Gofobo review: Receiving prize I won

My name is Jacquelyn Anderson 2027 Dickerson Drive Lenoir NC 28645. I won a Roku Express and a $25 Sling Gift Card Approx. 8 to 10 weeks ago. I have email you all over 12 times and only got responses here recently after the respondent claims they have responded everytime. Those claims are false as I haven't deleted any of my emails since March of 2023. Also they claimed they sent my prize out via email on the 14th but I have no emails from you on the 14th. Only Nov 3rd 26th 29th. Also I was told my Roku was delivered on November 20th but I checked my informed delivery through USPS and My Choice UPS and FedEx and no packages were delivered on the 20th. I was lied to. I feel like winning the prize is a scam. I was so excited cuz that was the first time I ever won anything. I asked for then to give me the tracking number but they refused. I asked for them to reship my items and have them require a signature as I requested before. I love this site but looks like I'm gonna have to report it to the BBB and consumers Affair. Thank you and I'm sorry. I was so happy. I'm so disappointed.
