Garden Buildings Direct review: BillyOh Corner Summerhouse

From March when first Ordered until 02/08/2024 I have had nothing but trouble.

The firm are rude, unknowledgeable in dealing with anything other than they are right, and nothing you say is listened to I have been swore at and the phone put down I've asked for someone in a higher position but I'm told they can neither give me their name or telephone number or address. They talk over you make you feel stupid.

I was told there was no harm in making a collection at 10pm at night. I'm in my 70's and live in an isolated place in the country and I don't want strange people on my property at that time of night. I was told to get real people deliver or collect on a 12 hr system these days.

The summer house which was purchased did not met any standards except to say it was ill fitting doors three inches to short split wood, cracked Perspex, roof was like a skate board park, measurements were wrong windows when fitted left between1"/ 2" gaps wood was mismatched door catches were wrong, roof felt cracked.

I have complained a few times on trust pilot, filled with people just like me and my complaint.

Still waiting for collection at a reasonable time and my money back. I was told it was a couple of hundred pounds, as if it was nothing so why was I complaining. it may well be but its money I don't have to throw away, This was all so my partner who has cancer could sit in his summerhouse and look at his garden he is 83 and probably won't have all that much time to use it which is a very sad and stressful situation for us at present and don't need extra stress
