I ordered bracelet on 9th December with the promise of Xmas delivery. Approx 4 days before last postage day I contacted customer services as still hasn't arrived. Received generic email saying they still guaranteed Xmas delivery & I should check royal mail tracking-i replied saying of course I'd done that but royal mail says no tracking info until delivery attempted! So sent another email to customer services as wasn't happy with their aloof response. Was told I could either return it or have it discounted! How could I return it or have it discounted if it hasn't yet showed up. Told to wait til after Xmas & they'll either give full refund or replacement with discount. Rang after Xmas as website says customer services open but turns out they have someone covering but not answering any queries & told to contact them following day when team will be back. I did that today again & same person gave same advice ie team in tomorrow so contact them again tomorrow. This was supposed to be Xmas present for my mother & not looking like it will turn up especially after reading other reviews! I'm at my wits end & just want this resolved.
Desired outcome: Replacement bracelet at significantly reduced cost with guaranteed delivery. If this goes on & on without a satisfactory outcome I would then pursue a full refund but that would be last resort.
