Complete dissatisfaction for me
I want to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased a Goldair Slim Fin Oil Heater from your online store four weeks back, and was disappointed that it hasn't been delivered till today. It didn't even leave the house expecting the delivery.
I have written a follow up email letter and made countless unpicked phone calls for the order status, but to date, we have not got any response. It was a complete dissatisfaction for me.
I have made the payment online through my Capitec account. I would be very thankful to you if you could look into the matter as to why this delay has happened and provide our refund at the earliest.

I bought a printer from game waterfall on 9.5.2020. I had a challenge using it as it required download of the application to connect to the printer, my phone was not compatible to the app required. I when back to game to try and change for a better printer that did not require installation. Bit I met met the costumer service lady who was very rude and told me I cannot exchange if it's not broken, she called the line manager who was also very rude and didn't even want to speak to me about my problem. I had a very bad experience the the game staff this Saturday 16.05.2020 at game. I still have a printer that I can't connect to use. (my email [protected]@gmail.com) call [protected]
Carpet

I placed and order on the 20th March 2020, I then received an email on the 13th April (attached) and I proceeded to wait for my item as I was in no hurry for my item.
On the 25th April I received the below email to say BOTH carpets have been dispatched to me yet when arrived I only received 1 of the 2 carpets, being the smaller carpet. I actually needed the bigger carpet.
I tried calling the called centre [protected] many times and couldn't get hold of anyone. I then decided to go to your Game store at Rosebank to exchange the smaller carpet for the bigger one, which I was unsuccessful as they lady said this isn't part of an essential service and they were not able to attend.
Later that day I tried to call the call centre again on the 11 May and eventually got hold of Nazeer, I explained to him that one 1 carpet was delivered and when can the other carpet be delivered? I also explained to him that I went to the store and they were not able to assist me.
He said he tried to get hold of the warehouse but they not answering and he would phone me back which never happen. I then called again on the 14th May and spoke to him again and explained to him the story again.
I also asked him to get his courier to pick up this carpet and credit my account so that I am able to go and purchase the correct carpet from the store. He was not helpful at all and I have to constantly repeat myself numerous times. When the parcel arrived I opened the box and threw away the box and waybill. It was only once I opened the carpet that I realised there was only 1 carpet in there and that is when I tried to call the call centre to advise them but received no response.
It is not almost 2 months later from the time I purchased this carpet online, it seems like it is an issue for your courier company to collect the 1 carpet and credit my account, If I knew purchasing online from Game would be such a problem I wouldn't have done so in the beginning.
I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me to get this resolved and Nazeer is of no help. He is extremely rude and speaks over me when I am speaking, if your calls are recorded I would want someone to listen to how rude he actually is.

Complain about poor service, no feedback and refund due not received
I bought 2 tablets online on the 12th April, One was marked as Essential and the other was normal. It was during lockdown and the essential staff was 5-7 day delivery. I enquired on the 20th April to find out how far was the order as I bought the tablet for my son to do school work on it. I called several times with difficulty in reaching them and month end April 29 I called to ask for a refund as I am not pleased with their service, I was told the refund takes 7 days and they have send my request to marketing, followed up on the 7 May and my query is still with Marketing. Today's day is the 13 May and I haven't received my funds. Very disappointed with how the run their sales on line and secondly I feel devalued by them as they didn't treat me with respect and don't have service level agreement. They don't respect me as a client, If had had put my money on the interest bearing account Atleast I would have received interest for it. I can't even go and buy from other store as they have my money. I am without tablets and money for a whole month and I wouldn't refer anyone to such service

I bought a printer online on the 21st april. Order says 5-7 working days for delivery. I still havent received anything. After numerous phone calls, emails and online chats they finally responded saying they have a stock issue and they will contact us the next day. That was 4 days ago and still no responce. The online support number just rings and rings and nobody answers the call. Game should stop their entire operation because they have no consideration or clue about customer service. I will never purchase from game ever again and I would advise anyone that I know to do the same. There are no contact numbers to phone and complain or to get resolve nothing, all they say is we will look into it, and never bother to get back to you. I'm quite furious with how game has treated me so far. I placed an order on the 04/04/20 which stated it willbe delivered within 3-5 working days the 5th working was yesterday. I never received any communication from you guys ever since. I called you numerous times yesterday was promised to be called back whilst they do a follow-up never received any callback called in today couple of times got hung up on. I have been a Game client for many years, and i eoyld like to believe that I am a good customer having bought many large items through Game and making the required payments. My credit limit as a result of my conduct was subsequently increased.

On the 29th November 2019 it was black Friday, trusting that I will save money by buying 9 items online, the transaction went through successfully, 1 of 9 items was delivered on the 4th of December, from the 6th of December I have been following up with Game and they referred me to Dawn wing courier company which also referred me to RWS which is another courier company, I drove to RWS and only found 7 items in a box, now today is the 30th I'm still waiting for my remaining JVC sound bar which Sibahle from Game customer contact Centre advised that it was only dispatched on the 27th of December 2019, I have already used over R1000 on airtime and R400 on petrol to collect the 7 items and no one is helping in resolving. escalated to Dane for intervention.
poor service by the administration team
To whom it may concern:
I recently made a purchase at Game Windhoek for 2 x 49RU7100 Samsung TV's by paying for it via online banking. I made the EFT after telephonic confirmation with Lewelyn at game on 25/12/2019.
After making the EFT, I phoned Lewelyn to ask if it had been received.
He then confirmed that the accounts department received the proof of payment to the email address evangelineb@game.co.za, but they can not release the stock until the money reflects in the store's account, which is absolutely ridiculous because what are Proof of Payments for? But who am I to question the sub-par African system, so I waited a few days.
I phoned every day to ask if the money had reflect on the account yet. I sent the proof of payment to a second email on the 27/12/2019, with the address gwind@rcsgroup.co.za just to make sure the accounts department have the Proof of payment.
On 28/12/2019, when I phoned again, the money reflected.
Now on 29/12/2019, Lewelyn and the administrative staff say that they can not find the proof of payment anywhere and that I need to send the proof of payment before they can release the stock to me. After the staff told me they have the proof of payment, but can only release the stock after the funds reflect in the store's account. The staff is either outright lying to customers or they are greatly incompetent. Do you see the problem I am dealing with here?
Untrained staff, poor management, poor stock procurement and an extremely incompetent administrative team.
Please advise. I am helpless

We bought a KiC fridge from game Stellenbosch in April 2019 it broke down in August 2019. Game fixed it and it broke again in November 2019 and on 24 December 2019 it broke again. Every time we contacted game about the fridge it took about 2 weeks for them to send someone to fix it, we lost lots of food that went bad, and the fridge didn't break because of loadshedding it broke before loadshedding started. This is a real inconvenience. this is a really bad product and should not be sold at all. Now we have to wait two weeks again for it to be fixed.

I contacted the Fraud dept spoke to Thabani who refused to help me with when items purchased and where.
