Item number:[protected] I bought this item from you on Feb. 22, 2023 after I was given your assurance in an 'email' that they would in fact fit my 2005 3.7 ST Durango. My mechanic told me yesterday while he was in the process of replacing them these were 'entirely wrong' for my vehicle! I was forced to purchase new ones! Because I knew it would be awhile...

My 2004 nissan sentra fuel pump
They refuse to warranty my fuel pump, it supposed to have 10 years warranty, I bought the fuel pump in march 2020 and it went out inJuly 2020, I contacted them and they sent me the paperwork to be filled, so I did but I couldn't find the bill where I paid the shop that installed the fuel pump on the car, so I didn't feel that I needed to bother the shop people with another receipt, but I sent them the name of the shop and phone number, . So they denied to replaced the pump on warranty, and they sent me paperwork saying if I want my pump back I have to pay for shipping, or they keep it and after 45 days they will dispose of it. I will contact the installing shop to see if they provide me with another receipt. I paid 15.00 dollars on the post office to send the pump to them and I have been without a car for a good while.

fuel pump
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a fuel pump from this company through ebay and it was not for my car as advertised. I contacted the company by email and was told I could return the product for a refund. After I returned the product to them I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. This was not disclosed in the email, nor in the listing. They received the returned product a week ago and they still have not issued a refund. I emailed them again and have not received a response regarding my money. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off!
fuel pump
The company sells crap fuel pumps. A month after installed it failed. They ask you to send product back for warranty at your own cost of course. Even the usps tracking states the package was delivered they claim they do not have it. These people are crooks selling crap. The do not stand behind their products and warranty. Do not do business with them. These are crooks. Do not be fooled by their volume of sales. It is just because they sell chinese crap cheap.
warranty
Cheap, junk, misleading ads, bought a part off ebay that was advertised as lifetime warranty. I put the part on myself as I do my own mechanic work. Part lasted about 2 weeks cheap plastic junk fell apart in my hand when I took it off after contacting the company they sent me out copy of their warranty that said to provide them a copy of the bill where a dealership or professional shop installed the parts... Funny how they forgot to mention that in their ads... After explaining to them I do my own work they never would respond to me no exchanges or refunds... Just check their b.B. B rating it is a big fat f... I wouldn't swap nickles with this company ever again. Had to get pay pal to step in and investigate before I got my money back. And that was because they took it out of his account he didn't do it willing.
As everyone else says they sell junk and don't give warranty or refund the fuel pump I ordered was no good out of the box it never pumped a single ounce of fuel stay away from them absolutely crooks in my experience
counterfeit parts, bait and switch
Purchased what was supposed to be a genuine ac delco electric fuel pump from their ebay store, under their user name: global-automotive. Cost was not inexpensive, but was a good deal for an ac delco brand part - probably right about what the part would wholesale for.
I am aware that there are a lot of very cheap, poorly made generic parts out there, so at the time I made payment, I left a note for the seller, asking that they not send a generic part; I only wanted the advertised and pictured genuine ac delco branded part.
When the part arrived, as soon as I opened the box, I knew I had been scammed. They sent a generic, poorly made chinese pump with the aftermarket brand and part numbers sanded off of the side of the module. The box it came it was an ac delco box, but the part number didn't even match what I had purchased - it was simply a used box that they obtained from a service garage after installation - they simply stockpile the empty boxes, and then put a generic chinese pump inside and ship it out.
I am not the first to be victimized by this company.in fact, if I had done some research before I made the purchase, I would have never done so - I doubt they sell any legitimate brand name parts. This is beyond simple bait and switch - the extent to which this company does this is downright felonious.
Buyer beware - you will not get what you paid for. You may not ever even get your money back. It is not worth the risk to deal with this company.
fraud
I, too, ordered a fuel pump from this shady outfit and, of course, the pump was defective. I sent it back as they suggested. Two months went by without any response from them. Finally they send me papers, claiming that I ruined the pump with contaminated fuel. When I responded with proof that they were, in fact, lying, I never had a response again. Now I am out the money and I have no pump! Beware of this place... Do a google search on them and see for yourself!

Selling reject parts as new, out of box. They claim to buy them in bulk and do not have packaging. Fraud and will not honor a return or any type of warranty. Do not buy from them...
defective auto part
I bought oxygen sensor and was defective. Sent them email right a way after finding out defective part. Received response after about couple of months. They asked for details about vehicle and code. Sent them. Did not response another month. Then again asked for vehicle details (same thing). Sent them again. Did not reply another month. Then after 6 months they said we only have 30 day warranty
Then I sent them the first email details and date. So for never got back to me. Looks like it is rip off.

Bought a defective oxygen sensor with 2 month warranty that they refuse to replace or refund after several emails, the last of which demanded I take it to a licensed mechanic, which I told them I did and never heard from them again after several more inquiries. I complained to ebay but it appears they have done nothing and are still giving this company a rating of 98 in spite of several other complaints i've seen on google, the phone listed a few months ago went to a fax. Maybe they have a new one now, or they can be contacted by looking on ebay for automotive electronic parts and using the 'ask a question' feature

I order a headlight for my BMW 528.i on May 25, 2023. As of today I have not receive the item. After tracking the item(1Z3E51F90307124504) It shows that the was returned to the sender and was received by the sender.

I ordered a fuel pump, put it in and nothing, my bad pump was original part, lasted 25years still worked just low fuel pressure, l got screwed, these people know they are selling parts that don't work, I'm not even going to try to contact them, they already know they are screwing people
I bought 1 distributor, and it tested defective. I bought another one, and it too tested bad. I thought maybe I misdiagnosed the issue but I then bought a used distributor at a salvage yard and the car started right up.
I then tried to return the defects, they only would give me replacements.
I returned the distributors and after about a month of their lies and deceitful BS, they finally acknowledged receiving the units and proceeded to tell me they were in working order. That too obviously is a lie. Now they refuse any correspondence with me and will not return any calls or emails. They have my money, the defects, and a bunch of my time and labor and eBay did nothing.
This is by far the most deceptive and dishonest company I've ever dealt with and eBay is enabling them.
I wish I found this info before. I bought an ignition coil. Number 1 cylinder not getting any spark. I put my old one back in and it works. Now I had to pay return shipping for a replacement. On closer inspection, the coil I received did have some scuffs and marks on it. Probably sold before to someone else. Product came in plain bubble wrap, noe box. Seller says it's a Motorcraft part. No part number on coil, only a sticker with part numbers.
I am attempting to get them to send me a 3rd upstream O2 Sensor for my 1998 Volvo. The first one was defective, the second one was for the downstream, and now I'm trying to buy a 3rd, but no response. I've just called them but it went to voicemail. I went by the 98% rating on E-Bay...maybe it's time to stop using E-Bay for any purchases. I can't even use my car because I installed a new catalytic convertor which will just get fouled if the O2 sensor is defective.
Dear Friends, Global Automotive Miami must buy junk from someone, advertise the junk as new USA brand. If you are able to receive a reply from manufacture verifying part is their part and Global Automotive Miami purchased the part from them, post reply.
I just bought an oxygen sensor for a 1990 BMW and they sent the wrong one, and I have emailed them 4 times and no response, also I called and the number just rang and rang... I have no idea why they have a 98% rating on satisfaction, that is obviously bull [censored]; we need to get that rating lowered some how. I will never deal with them again.
Global Automotive of Miami is a RIPOFF company. The hide details in the shipping and payment section of their auctions about having to reuse old parts off of you old pump. STAY AWAY! They will not answer their phones, email only.
Had a bad buying experience with them.
I am dealing with the same situation with this shady company. They email stating to take the fuel pump to a licence GM mechanic and I did. They sold it with a warranty and refuse to back it up. All they state is that it's 100% accurate and good working and tell me that I am the one in the wrong when my mechanic tell me they are full of it and its the pump. They state that the fittings that are on the pump go bad after time I guess causing the fuel leak. THE PUMP IS BRAND NEW~! THere should be no going bad on a brand new pump.
SHADY SHADY SHADY and they don't even have a phone they answer when you call them. Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY from this company on EBAY or anywhere else. They will rip you off if you have a problem...
warranty fraud
Purchased a part from their on line store that was to have a one year warranty, after you get the part and it fails, they tell you that the warranty is no good because you have to have it checked by a certified shop and done by a certified mechanic. It has nothing to do with the fact that they sell cheap parts that fail very prematurely and don't stand behind advertised warranties. I sent the old part back return receipt requested, but they must not have accepted it as I heard nothing.
