General mills fibre one product is the only cereal with no sugar content and thus is vital to diabetics such as myself. My glucose readings and my health has suffered accordingly. I am aware that numerous others are in the same situation. Fibre one has not been available in the united states since mid summer. Each month that I have inquired I have only been able to reach a representative in the philippines who can only give me generic information and in each case projects availability in the next month. The reason for non-availability is always "a supply problem". Please note that when I was in canada the same product was readily available from their mississauga, ontario factory! I brought back four boxes to the usa think that surely your problem would be available within weeks. The manager of the store in huntingdon valley, pa where I had purchased this product reports numerous urgent complaints from other customers. What is the truth? This is a severe health issue! What is canada doing that you cannot? Please contact me at [protected]@msn.com (fred gustafson phone [protected]). Why cannot I reach other that non-applicable recording at your usa headquarters? Thank you!
Desired outcome: EXPEDITED AVAILABILITY IN THE USA (at last) OF FIBRE ONE and in the interim an explanation of this repeated non-availability in the USA but ready availability in Canada.
