Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Longer waits then DMV. Incompetence all around. Cheats customers.
cars when needed
cars when needed. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and it took them over three hours to complete the job. When I asked about the delay, they just shrugged and said they were busy. No apology or explanation whatsoever.
Furthermore, when I purchased my car from them, they promised me a great deal and excellent after-sales service. However, once the deal was done, they seemed to forget all about me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency.
The salespeople were pushy and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than in helping me find the right car for my needs. They didn't take the time to listen to my preferences or answer my questions thoroughly. It felt like they just wanted to get me out the door as quickly as possible.
As for the service department, they were unorganized and inefficient. I had to wait for hours just to speak to someone about my car, and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested in helping me. They kept telling me they were short-staffed, but that's not my problem. I expect better service, especially when I'm paying for it.
Overall, my experience with Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge LLC has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car or in need of service. Their customer service is lacking, and they don't seem to value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
What a plezure to work with Jason M*** the General Sales Manager at Garden City Jeep
What a plezure to work with Jason M the General Sales Manager at Garden City Jeep. He waz so knowledgable about leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and getting out of my old lease early. He waz very clear about what I should do to handle the damage on my car and what I should expect when going from one lease to another. I cannot thank him & the entire Garden City Jeep team enough to make my lease transition an easy one.
I wouldn't recommend using this dealer for service
I wouldn't recommend using this dealer for service. They are a complete failure. They didn't fix any of the problems I was experiencing. They called me multiple times, changing the price each time. They seem more concerned with upselling additional services rather than actually fixing the problems you have. So, they didn't fix any of my problems. They overcharged for simple services and kept calling me back, trying to charge more. I will never use this dealer again, and I advise my family and friends to avoid them as well. Find a dealer with better reviews and one that actually cares about the customer. Thanks to them, I was reminded to become a DIYer. There are simple things you can do on your own to fix and maintain your vehicle.

Amazing *** I have never encountered such a wonder group of people who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We all have our days especially when something goes wrong with your vehicle, but not here. My first phone encounter with Aliyah was above and beyond what I expected. She was kind and very attentive when taking and verifying the information needed to transfer me to the right departments. And every time I called she was the same just a joy to speak to. Zee from the parts department also took the time to explain the functions of the item I needed and would possibly need based off of him handling something similar to my problem. Very detailed and I appreciated that because I am not a "car linguist". And last but not least was *** the Warranty Administrator, who went above and beyond by contacting Chrysler *** so the problem could be fixed. He showed genuine care and concern, which is a rare find. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to the ins and outs of the vehicle, which was impressive. Often people are in a department and that is all they know. His knowledge was very vast. Again, A great group of people who deserve to be acknowledged for the kind and wonderful people they are.
This place is the worst when it comes to customer service
This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I went there to fix my key fob and they told me it would cost $400. They took my key to the back and said the fob was dead and I needed a new one. I don't understand why I have to pay $189 for the fob itself and then another $199 to program it. If I'm buying the fob from them, shouldn't they include the programming in the price? When I asked about buying a fob somewhere else, they said they couldn't guarantee it. So now I'm stuck paying $416 with tax. What a rip off! They even wanted to charge me an extra $7.70 for a service fee, which is crazy. I managed to get them to remove that charge. Luckily, there was a nice person there who felt bad and gave me the corporate number. I called and spoke to someone named *** who just kept apologizing and saying those are the numbers set by corporate. I thought I was speaking to corporate, but apparently they're called Mopar. When I asked for their direct number, she said they don't have one. How are we supposed to complain if we can't talk to corporate? She got annoyed with me and I asked to speak to a manager. They said there wasn't one available at the moment and that someone would call me back by the end of the day on Monday. I'm still waiting for that call. This business is so shady and overpriced, it's a total rip off. They take advantage of their customers and I'm absolutely disgusted by their business practices.

We bought a jeep compass on Monday June*** with cash. The next day it died in the middle of the intersection. We had the truck towed to the dealership. Every day they promise to have the car back to us. Today is July *** and it's still not returned.
I bought a warranty for my 2017 Dodge Durango, and it was all signed and dated
I bought a warranty for my 2017 Dodge Durango, and it was all signed and dated. They also gave me signed and dated papers for the interior package. But now I'm finding out that the interior wasn't actually included. Nobody told me that it wasn't part of the $3,500. I just assumed it was because they gave me the signed papers. I want this resolved, and I think they should make an exception since it was their mistake. I called and talked to a manager, but I still don't have a clear answer. Thanks.

On July 16th, my 2020 Ram (Vin ***) needed to be towed into the dealership 'cause the transmission failed after owning it for less than 1 year. I was left without a vehicle. The new transmission finally came in on Monday 08/09. After almost 2 full work weeks of having the part, I've been notified that my truck still hasn't been started. The corporate office is useless, and they just keep telling me there's nothing that can be done. I've been without a vehicle for 5 weeks. This ain't good customer service. I want my vehicle worked on and completed right away. Contacts: Service manager ***, case manager from corporate:

I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this place on 5/3
I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this place on 5/3. They said the price included plates, title, and registration. The temporary license plate they gave me expired on 6/2. I called many times and talked to Marissa, who handles registration. She told me that the Indiana BMV rejected their attempt to get plates and register our vehicle because of problems with the paperwork. Marissa said the Indiana BMV is the reason for the delay. This happened on 6/17. A few days later, on 6/21, Marissa called and said the paperwork problem was fixed and she would submit it again to the Indiana BMV. I still haven't gotten my plates or registration. I don't even have the forms to finish the registration if I wanted to. It's been over a month and I haven't been legally allowed to drive my vehicle. I want compensation for the time I couldn't drive my vehicle, and I want my plates and registration to be expedited as soon as possible.
My car has been at the dealer since October 15
My car has been at the dealer since October 15. I previously complained about this dealer, but you believed their nonsense and did nothing. Now my car is damaged in their lot. The windows were left down and garbage bags were taped to them. Last night, I checked it out. There was snow on my front seat and in the back floor, as well as in the bed of my truck, which was left open with my personal belongings inside. The snow was plowed into the front of the truck and damaged the driver's side. On several occasions before, I found water in the car. The seats were soaking wet and the doors were left unlocked. I have pictures and videos to prove all of this. By the way, there is nothing wrong with the windows. They just disconnected the battery while they were rolled down and were too lazy to reconnect it, so they just taped bags on them. Not to mention, they claimed I needed a new engine, but the new engine that arrived was apparently also defective, so now I need another new engine, even though the original engine is still in the car. Why would they put a bad engine back in? Because I didn't need one in the first place. This place is running an absolute scam. They will feed you some BS dates and lines, just like last time. Maybe this time you will listen to me.
On September 18, my husband, ***, *** financed a 2021 Rocky *** 4-door, Jeep Wrangler
On September 18, my husband, ***, *** financed a 2021 Rocky *** 4-door, Jeep Wrangler. Two weeks after the purchase the radio/ GPS, parking assist, and CarPlay stopped working. I called the sales manager, w who after I read the reviews, promised to support us should we have any problems with the *** He suddenly could not support us, but rather connected us to the service department. In October, after many conversations, as they wanted to keep my vehicle for 3-4 days, I was finally given an "appointment." All they did was update the software. Not even two days later the problem started again. I brought the Jeep in again and waited as they installed a REFURBISHED system in my brand new car. I had distinctly requested them NOT to do that. I bought new and wanted new. This system is worst than the one before it. In addition to dropping CarPlay, the car's navigation system was providing inaccurate directions, e.g., Exit at the highway at Exit 13 ***. Mind you, the actual exit was Exit 6. This is just one example. An abbreviated version, "***," the Premium Case Manager at Jeep told me I needed to bring my Jeep into the dealership so that they could run a diagnostic. I wondered why this had not already been done. I asked how long would they need my vehicle. She said, 4-5 days. I was livid, to say the least. *** said that the vehicle had 7 different computers that need to be checked. I said we are in the throws of COVID. I am NOT leaving my car with JEEP for that long. And, for the same reasons, I don't want a Loaner. The reason it takes that long is that they are poorly managed and do not honor appointments. Additionally, it has been my experience that they do not follow COVID protocols.
On October 15th, my 2020 Dodge Ram, which I had leased, was towed to Garden City Dodge service center due to some issues it had while I was
On October 15th, my 2020 Dodge Ram, which I had leased, was towed to Garden City Dodge service center due to some issues it had while I was driving in traffic. I had a similar problem with a Tahoe before, and it turned out to be a software issue that was fixed within a few hours. However, my truck sat in the Dodge lot for a couple of weeks before they even diagnosed the problem. I never received any calls or updates from my service representative, so I decided to go there myself and retrieve something from my car. Surprisingly, an attendant easily drove the car from their lot, which was only two blocks away, without any issues. I quickly grabbed what I needed and left.
After another week passed, I went back to the service center to inquire about the progress. That's when they informed me that they had inspected the crankshaft and discovered that it had snapped. They claimed that I needed a new engine, which would be shipped in a few days. At that point, I asked about getting a loaner car since my vehicle was leased. Everything seemed fine until I mentioned to my service rep that I had leased the car from a different dealer and Garden City was the closest place to have it towed to. Suddenly, they changed their tune and said there were no loaner cars available, and I would have to rent a car on my own. To make matters worse, the new engine never arrived, and they couldn't provide any information on when it would be shipped.
I spoke to several mechanics who all told me that it was impossible for the crankshaft to snap and for me to have driven the car 8 miles home before it was towed. They also mentioned that scoping the crankshaft was not a feasible procedure. In order to get a second opinion, I brought a mechanic with me to see what would happen when I started the car. However, I was warned that if the mechanic examined the car, they would leave it on the street and void my warranty. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. It has been weeks since that incident.
To sum it up, this whole situation feels like a scam. Two of my friends had the exact same issue with the same car, and it turned out to be a software problem that was resolved on the same day. It seems like Garden City Dodge is charging Dodge for unnecessary repairs, and I'm the one who has to bear the cost. On top of that, I'm still paying for a leased vehicle that I haven't been able to drive for almost two months.
