Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Andrew Diale, I bought a Samsung 55inch UHD curve TV at waterfall mall rustenburg from Mahlasele Maphahlele whom was the sales assistant who sold me the product in18 October 2018, in 2019 mid December I had an issue with the TV as it had a black band across the screen.
I took it in for repairs on the 2nd January 2020 as I couldn't during December holidays, it returned on the 20th of January in less than 2 months the TV already had stripes across the screen again, since the 26th of March when the national Covid-19 lockdown began I only got to have a chance to go to the store today 21 May 2020.
I approached the same lady who was selling me the TV explaining the matter to her kindly requesting for a new TV as I'm not happy with that one, because I'm not happy about it going for repairs again for the second time and my warranty on the TV is about to expire in a few months and I might experience more problems with it later on, rather I get a new TV if I have to add money on top I would thinking maybe I would be compensated in such a matter, but instead the lady said I should take it in for repairs again.
Therefore as an unhappy customer I send you this email kindly requesting for your assistance to get a new TV or a Refund instead as I am unhappy with the service I recieved at the store prior I encounter any problems at the store with my matter when I take it back on the 22 May 2020.
