First I do not ever recall signing up for a trial service with FuboTV TV and therefore have never accessed the service. Furthermore, I never received any notification confirming that I had initiated a trial service.
Despite not receiving any acknowledgment or confirmation of my trial service registration, I was surprised to discover a charge on my credit card statement for the last six months for service with FuboTV. This charge was unauthorized and unexpected, as I never received any communication from FuboTV regarding the initiation of the trial service or the subsequent billing.
I am deeply disappointed by this oversight and the lack of communication from this company and the tactics they used unbeknownst to me to start this service. As a customer of any company, I expect transparency and clarity when signing up for services, especially during trial periods. The absence of any notification or confirmation regarding my trial service registration has resulted in an unnecessary inconvenience and financial burden.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the full 6 months of service that was billed to my credit card. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the circumstances of the situation. Additionally, I urge FuboTV to review its notification procedures to ensure that customers are adequately informed and consent to any charges incurred during trial periods.
