GetAFlight Flight booking

Booked a flight booking but couldn't travel as tested positive for covid
The company isn't replying to emails or giving refund. When contacted on there whatsapp messenger service initially they ignored me then became very rude to me. Pls find attached my flight booking and my COVID result. Totally disgusted with the level of customer service. I'll be happy to send a screenshot of the conversation I had with the agent too.

Desired outcome: Refund

GetAFlight Flight refund

Ref no 72480-RB0MFJ.
Booked a flight to Dubai after being told if flight was cancelled due to covid I would get a full refund. When dubai were still on the red list I phoned to see what my options were.i was told that I could keep my flight open, book another flight or get a refund minus £150. Emerates told me that they paid full refunds with no penalty. Getaflight said that the refund was due to a 3rd party cancellation fee. Because of this I kept my flight open. When I tried to book another flight to a different destination I was told I had to pay over £350 each in taxes even the thenew flight price was the same as the old one. I then told them I would get the refund instead and questions the £150 each cancellation fee. This time I was told it was because I had previously asked for an open flight. I have been told they are getting a full refund from emerates so I expect a full refund in return. They state kn their website that the covid cover includes full refund. Regards Mark Jones

GetAFlight Rescheduling/cancellation charges

I am annoyed because of two reasons:
1. They are charging double (£300/person) cancellation fee wherelse air india airline cancellation fee is £150 for any number of passengers on same pnr.
2. They are unclear about rescheduling charges and do not give proper break up for the same which is not transparent and fraud.
Really disappointed with their service.

GetAFlight airline tickets

Hi I booked some flights through sky scanner with getaflight
In March after booking the flight I emailed them to ask how much it is to cancel a seat they said £185 per seat up to 48hr of departure
Iv asked to cancel 4 seats and now being told it will cost £220 iv challenge them saying you said £185
They saying you were given wrong information
I feel they can't say something to you then say you were given wrong information
Iv told them to cancel my seats but I will be complaining about the difference money
They've said they have cancelled the seats but won't tell me what will I begetting refunded
They saying you can check what refund you will get when you get it refunded
The service is so bad
Iv booked through sky scanner thinking it's a good service and reliable
The experience iv had with getaflight is terrible
One minute they saying you were given wrong information and the next they saying air lines have put the charges up which I feel is rubbish
When iv asked prove it to me the charges have changed they saying they can't
Is there anything you can do to help

If you wish some one to investigate the case, you need to submit the details, such as, in minimum:
- description of the events in timely manner,
- to attach the eticket / or boarding pass,
- your explantions, why the air carrier is guity in the lack of the services which you had paid for.
- what do you need in the result.
