Horrible experience and horrible customer service! Me and my husband decided to have my sons second birthday party here. It was a horrible experience. This was our first time here and our last! The host that was assigned to our party room had an attitude and was very rude to us and our guests. She refused to give the guests that filled out a waiver wrist bands and did a horrible job hosting the party. I had to keep leaving the party room for things that we needed. When I brought the issue to management instead of them correcting the issue they took up for the rude host! I called earlier in the week to see what would be a good time to come before the party started to decorate and was told 2:30 but did not get into the room until 3pm which is the time the party started. Very rude staff and I will never have another party here!

The manager, Mac, was really mean and disrespectful in front of the kids. Today, me and my family went to the Gizmo's Fun Factory in Orland, *** for my grandson's 7th birthday. Before we went, my daughter called to ask about having a party for my grandson and 10 other family members. They never told her that if we didn't buy the minimum party package for $300 for 9 people and $30 for each extra person, we couldn't have cake or cover the tables. When we got there, we tried to put a tablecloth on the table, but a worker told us we couldn't. So we took it off. We spent over $300 on food and also brought cupcakes. When we started handing out the cupcakes to the kids, Mac, the manager, was really mean and rude. He said we couldn't serve the cupcakes. He could have been nicer about it, but instead he stood over us and talked rudely, not even listening when we said we didn't know we couldn't serve cupcakes with all the kids there. We asked if we could at least put the cupcakes under the table, but he said no in a mean way. He even said we couldn't use one cupcake to sing happy birthday to my grandson. The people who answer the phone should know what to say to people. This whole thing was embarrassing and hurtful. We won't be going back to Gizmo's again.
