DFY Autostore
Donald Wilson is a scumbag liar and thief. I listened to his spiel on their DFY ecommerce business that you can buy for $1995 it included them building a website (which turned out my 12 year old could have built), they give the same exact ugly website to everyone that gets the program.. Then they are supposed to fill my new store with a certain number of products monthly they are now 50 products behind, Then they also guarantee that they will send traffic to my website and guarantee I will get a sale within 90 days. Well didn't happen. They have a double your money back if you don't get a sale. Not only did I not get a sale in 90 days I didn't get a sale in 6 months,
I just wrote to them and their "Gatekeeper" Daisy wrote back and told me "I see that we have had your store built up with all the promised products. We also generated one sale for you for the campaign Dog mom custom mug in Aug, 2021. The sale was from our traffic, and the payment went through our processor" WHICH IS A BOLD [censored] LIE! I got my store in April and August is more than 90 days. I guess not only can she lie she can't count. I tried to login to see this sale that supposedly happened and lo and behold I'm locked out of my $2000 account. I'm so pissed off right now I may have to go to Kansas or Vegas or wherever that [censored] thief lives and do something I can't say here. You'd think as much money as he makes he'd at least live up to his word. But all he really cares about is Donald Wilson. KARMA go get him and get him good. Notice the date on when I paid. It 's April the supposed sale was in August, Isn't that longer than 90 days?

Double charges on orders
Hello,
I figured out why I was being double charged for every order I made on amazon with the products I launched on gearbubble. I was told (from the LowHanging System) that when I got an order on amazon, I needed to go on gearbubble and purchase the product, and then fill out shipping information. I did this, and the next day I would receive another identical charge for the same order. I see now that gearbubble has automatically been purchasing the products that get orders even though I already bought them. This has happened a total of 4 times, so that is a total of $55.20 that I have lost. If there is any way that I could possibly be refunded this money, I would greatly appreciate it. I will attach proof of the double orders in the attachment section. If you see, there are two different tracking numbers for each name since it was charged twice. Thank you for your time.

Amazon and Etsy Integration
I have had nothing but problems with Gearbubble, and their customer assistance is nonexistent. I bought a pricey sales program from another vendor, and her entire system is based on Gearbubble. As a result of the problems that I have not been able to sell my items on Amazon or Etsy as advertised for almost three weeks.
I have two problems that are still not resolved. One is for the integration with Amazon. The GB system keeps rejecting my Market ID for the US market. I am an American living in the US. I have checked the number over and over again, and it is the same number for the US market that it has been for years. Believe me, I have followed the instructions, checked everything repeatedly, and even had family members go over it too. But, no go. I have sent a stack of emails asking for help. Crickets. It makes no sense.
The second problem is the integration with Etsy. The system finally says that I signed up for the plan, but every time I I try to set up the connection with Etsy set up it tells me I need to sign up for the plan. Same thing, followed the instructions, yada, yada. Three weeks later no connection, no response to my plaintive emails. All I want is to get set up, like all the other Gearbubble customers. If I screwed up. okay. If they did, fix it. I want to be their customer, but so far I have not been treated like one.

Hi Tasha,
I'm still having an issue with the delay on this order.
I ordered two shirts on April 17th.
The next day (April 18) I received two emails telling the my order was being made. The email did say that some orders fill quicker than others but the max is "about 10-14 days"
On April 25th, I received the email that one of the orders had shipped. (one week to make)
On May 2nd, I received the first order (one week shipping) - At this point we were at the "max" of 14 days for te second order.
I emails you and received a prompt reply saying that the delay was "due to the high volume of orders and deliveries" - which might have been the case had both orders been delayed.
So here we are on May 8th, 3 weeks since the order, and almost a week beyond the 14 days max, and I still have not even received an email that the order has shipped.
My wife's birthday has come and gone, Mothers Day will also pass this weekend and she still will not have her shirt.
Can you find it and get it in the mail, please?

As you may know, sizing charts are available on the product order page. With this information available, customers order at their own risk.
Their terms say this: Your terms said 100% refund within 30 days of campaign. I went back to their site to see where I missed this information about buying at my own risk. I found it nowhere. I even asked if they could replace it with a unisex one and was told they do provide it in unisex. Seriously! Besides it showing on their website I am get email from them with the default size of Unisex.
Support has elevated it to management. Nothing. 30 days will be passed before anyone gets back to me. I just want them to honor their policy of 100% refund if I am not happy.
