GoSite delivers EVERYTHING they offer. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received, the personal attention, the quick responses and most importantly the personalities of all employees I have worked with. They clearly love their jobs and it shows through all they do. This is an amazing company providing excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you Jeff D for all your hard work!

Signed up 6 months ago. They haven't held up to their end of the contract. Changed addresses they instructed me on how to update in their software so it would change on all other search engines. Over s month goes by nothing updated. Sent in a request to cancel service and magically the addresses updated. Requested to cancel service in writing and on the phone atleast 6 times and they refuse. Terrible customer service and service overall. I would not recommend. Basically stealing money from people.

Where to start... Go-site is a marketing, website design, and advertising company that defiantly has your best interests in mind. Unlike the smaller companies they are a corporation that listens intuitively and has more advanced features that there competitors! Special thanks to my marketing directors Jaclyn & Michael for boosting my online presence and forcing me to hire more talent to keep up with customer requests. Promised to build us a website and app. This was a loe they give you access to their app and give you a cookie cutter website that you have to build yourself. They did refund some of my money, but decided they needed to keep several hundred dollars for their start up costs. Very poor customer service and communication.

I could give a negative star I would. BOOKING MEETINGS AND PRETENDING YOU KNOW PROSPECTS IS NOT HOW YOU GAIN BUSINESS sean nakabayashi He emailed pretending we had talked and sent me a calendar appointment. This is predatory and an awful tactic. QUALIFY YOUR LEADS and follow up like a legit sales person. HIGHLY do not recommend.
Harassment is their only sales tactic
Harassment is their only sales tactic. If you stop answering their calls, they just spoof a different local phone number. They have called me from appx 7 different phone numbers. 5 of those times it was the same person (James). At first James used the same Chula Vista phone number several times, but when I stopped answering it, they started using different numbers that appear local to me. When I did set an appointment to talk with them about their service, shortly after they first reached out, something came up and I couldn't keep the appointment, they called me several times and then sent me a rude email.

I paid full price $ 330.00 per month while still paying for my other site while GOSITE prepared my new website for the next 9 months! Finally the site went live in May . It is a dysfunctional, mess that does not work despite months of attempts to make corrections. The salesman promised over and over that he was my contact and he would see that I was pleased. Ultimately, my phone does not ring with perspective clients anymore. IT IS WORTHLESS!

Its been a month since I signed up for Gosite
Its been a month since I signed up for Gosite. I've been calling and dealing with them multiple times a week. I told them when I signed up to not use occupy the current on I had. They did not listen and it looked like my old site and they copied the wording.They do not know how to build a good website. The wording is bad and there is many misspellings. They told me my site was ready to publish on the web. I wish I could show everyone what they originally had to prove my point. I wouldn't let them publish it because I'd be embarrassed. . They did setup my Siri but didnt do Alexa. They did fix my directory. So they do somethings but not others. They will charge you account and won't want to reimburse you. I'd be embarrassed if I treated my clients this way. I would not recommend them. They do put you in a contract. I guess this is why they don't care how they do business

Do not use this Company! They are a fraud, their sales reps lie, and their design crap! First of all it took about 3 months just to get my website somewhat presentable and not go live! They have no creative vision or design! You will have to hold their hand and pull teeth just to get them to see what you want. Their platform for designing are pre-made templates! So Custom headers for your website is a no go! 3 months and couldn't go live because their design team is garbage! They lost 600 contacts of mine and did not want to compensate me for the time I put in to log them in individually! And lastly the manager called me and tried to so call me to a higher package when I already had all the services. Insisted to tell me I did not have their top service for booking when it was clearly on my website. Unorganized, Untrustworthy, Unreliable and Unlikely to ever be doing business with me again! This has got to be the worst company to date.

I was with another company who did provide a template site. However, Gosite seemed to offer a better opportunity for a better site. In October I was called and told they needed a domain transfer from my previous company. The person I was speaking with agreed to do a conference call with my previous company. We did and the transfer was complete. Gosite rep says all is a go and they have all they need. December rolls around. I decide to look at my new site withe the expectation of seeing a new awesome site. The site I see is still under the old company. I call extremely upset that I have been paying all this time and nothing has been done. I demand a refund and to cancel my contract. The rep on the phone says yes sir but informs me that they are not sure about the refund. January rolls around and I get a call from a very nice Gosite Rep telling me they are ready to go live but need a domain transfer. I thinking my contract has been cancelled explain the whole story and am informed it was never canceled. They are still taking money from me. I tell him I want it canceled . He has integrity and informs me he cannot do so but will get someone to call me who can. A week passes by and I get a voicemail from a manager. She say my site is ready to go live and she will purchase a new domain. I call back and explain I want to cancel. She continues to tell me how she will refund me up to this point. I continue as if I am speaking some other language to explain that is not necessary. She continues and then finally tells me she cannot cancel me. These people are a scam. They have taken money monthly and given me nothing. DO NOT USE GOSITE!

I hired this company to run my GMB and build a website
I hired this company to run my GMB and build a website.. They charged me a setup fee and said the cost would be 165 a month to maintain my website and GMB.. I scheduled a meeting with the setup team who kept me on the phone for 20 minutes or more asking what I wanted in my website... I told her it was ok to copy my current site but there were pages and keywords that needed removed because I did not provide those services anymore, so we spent this time on all the changes that needed to be made... Instead of making the changes they charged me a setup fee and wasted my time on the phone because all they did was copy my current site word for word... During the time they were supposed to be making the changes and building the site I tried out their review tool...*** I found this tool prevented people from leaving reviews because it added extra steps and they have to click on a link which makes most people leery.*** KEEP THIS IN MIND IF THIS IS THE REASON YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP... I HAD MUCH MORE SUCCESS CALLING PEOPLE AND ASKING THEM TO LEAVE REVIEWS WHICH CUTS OUT THE EXTRA STEPS.. Already very unhappy with this company they called me and said the site was ready... After reviewing the site and seeing no changes were made I became disgusted with this company.. I used the review tool very minimally and never posted the website because I lost faith with this company.. I talked to someone from the company and told them they could keep the set up fee and 2 months of maintenance cost but I did not want to continue with such a bad company... They refuse to let me out of this deal even though I never posted my site or used their review tool again they continue to charge me for servicing my site... During the time that I was with them one of their salesmen called and tried to sale me on their company... To me this shows once they got me to sign up they did not even have me in their system but continue to charge my card every month...Please consider the morality of these people before you sign up.. We are a new company with a limited budget in the middle of a pandemic and these people will not stop taking my money... I don't care what they promise you consider the type of people who would do this..

We contracted with GoSite, Inc. on 4/30 to be our Internet Service Provider. They promised to have a working website that satisfied us within two weeks. This has never been done. Last contact from them was on 6/21. We repeatedly told them before then we could not switch ISPs until we had a website approved by ***. Also, we have NEVER been assigned a single service assistant contact since Day 1 - probably 8-10 different people call or email us. I had misgivings before contracting GoSite, but my Customer Service rep (inactive member of the Georgia State Bar) received promises that things would be corrected.

I was contacted by Gosite to help me create a website for my business. I was apprehensive because of the high monthly membership fee but was convinced on how they would promote my business. Just a couple of days later I asked to speak with the agent who assisted me *** if she can render me a refund because I decided to go another route. She says she doesn't have the authority to do that and I need to speak with her superior. He was never "available" to help me with my refund. I spoke to *** again about reaching out to him and that shw said again he would have to render the refund. She said she would get back to me and I haven't heard from her since. I'd just like a refund. I never received any services from Gosite, I chose another route to go and they still haven't refunded me the money.

They made several calls to me explaining how their system or service works but I never saw any benefit for my small business, on the contrary, I started paying for the modification of my website and after spending a month I was still expecting positive results. I have only had to pay each month because they do not give me the option to cancel the services or I would have to pay for the entire year of a contract that I signed digitally through an email that they sent me. Today, I have no money to pay those monthly payments and worst of all, I did not receive any benefit for my business. I constantly call this company and insist on canceling the services and if possible they will give me a refund of the money thrown in the trash. They always give me evasions and I don't get answers. On 12/28 I was contacted by *** from GoSite doing a follow-up call about GoSite website building and marketing services. I informed him that I was not ready to make any decisions right now but I would listen to what they had to offer. I was then transferred to *** a sales rep. with GoSite. *** went over the services they offer and we discussed pricing packages and I was ready to sign up. However, my credit card did not go through and I informed *** that I would get back to her the following day that I was waiting for a payment from one of my customers or I would transfer funds. 12/30 *** contacted me by phone, I was unavailable to take her call, she later text me asking "to let her know if I wanted her to run my card again." I was unable to respond to the text message. Later that evening while looking at my emails, I noticed a "Thank You" email from GoSite for trusting them with my business. This raised a red flag, I looked at my bank account and noticed $199.00 taken from my account. I text *** from the previous text she sent me demanding that she reverse the charges, I did not give her permission to run my card the second time. *** did not respond to my text. 12/31 a.m. I called and left *** a message to reverse the charges of $199.00 *** did not respond.

I have nothing to compare my experience to before Go Site . They have done what they said they would do : built a website from nothing and got it launched inside of 2 weeks . I'm not really a technology kind of a guy but my account manager Tiffany has made it understandable for me to participate in asking for reviews from my customers . She has been responsive when I have pestered her with questions and helped to make me believe this will be a good investment for my previously ' Web Dark ' company . Overall , I would recommend GoSite to anyone not sure how to build , host and maintain a website .
