G&W got put in charge of our trailer park by the court 'cause the old owners messed up big time. At first, they were doing okay, but then they started slowing down like crazy. I got my hands on some court papers that had expense reports from G&W and let me tell you, they were lying through their teeth. They charged for work they never did or only did a little bit of, and they said they cleaned up and mowed when it was really us residents doing it. They charged thousands of dollars for that! They're shady as heck and nobody should use them. I told the court, the bank lawyers, and the Consumer Protection people about them. I even had to tell the town building inspector 'cause they were taking out asbestos without the right gear or tents and making the trailers all dusty. And they were cutting trees without a real tree expert and using ladders or standing on the roof with a pole saw. It's not safe!

In March , my condo had a leak from the ceiling. I talked to Dennis at G&W Management for months to get it fixed. Finally, he said I could find a plumber to fix it. The leak was from a drain pipe in the wall, which the condo association should have fixed. The plumber fixed the leak and repaired the water damage. But I still haven't gotten paid for the pipe repair.

G&W management Inc. is not a good company to work with. As the President of the Board of Directors, we have had issues with them not communicating with us on important matters and not maintaining common areas properly. They have also misused our reserve funds. We paid extra money for a new Condo Association By Law, but we never received it. We don't know where the money went. They also requested extra money for flood insurance, but we never got it back when some unit owners didn't pay. We asked to discontinue their service, but they want us to pay for three more months. They ignore our requests and don't cooperate. We still don't have the new ByLaw and don't know where our reserve money went. Don't work with them.
