Ordered on 31st of August, received an incorrect ring size due to my own fault.
Asked for replacement on 7th of September shipped off the package, the return was never picked up.
Contacted support told me they processed my order for a replacement ring on 6th of October I contact support again on 23rd of October because replacement never arrived. No communication from support either to make sure things were ok or even to let me know that there would be a delay. I've made about the customer support always tell you they are adding your concern to a log and will reach out in 24/48 hours.
on 26th of October I contacted support again, got someone called Bridget who just stopped responding mid conversation I had no warning of a disconnect so I assume she just didn't want to resolve my issue, Bridget never followed up with me with any context on the situation.
On 1st of November I contacted support again and got Bridger, she ignored me again
Contacted support on 7th of November reached someone called Katie who pasted a template and instantly ended the chat.
This company only wants your money and really doesn't care about the aftersales support. I am extremely angry with how this situation has been dealt with.
The support made an excuse that the ring I ordered was out of stock and thats why it was never sent, the had only told me this after I had waited some time and had to come back to them for an update.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I advise everyone to strongly stay away from this horrible company.
Claimed loss: €75 and my hairline
Desired outcome: The replacement ring within the next week or a full refund on the ring.I dont want any sort of apology because I know they dont care.My money back or the ring within a week is all I need
