Get2Door bailed me out of a real jam when I did not have a ride from Tampa Intl. Airport to Lakeland, FL while traveling alone without my husband. They met me at the baggage claim, took my bags to the van, and delivered me to my destination without any issues and in utmost comfort. I will keep their information for the next time.

Amazing Service, We are a family of 6 with 4 kids under 8, driver met us at the baggage claim and helped bring our luggage to his vehicle, we requested car seats which came fully secured including a rear facing car seat (they were also spotless). Service was incredible, will use this service for our return trip and again in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Get 2 Door yesterday. Picked up at the St Petersburg-Clearwater airport to be driven to Sarasota. Appreciated being billed the morning of (not earlier), and texted updates with the driver's name and car details and then a subsequent text from the driver himself. Service was professional and friendly with a smooth ride.

First time using a shuttle service. It was excellent. Yuset, the owner, got back to me within minutes of leaving a message, answered all my questions, which made me confident in my choice. He arrived on time, and texts were received notifying me of his arrival. I will definitely use this company and highly recommend it to everyone who needs a reliable (and reasonably priced!)shuttle srevice.

Once again Get2Door,LLC came through with flying colors. They are the only company that I will use for transportation to and from the airport. They keep you very well informed so you know what to expect. The drivers that I had were very friendly and helpful and it was a very pleasant trip both ways. We had two flight arriving at different times and it went like clockwork with Get 2 Door, LLC. We had flight delays and they were so helpful to work it out with me. This was my first experience using this service instead of renting from Budget. Hurricane Dorian caused a forced cancellation of our scheduled return to Orlando and subsequently wiped out all available rental cars. To the rescue I googled for options and Get 2 Door popped up. What a great organization. They kept me updated from first contact, pickup at TPA, to dropping us at our door in Orlando. I will certainly use them again.

Get 2 Door Service was top notch. Our driver Hector was awesome even though our plane was an hour late. Courteous, polite and and communicated with us every step of the way. Awesome service and would highly recommend. Every part of process was great from booking to our actual ride to condo. Five stars E 10/1/2022 My elderly parents needed airport transportation after the hurricane when family pick up was not possible. The service was absolutely wonderful. There was ongoing communication which made my 80+ year old parents feel confident. Upon arrival the driver immediately contacted them and the drive home went smoothly. They were thrilled with the service which is a significant deal because they are very nervous about everything. I highly recommend Get 2 Door!

Although my plane was almost an hour late in arriving at the Tampa airport, Yuset was there to meet me at baggage claim. The baggage was also late in arriving, but we both waited patiently. Once out of the airport, it was a quick trip to Lakeland up I-4. Yuset drove safely and smoothly at speed. He wore a face mask in the front, and I remained in the back with my face mask on, so we followed Covid protocol. I felt very safe, considering this new surge of the Omicron strain.

I would recommend this company Get 2 Door to anyone needing a shuttle to and from the airport. They were prompt, friendly and helped with all our luggage. We had three children with us two of them needed to use car seats so the town and country came with them for a small fee. In great condition too. The vehicle was very clean. The driver's driving was perfect, he is going to school to learn English we were able to communicate with him so well. Very friendly and overall great guy.

Hector provided excellent service..courteous, timely,informative on pickup process. I felt very safe..did not drive like he was in a rush..no weaving in and out of traffic..drove within the posted speed limit. Vehicle was very clean. This company identifies the driver and the car with registration ID previous to pickup, which is a measure of safety for the customer. I would recommend this shuttle service to family and others in need. I hope all their reviews have reflected this same level of service.

Yans was arrived on few minutes before the arranged pick-up time, which was a pleasant surprise. I was running behind and was able to easily notify
Yans who was happy to wait for me. The vehicle that I selected at the time of the reservation was as pictured and described. It was clean and comfortable and Yans was respectful of my belongings when loading and unloading them from the van. I felt very safe during my ride to the airport and Yans drove carefully and obeyed traffic rules. This was my first time using this company's services and I would happily use them again and reduce them to friends and family.

Due to a flight cancellation, I ended up at the Flint Michigan Airport with no way to get back to my car at the Punta Gorda Airport. Eventually, I made it to the Ft. Myers airport and hired Rolando Morena from Get 2 Door to drive me back to Punta Gorda. He drove superbly in a driving rain. When we got to Punta Gorda we were met with hundreds of cars already parked there. I had saved my parking ticket, but in the dark it was still difficult to find the car. Mr. Moreno was not about to leave me by myself in a large, dark parking lot. So, we got out of his car and started walking. We finally found my car! Many, many thanks to Rolando for seeing me through this stressful situation.
