the have not received it. The Post Office say they should have. They also told me that they would take $15.00 out of my money for stock or some scam. They are not charged for it going back to them. It is the 08/12/10 and I still have nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. BUY FROM ENGLAND.

After ordering a fragrance through this company, & being charged for the fragrance 30th November 2017, I still have not received it> after numerous emails to the company I have only gotten the same standard approach back. ie to have patience, it must be held up in customs. This is my first purchace with this company & obviously the last if the situation does not change> cannot believe they are allowed to continue to operate this questionable business.

I have had the same problem... my product was supposedly shipped on 19th November yet I am still waiting. Have tried emailing several times only to get the same generic reply. So in the end I called, & was hung up on as soon as I said my product hadn't arrived. I eventually got to speak to someone after pressing a different menu option & was told that it would be held up in customs (for 2 months?!). Was told to just wait but it has now been nearly 3 months & I guess I just have to accept that I have lost my money.

It has now been nearly 3 months since my order was 'dispatched' & it looks as if my money is well & truely lost :( I can't believe that they are still allowed to operate considering the number of complaints on here.

I have the same problem, two orders shipped on 10/28/2017 and shipped on 11/10/2017 is not receiving(15february 2017). This is answer to one of my many emails to fragrancex:
''Your package definitely will arrive, we just need a bit more patience please. Some packages can be held by customs for inspections and they are not always timely in notifying the recipient. Severe weather in many parts of the world has caused significant delays in addition to normal holiday delays.''

And no one word about reffund, please wait, wait, wait, wait, wait... HOW LONG?

I order Fracas perfume from the above company for which they charged my credit card, They say they shipped this to me 31March. I have not received the order I have sent them several emails and I have only received one reply with which they provided me with tracking number .I have checked with both Australia Post and UPS parcel service and they both say that I have been provided with a bogus tracking number. What kind of a scam is this company running?

It's too soon for me to make a valid complaint (less than the advertised 14 days), but these testimonials from obviously unhappy customers makes me slightly nervous since I note the most complaints are either long waits for the product to arrive or complete lack of arrival. I can only say that I bought from this company once before and had no problems whatsoever. I would suggest, however, that they change their way of shipping as it makes a customer nervous not to have the ability to track a purchase.
