Disappointing Experience with GoVets: Poor Customer Service and No Connection to Veterans
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with GoVets. I was trying to buy a computer part, and everything seemed fine at first. But then, out of nowhere, the website said the part was out of stock. I was pretty frustrated, but I figured I could just cancel my order and move on. Nope. Turns out, I got charged anyway, and there was no way for me to cancel. I tried emailing, texting, and calling, but I never got a response. It's like they just don't care about their customers at all.
Honestly, I'm not even sure if there are any veterans working there. I mean, it's called GoVets, so you'd think they'd at least have some connection to the military. But based on my experience, I'm not so sure. It's a shame, really. I wanted to support a company that supports veterans, but I guess that's not what GoVets is all about.
Anyway, if you're thinking about ordering from GoVets, I'd say be careful. There's no guarantee that your order will go smoothly, and if something does go wrong, you might be out of luck. Personally, I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank and try to move on. But I definitely won't be ordering from GoVets again.
Unreliable GoVets: My Disastrous Experience and Refund Process
So, I bought something from GoVets and it was a total disaster. I was so excited to get my item, but then I got an email saying it was out of stock. Like, seriously? How can they not know that before I buy it? It was such a waste of my time. I was so mad that I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. But, to be honest, they were really helpful. They gave me a total refund within 5 minutes of me contacting them. I don't know if they'll eat the charge or get their money back from GoVets, but either way, I'm glad I got my money back. I wouldn't recommend doing business with GoVets. They're just not reliable.

I received an item that was damaged upon receipt. The box was not properly taped up and the package did not have proper bubble wrap to protect the item. The refund process was a HUGE PAIN. First they said, a driver was going to come and pick up the item. They NEVER came to pick up the item. Then, they said that I could drop it off at ***. However, when I went to ***, they were very confused about the return. They said they do not accept returns from other online stores and the *** department is for shipping online. This company is FRAUD! I contacted them and asked for the contact information for the supervisor and CEO Tony ***. They refused to give me that information. I had to file a dispute on my credit card just to get a refund. Don't buy from them!

I then tried to call them, they put you on hold for a 10 minutes and hang up on you. so the only way to communicate with them is through a chat and ticket. So then I was told it was on back order should have it within a week. I waited. chatted again and they still didn't have it. So I said I like to cancel my order. Then I had to wait for the other company to say it was okay to cancel, that would take a week. Still hadn't heard anything. So I chatted again, and was told that the other company had canceled the order . Great I had thought. Wrong it is going to take another 3 to 5 days to refund the money into my bank account. and I just have to wait to see if it gets refunded.

Another company that advertises items being "In Stock!" that doesn't have the item "In Stock!" They took my order and send they'd send an update and tracking number. A week. Nothing. I tried contacting them. Nothing. FINALLY through their 'Chat Support' because you can't call them I got someone who was less than not helpful then I got disconnected. Finally AGAIN I got someone who told me it's on backorder 4-6 weeks. They did the same thing that *** did the week before. These companies take orders in hopes you'll wait 4-6 weeks. Then they'll probably tell you another 4-6 weeks. Don't do it. I should've listened to the guy who reviewed before me, but I saw other good reviews and took a chance. Not worth the aggravation. Poor business practice. Poor customer service. Poor communication. None if I hadn't pestered them.
Had the best price - by a lot - for for the item I ordered after checking local and other online retailers. The only minor annoyance was that less than an hour after ordering I contacted Customer Service to double my order but was told it couldn't be modified and to just place another order. Since shipping was free this was not a big deal. Even though the second order was backordered, it arrived the day after the first order arrived.

Purchased product on sale 40$, a ratchet set through their *** store. Saw the price had gone up to 90$, also still on sale, the next day. Knew at that moment I was going to either be shipped the wrong item "accidentally" or it would be "damaged in mail" since I've encountered this more and more lately. Box arrived with a 12 inch wrench in it. Issued return and replacement. Refused to replace and claim will issue refund because of the mix-up. Yup I totally believe that you "mixed up" a 8x2 inch blue box with a 12 inch wrench.
Same amazon scam many companies do now. Don't waste your your time with this company.

Many different techs response to various e-mails. All automated, creating various ticket numbers. Same answers, I received Interior paint in white and the paint can says Interior. I ordered EXTERIOR. Their response was the specs say Interior/Exterior. That is NOT what the paint can specifies or anywhere on the paint can. Then they had me send a picture of the can. So I did. Still not getting anywhere and I requested a Refund. Needed to get exterior painting done way before May so I went elsewhere. Still going round and round with this company. Not doing business with them again and don't suggest any one else does. All this for 1 can of paint. No refund made. I work for a Veteran Program, certainly not treated like this.

Nobody cared, lost the work from home job offer, and not only that, they won't even come pick up the over $200 order which was a desk for the job that I lost. I even saw the guy come to pick up the order, he looked at my house and drove off. Please don't do business with these people, I'm telling you. I placed an order with GoVets mid-day on July 9th, just after 12pm noon
I placed an order with GoVets mid-day on July 9th, just after 12pm noon. I received a prompt e-mail that they received my order and that it was being processed for shipment. A follow-up message came in, that on July 10th my order was shipped it was supposed to arrive on the 12th. It didn't arrive as expected so I called and was told that it was delayed, after checking on it. I was told it would arrive on the 13th. It didn't. I called again. This time they said the order would be here on the 14th that the driver was behind schedule. It didn't arrive on the 14th either. Now, here we are two days after the initial delivery date and I am being told it would be here on the 15th. Worst of all . . . the order shows on their tracking form that my merchandise is right here in town and it has been here in town since July 12th! How can it be here in town for three days and not make it to me for delivery? I can think of worse places to waste money but this joke of a place is in the top five.

I've had a great experience with GoVets, both times I've purchased from them. Their prices are phenomenally low compared to other places I've shopped - and both the desks I purchased are great quality. Nothing bad to say about them at all! We love having such a great alternative to *** and the big box stores...We are even pleased with the shipping time - faster than we thought it would be. Our only issue was with the actual shipping company not giving us a heads up of when the desk would be delivered. Their website (SAIA) couldn't find the order every time I tried to check for the status of where it was; and then suddenly the driver called and said he was 5 minutes away. I was at work (30 minutes away) but luckily my husband was home at the time. However, if the driver had called an hour earlier or 20 minutes later, he would have had to wait quite a while for one of us to be home. Not GoVets fault, but maybe they can send that feedback on to SAIA? All in all, I love GoVets and will definitely purchase from them again!

After sending messages inquiring when it was shipping, on Dec 2nd I received a message that they had no shipping info but she suggested in order to cancel I had to fill out the information form which I did right away and asked for the cancellation and refund. After doing that I was able to get a printer locally. Then on Dec 9th I got an email that the printer has shipped and received Dec 11th. Guess cancellation doesn't mean anything to them. I tried calling their phone number and always a 6 min wait and then hang up. Tried a few times and the last time it was a 5 min wait. Even the message I sent that day I received no answer. Of course they took my money for the printer almost immediately after I ordered. Paid $203.50 for a printer I cancelled. Need to inform Complaintsboard.com about this company. Very disappointed and certainly would never order anything again. My late husband was a retired US Army Col. so that was the reason I felt comfortable ordering from them.

Return Request date 12/21. THAT, is how long I have been waiting. I purchased a chair that was delivered "Open". After removing the contents of the box, I found that the hardware has been stolen. I made contact in regards to a replacement. I received an email of the refund which was over $100 short of what I purchased. I was told "no worries, I'll just have to key it all in myself. Then I'll get that pick-up date and refund right back over to you. HAH! I don't even remember the number of times, they gave me a new pick-up date. Not 1 single date was ever offered. Definitely wasted enough of my time with that. They never confirm with you a convenient date either, they just choose. Finally, I was told to just "leave the box outside". These people have NO clue what they are doing logistically. So, another pick-up date was promised and what do you know, no show! All of a sudden, on an undisclosed and random day, by an undisclosed person (no markings on the vehicle, no uniformed shirt) shows up and takes the chair. Of course I had to contact govets to see if they received the return which they did. It is now March 18, and still I have received no refund! Shame on you for treating veterans like 2nd hand hand-me-downs

DO NOT USE GoVets.com. Just had a less than pleasurable first experience with this company. I found a good deal on a Gerber Center Drive Multi-tool that had showed "in stock" with free shipping so I placed the order (Order # available on request) . After that, I received a message saying the the item was on backorder. I used the Live Chat since there is no customer service number where you can speak to an individual (big red flag!). Despite telling you how they communicate with their suppliers all the time to keep an up to date inventory, they had no idea the item wasn't available and I had to wait overnight for them to verify the backordered status and they cancelled the order. I do have to say that the Chat reps were polite and courteous. Who does business like this? Who makes people jump through hoops when it's no fault of the customer? GoVets does. Integrity doesn't appear to be a founding principle here. I've read too many similar reviews for this to be a one off event. It's how they do business. How do they have any repeat customers? It's ironic that they have Customer Support and Returns as two of their selling points. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company. P.S. - I am a Vet that was using this site to help other Vets and I still felt the need to report this type of practice. Sad.

I bought an item which was represented as being "in stock" (in fact I wanted to buy two, but only one was noted as being left in stock). All post transaction representations were, thank you so much for your business / order supporting our vets, blah blah blah and it's being processed, ... etc. I have been awaiting the item for two weeks as it was immediately billed to my credit card with no indications of delays. I contacted GO VETs who advised that the item was to be restocked in March 2022 and it would be 5-7 business days beyond that before I could expect delivery. I purchased it at the end of November !
I never authorized payment of an out of stock item, AND was NEVER informed of its out of stock status; and yet after doing the leg work to investigate what was going on, I had to fill-out a special form online after creating an account with GO VETS in order to "Request" a cancellation."
BE WARY! I will likely be contacting my credit card company if I do not see a change in the refund status immediately. My sincere advice is to stay away from these businesses fronting themselves as big supporters of veterans and playing on your emotions, just buy from *** - TRANSPARENCY, NO , NO HASSLES, FREE RETURNS and NO WAITING! I had never heard of GOVETS but as an Air Force retiree I thought I would give it a try. After paying for the printer I surfed around and found this Complaintsboard.com site but was pretty worried when I read the reviews; there were so many negative reviews I began to wonder if I would ever receive the printer or maybe wouldn't see it for months.
I received an email on Monday (I had ordered it Friday evening) saying my purchase was being set up for shipping. Pessimistically, I thought that I wouldn't hear of it being shipped for a long time but was surprised when I received an email the next day saying the purchase had been shipped with a tracking number from UPS having an arrival date of Friday (yesterday) before 7pm. To my surprise, it showed up around 3pm.
Because of all the negative reviews, I just had to say that in my case, things worked out great. Cheap price and free delivery that took a few days because of ground shipping from the other side of the country, Most other places selling this printer were out of stock. *** had a few but they were priced over $120 more (I thought they could this because of supply and demand from my Econ 101 class). Some vendors said that the printers were probably in a container on the 60+ ships waiting to unload their cargo at Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbor. No one was taking adding to their waiting list.
Now to set the thing up on my home network.

Not a good experience at all. Not once, but twice. I ordered a surface duo bumper case that showed being in stock. Two months went by, still says awaiting shipment. Finally after being told five times, that the supplier was getting back in stock, I got fed up and requested a refund. It took a week, but I finally got refunded. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them one more try as I'm a veteran and wanted to support this company. Seems like deja Vu all over again. Ordered, on the third of January. It's now the seventh, still saying, as usual, awaiting shipment. I really don't look forward to the item ever being shipped at all. Everything is always awaiting shipment. You shouldn't list an item in stock if you have no idea what's going on. This is really bad business. I have given up hope of ever receiving this item and will request another refund. I have ordered items from the other side of the country and they have arrived in the days. This item is still awaiting shipping and they don't bother to try to speed the process. I don't think they know that the stuff they list even exist. Stay away from this company. As a veteran who was hurt in battle, I'm offended that they would use veterans to promote such a bad business. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but here's some business advice that may help you in the future. Before you list and show an item as in stock, make sure you have it on the shelf. If you don't know the status of and item for sure, don't list as in stock and most importantly, don't take people's money and hold it for two or three months while still showing awaiting shipment.

I ordered a single item on January 22, 2022. It was a crockpot. On February 5th, I received a notification from GoVets Support that states the following: ---------- We are contacting you regarding GoVets Order#: . We see that your estimated delivery date has passed. However, we do not show that we have received shipping confirmation for your order. We are truly sorry, for this delay. We have contacted our supplier to get an updated estimated delivery date for your order. We will be reaching out to you within the next 2-3 business day with an update. Thank you for choosing GoVets, -GoVets Support ---------- I replied back the next day thanking them for the update, and very explicitly letting them know that I was honestly getting a bit worried as the crock pot is for our wedding, which was 20 days away at the time. We ordered through GoVets because of their promise of shipping it to us in a couple weeks, more than enough time. We even paid $20 more for it than we would have elsewhere (we wanted a specific one) just to get their shipping guarantee. In my response on 2/6, I asked if they thought we'd be able to have it in time. I didn't hear anything. I asked again for updates on 2/8, and still nothing. We couldn't find the crockpot we wanted anywhere by this point that would get it to us in time, so we had to just get what we could get, which is very disappointing. Suddenly today (2/18), I received an update from GoVets. Nobody contacted me, but rather, they just silently cancelled my order. They didn't reach out to say why. They didn't even reach out to simply say that it happened. They didn't ever respond to my worry about my wedding. 13 days after they tell me there are shipping delays, and they don't even have the courtesy to tell me that they cancelled the order 8 days before my wedding. Part of us still hoped that it would make it in time, but thanks to the AWFUL GoVets support, obviously that's not the case.

Go Vets is a joke
Go Vets is a joke. I ordered material on-line and they charged my Credit Card immediately - I asked (and have the text) about the "Free Delivery" and was told less than 2 weeks. The order placed in November and I expected the material by Thanksgiving. When I inquired about the shipment - they sent me data from the shipping company stateing it was shipped. Then item did not arrive - attempted to track the package - then told by Go Vets that it was lost, asked for them to either replace or refund the money. I told them I needed this 2 Inch RGC for a project, and I could acquire from *** or *** locally - so provide refund or resent the item. Nothing but a royal run-around. I had to file a complaint with *** in January to get AMX to force the vendor to return the money. Now GO Vets claims that they could not honor the price - so it appears that this entire experence is nothing but a lie. I plan to inquire with the Florida DA as it appears that they took my money and now would not honor the price - but held up my money for 2-months with empty promises. Company is a fraud. Now price is 163.99 - not the quote of 66. Item is 90 dollars at real companies - buyer beware - I hate companies (like this one) who claim to be vet owned and then advertise items at a discount - then dont deliver.

On February 20, I was charged $357.07 for a Wardrobe Cabinet order.
On February 20, I placed an order for a Wardrobe Cabinet and was charged $357.07 to my account. The product arrived on Tuesday, March 23, in a damaged state, left at my home's curb. The packaging was compromised, and the cabinet was bent, making assembly impossible. I reached out to GOVets Support, provided photographic evidence, and was assured of a quick resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups and a promised shipping label for return, the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking a refund and collection of the damaged item.

On 1/5/2022 I ordered a printer *** The company charge my credit card and never shipped the item. They said that their website clearly state that they can do this. I never saw such notice and the company provided no indication that they would not ship item ordered but will charge your credit card. This is a bad business and takes advantage of older people who may not remember that they ordered . My husband is a Vet and we like to support veteran owned business, this does not give them the right to take money and not deliver products. They have earned money from my payment and own me the interest it cost me to finance the non-purchase if they choose to return my money.
I placed an order 1/8/2022 for extension cord $82. Took my money and blame the supplier for the item never being shippped. I called they don't answer, I've sent more emails than I even count, generic responses about the supplier and they will be contacting me within 2 days. No one ever contacts me. When I called they left me on hold for 20 mins before an announcement said no one was available. These guys are crooks. They will not refund my money and cancel my order.
Order placed 1/22/2022. Delivered on 1/28/2022. Box was in bad shape with holes that had been taped up. Handle ends screws and other parts were lost. I called the number on the box for returns. It took about an hour on the phone and credit was given. The next day I got an email from govets and called them. The lady in charge said she would call me back after contacting Grangers. She has not called me, and Grangers sent me the receipt with credit given to govets for $140. I have not got what I paid for and she has my money from the return. Order # was***. I think I was ripped off.

The driver called his office and they acted less than concerned that even though the driver had the invoice for the missing desks it wasn't their problem and to call Go Vets. I did then call Go vets and was told they would "look into it" and email me. The only reply I received was a duplicate email that said my order had shipped. I called again as was again told they would "look into it" and email me. Still nothing more than a repeat email that my order shipped. I also kept getting emails to review the quality of the desk I did not receive. After giving it a bad review due to not receiving it they emailed me asking what I wanted to do about the situation since it seemed my order was "lost". I replied that I still needed the desks as my office was opening in a week. Again no reply, no desks and no refund.

The people that were suppose to deliver the product claimed they tried to deliver it on MLK Day, but we were closed and the gate was locked. WE'RE A FARM! AND WE'RE ALWAYS HERE AND THERE IS NO GATE! So if you couldn't deliver it one day, does that mean you stop trying and just keep the product?! Everyone else in the world leaves the product on my porch. So just where DID you deliver my product?

the website indicated item is in stock ...the item in question is not customized and is standard items. when I placed the order on Jan 25, and then called to ensure availability, they told me item will not be available until Feb 17. At that time, I told them to cancel the order and refund my credit card, because Feb 17 was too late, and that the information on their web site was not accurate. they told me they could not cancel the order at that moment, but when their vendor confirmed the order, they would cancel. As of today, January 31, I have not yet heard back from them about the status of the order. E-mail, text, or phone calls are not answered. This vendor is has not provided accurate information about availability of the product, and is not responding in good faith to my request for refund.

I checked on the support ticket the next day (12/22) and they had closed the ticket with the response "*** has already shipped out" with no other information given. I have checked my Credit Card account and they have taken the money from me. This is the 2nd day after the promised delivery time, with no update on where my package is or a tracking number. Or any other information than: "its been shipped" Is this how a "Veteran" ran store is shows its true colors by treating the people who support them and give admiration by ignoring request and taking their money without delivering on their promise or answering a simple question?

I received a confirmation email and my Credit card was charged for $66.25 about 35 minutes later I received an email stating that they were out of stock but it was going to take 5-7 days before my account would be credited back for the $66.25. This seems like a SCAM‼ When I contacted the company about the issue their response was their policy when ordering states that any refunds would take up to 5-7 business days before it would credited back to my account. Here I am in 5 days just seems like they just need money and will get it how ever they can.

I have been trying, without success, to get an order cancelled since the day after I placed the order. On Dec. 22, I placed an order for a equine mounting block that was to be shipped out on Jan. 12th. I called the next day (Dec 23rd) to cancel this order. I received confirmation Dec 23rd and Dec. 24th that GoVets was reaching out to the supplier to confirm that the order was eligible for cancelation and that they would follow up with me in 1-2 business days. I received this same email on Dec. 26th. Dec. 28th my credit card was charged the order amount. I called their toll free number Dec. 30 to speak to a representative regarding the cancellation issue. The representative stated that the issue was being referred to their order specialist and that I would receive a response the next day. I called on Dec. 31st after not receiving any communication from the company and received the same response except that I would hear back from GoVets the same day. I have not received any response from the company regarding the cancellation status. The order page states that the item in non-returnable but does not mention an order can not be cancelled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am appalled at the lack of customer service. We ordered a file cabinet and received a desk. The box stated one thing, the picture on the box was different and contents not the same at all. We immediately called customer service to report this. They billed me, and said they would refund once they received the item back. They said it would be picked up to be returned within 24 hours and that was 6 days ago! Called every day, repeating the same thing and it is still in my living room! It is a huge heavy box. I'm so disgusted with this company. I will never use them or refer to them again. We still have not received satisfaction. They have my money and have not responded to getting this corrected. I'm outraged they use the name VETS to promote this business. Appalled!
I ordered a briefcase form GoVets and they charged me and then informed me they did not have the product and would give me a refund in a week. They can't charge me for the sale of products they don't have and they can't hold my money. If I want to take someone's money for a product I don't have, that is stealing. And if I want to hold people's money for a week or more, I have to pay high fees for that. I want my money immediately and I want payment for being lied to, stolen from and interest.
On August 2 in preparation for a new school year at our school we purchased 9 lockers. After months of discussion with them on the time it will take for the lockers to arrive, they finally arrived on September 21 severely damaged, all of them. We refused the order and sent them back while on the phone with customer service who explained that they would re-process the order and hopefully we will receive a discount. After another few months of constantly asking for updates, out of nowhere 2 of the 9 lockers we ordered were delivered. I have emailed this company over and over again for a status or a refund, calling is hours of hold time, what is going on with my order? Order number***. I ordered this product on 1/19. Everything was showing in stock and per the website should ship within 1-2 business days. I waited a week with no notification that my status of my product changing. The status of my order has always been received and has not ever changed to "processing" or anything else. I contacted their customer service 3-4 times regarding the status of my package and all I was told was that they would "reach out to their supplier." At one point I was told that there was a temporary backorder. At this point I submitted a cancellation request on 1/29 under the subject of "received a notice for backorder and desire to cancel the order." I reached out again today 1/31 as I was told the "supplier" would have to reach out to them to tell them how long the delay is. All I keep getting is that GOVETS does not know what is going on and that they are submitting "requests for updates" and out of all the requests they have supposedly sent I have not received one clear answer. I also notified the customer service rep today 1/31 that I submitted a cancel request due to backorder and he told me they do not accept that and I need to submit a plain cancel request for the order which would start the 2-3 business days the "cancel request" takes to process over. At this point, I know the product is backordered and I just want a refund and to cancel my order because I have lost faith that anyone actually knows where my order is and it was expensive ($436.12).

December 28 I placed an order for 10 Belt Racks. SKU: ***. The amount was 191.10 plus 12.71 tax for a total of $194.25 with free shipping. I paid with my company credit card. The order was shipped December 29. The order was delivered by *** on December 30. When I opened the box there were only 5 belt racks inside. I tried to contact the company by phone to report the shortage but was unable to speak with someone directly. I went to the website and started a chat with Luke. Advised him of the shortage error and that's when the run around began. All I wanted was for them to simply send me the 5 belt racks I was shorted. First they didn't want to believe that a mistake occurred. Then they wanted photographs, Then they told me they had to contact their supplier. After getting the runaround I just wanted a refund for the missing items. That was when I learned that they were simply the middle men in the process. All I know is that they accepted my money for the order and it was filled by a 3rd party. They got my money but putting the problem on their supplier. The shortage is between them and their supplier. My issue is your the one that got my money, I paid you not your supplier. I was led to believe I was dealing direct. You need to refund me my money for the 5 belt racks I did not receive and take up the issue with your supplier. I requested supplier info so I could contact them and was denied because they said they were not allowed to give out supplier info.

The product was on back order, which was okay with me as I was willing to wait. The order total was $99.24 so I threw the gift card away. On 3/2, I sent an email inquiry requesting an order status update. On 3/12, I finally received a response from Beth saying they would check into on ticket#XXXXXX. On 5/16/201, without any prior communication, I received an email that they had cancelled the order and had issued a credit to the gift card. I immediately replied that I no longer had the gift card and had they advised me of the order cancellation, we could have possibly made other arrangements for the refund as maybe a check request. After several phone calls, I was told this had never happened before and that they had sent the matter to their accounting department for resolution. I suggested they just charge the gift card again and then send me a check. After several phone calls, I was told it was still with accounting waiting for approval. Their story was always that it was with accounting but I couldn't speak to anyone in accounting. At this point I feel like they ripped me off by their poor customer service and lack of communication. I bought from this company because I am a vet and they are supposedly veteran owned. This whole thing seems like a scam to me and I just want my $99.24 back. Any help you can afford me would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to return a desk that was not as advertised. After 15 days of contacting customer service, the desk has still not been picked up for return. I purchased a desk that was advertised as the material being made of "engineered wood" but when the piece arrived it was particle board. The item arrived November 2nd at which point I contacted GoVets directly and they agreed to pick up the desk and process a return for a full refund. They told me the desk would be picked up the following day. I waited all day at home (I am a working mother of a toddler so this in and of itself is challenging) and no one came to pick up the desk. I contacted GoVets again and the same thing happened. They told me someone would be there the following day to pick up the desk. I, again, waited all day the following day at home and no one showed up to pick up the desk. This happened several times. Then I was told that someone would call me to arrange a date that worked for me to pick up the desk. I never received a phone call from a shipper. I then contacted a manager, Beth, at GoVets on a Friday afternoon (November 13th) who told me that she would email me her direct contact info (which she never did) and that she would arrange to have the pick up handled that weekend, as I informed her that I would be traveling beginning November 18th. It is now Tuesday the 17th of November and I have not heard anything at all from the company to pick up the desk in order to process the return. I am not going to pay for a product that is not as advertised that is well within my right to return, but unable to return due to the incompetence of a company to coordinate with a shipper.

June 17 $232.41 was charged to my *** account. June 27 The item was delivered to my house by***, but it was not the correct item. The item received was dark brown and black. June 27 tried to contact GoVets numerous times by phone and online without any success. June 27 I submitted a GoVets form online informing them that they shipped the wrong item. I requested that they provide a return goods shipping label and ship me the correct item or credit my charge card account. June 29 tried to contact GoVets by phone and online again with no success. so I submitted the GoVets online complaint form for the second time. June 29 Received an email from Tyler (GoVets support) that they are reviewing. June 30 I sent email to Tyler requesting an update. For the next week tried numerous times to contact GoVets without any success. July 7 filed a GoVets Return Goods Request form online Return *** July 10 finally had an online typing chat with with a GoVets support person with absolutely no satisfaction. They refused to send me a return shipping label so I can return the incorrect item. They also refused to ship me the correct item. And they refused to credit my charge card account. The person I was chatting with told me that a supervisor was not available and they were going to end the chat. I can submit any of the above documents if required.

They replied the next day, June 26,2020 that: Due to unanticipated high demand, the item is temporarily delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will keep you updated on the status of your order. Estimated Ship Date:07/15 We understand that this ship date is a ways away. We would like you to be aware that you still have the option to cancel this order. They never said the item was on back order, in fact that it was in stock so I cancelled my order and asked for a prompt refund. They replied "We are communicating with our fulfillment team to determine if your order is eligible to be canceled at this time. We will follow up with you by email when we have confirmation. Once we have confirmed your order is canceled, we will process a refund to your original form of payment" WHAT? Fullfillment Team? ELIGIBLE? then I get this " Your request has been updated. GoVets support staff will review your request and provide a response within 1-2 business days." On day 3 I had to send another email requesting their decision. "07.03.20-Hello, we have been notified by our Supplier that this item is out of stock and not available for purchase at this time. As you requested, your order has been cancelled. Your payment has been refunded, and you can expect to see your refund processed back to your form of payment within the next few business days. Please use coupon code GOVETSDIRECT for savings of up to $25 off your next order on GoVets.com. Thank you! The GoVets Team (trg)" A few seconds later "Your order #*** has been updated with a status of Closed. " WHAT?! Closed? What about my refund? Is the check in the mail? What do you consider a few days? Would like to be refunded for my order canceled on 08/14. Company has not responded to my status request other than a standard auto response. On 07/19, I ordered a shed from GoVets (Order *** On 07/21, I received an email stating that the status of my purchase was updated to "Processed," with an expected arrival of 08/03. On 08/03, I requested GoVets (through their chat) (request #***) that they contact me in reference to my order. I wanted to know the delivery status and who/when delivery would be made to ensure I was home to accept delivery. Benjamin through chat told me that he could not call right now, but we could chat. I asked the same information as stated in my original request. He stated that he just called the company and they stated it would be shipped today, but he did not have tracking information at the current time. He stated once he received an update, he would send it directly to me. I did not receive an update. On 08/06, I again requested a status update (request #***) since I hadn't received an update to my previous request. I received an email response that they had reached out to their fulfillment team and when they had more information they would send it directly to me. I again did not receive a response. On 08/14, I requested to cancel my order and be refunded my money via chat with Benjamin (Request ***). I told him that I was not please with the lack of processing of my order or the company's response (or lack of) with actual information on my order status (where it was and when it would be shipped, or even updates being provided on my account). This request was acknowledged via email on the same day. The email stated they were communicating with their fulfillment team to determine if my order was eligible to be canceled? Again, I was told they would follow up with me when they had confirmation that my order was canceled and they would process a refund to my original form of payment. I was given an estimated delivery date of September 21st. On September 24th the product had still not been shipped. I got in contact with their sales support team on this day and requested that they cancel my order and refund the money taken from my Heartland Federal Credit Union account. As of today Tuesday September 29th when I log on to my account at GoVets.com it says that my Order is Under Review. I have already ordered this product from another company and I would like my money refunded. Their sales representative Benjamin that I talked to 5 days ago, I confirmed with him to cancel my order and refund my money. There is nothing to review, that is why I'm making this complaint. All I want is my money refunded. It's not that hard.
