ATTENTION TO: Suzanne Smith - Resolution Manager | Gallagher Bassett
This is Condo One of University Manors. More than 4 months have passed since the damage to the property by the Waste Manager company, the same ones that did the respective investigation and accepted the damage to our property by one of their garbage collection vehicle drivers, WM was the one who referred us to you for the respective payment and the person in charge of our case was or is Mrs. Smith, if she represents her company, this has left her in a deplorable state of presentation due to the lack of professionalism for the solution and payment of our damages, nor if wants she or her supervisor to whom we asked Diana Parker to respond to our calls and/or emails, delaying the time to date.
The damage has already been repaired by our Association due to the waiting time.
We cannot continue waiting and let time continue to drag on because of these 2 people in charge of our case, they continue to drag it out, we do not understand why. We are an Association of owners that has a legal representative to
defend the interests of University Manors that
we have tried to avoid so as not to make the payment larger
to reimburse that includes legal expenses, but they are being ignored and the sum to be paid increases over time to the payment of $2,634 dollars in expenses incurred for the installation of a new fence, attached in the emails sent to Mrs. Smith in PDF format which has been ignored to date, we have to add the consultation costs to our legal representative Peter and Peter of the sum of $200.00 and to pursue the case the fees would increase.
We hope to receive apologies for the case and a prompt solution to this problem generated by the lack of professionalism of the aforementioned employees.
Regards
Rosa Oviatt
