I was a victim of this company. They are conniving with call center agents in the Philippines. I complained with this company about the scamming modus operandi of their agents in a call center in the Philippines. As of today the issue hasn't been fixed and they didn't do nothing and I didn't get refund. The scamming is still going on and this company still allows scams to happen. Read the link above. Same modus operandi of their agents using fake identity with fake pictures and account of FB and dating site of their agents to lure unsuspecting people to be their lover and then offer the vacation package of Gofly Cancun. These agents will deceive you that they are based in Cancun while it is not.

To NBI (National Bureau of Investigation), Philippines - Please investigate this scamming modus operandi where many of Filipinos from Philippines, US and Canada are becoming victims and this has been happening since 2015!

Did you ever do video chat with him? if not and if he has a lot of alibi then you're deceived. Don't ever believe and his company ever in any circumstances. They are fraud since 2015 they been doing the bf/gf scheme. Obviously you were trapped to buy the package. Start asking now for refund asap, contact your bank and forget about him don't waste yout time and money. Good luck.

I’m also having the same issue now, what can we do? Are we still be able to use the package regardless? Because I have receipts and all but I wanted to sell half of my package to someone I know.
You will be able to use your package but you will not be able to meet your "lover" bec she/he will give you a lot of alibis. Also they are not in Cancun. They are in call center in Los Banos.
Hi, I bought the package too and wondering if the package that i availed is legit? And i need to extend it but scared to pay more now,
i was also scammed by the person who worked with goflycancun in 2019. i bought 2 packages and until now i couldn't use it due to this pandemic and i kept on extending it which i have to pay more and they dont even issue receipts for the extension. what a scam!
