driver didn't turn up
I've booked our trip last night and the driver confirmed the trip via text msg. We've waited for him from 7:15am to 8am! Tried to text him and call but no answer! It's easy to text or just cancel my booking if he cant come, at least I can book another trip! I'm rushing to reach office because I have a meeting and I'm with my 3 y/o boy! I will understand if at least give some courtesy to say that he is not coming due to emergency or something! Do not commit if you can't! You don't deserved to be a driver of Uber or Grab or even a taxi! I hope they will ban you to drive Grab!
grabcar drivers attitude
I booked a hitch service with driver Thomas of handphone number: [protected] . He is a liar as he lied about his pick up time and car model.
He sms me that his car was on repair and he will be driving a honda fit to pick me instead of the BMW 5.15 series sedan car. How was I supposed to believe if its true or he got some scammer friend to come and pick me? Please verify this point with him so that other passenger will not succumb to his wrongdoings.
Next he called on my mobile to tell me he will be later than the pick up time and adamantly request me to wait for him till 945pm. I agreed.
The next second he cancelled the booking after putting down the call. He lied about the picking up service.
This kind of attitude shown by your grab driver is really irresponsible and unethical. How can he cancel a booking after so much hazzle and after I have waited for half and hour. His integrity is seriously questionable.
I demand an apology and compensation from the driver and the company.

We waited for 10mins and the driver was at the same place. We called and messaged but he cancelled the call and didn't reply. Wasted my time and had to pay 6 SGD for cancelling. Driver is Lee Kok Hua, plate number isbm SGX654D, trip was supposed to be from Hotel Grand Pacific to Albert Court but driver did not arrive for 10 mins and stayed in the same area. Wasted my time waiting and trying to contact the driver but to no avail. I got to my destination late and even had to pay the cancellation fee even though it's not my fault

I grab car. This man is working with grab car I always use this grab application and very good behavior all drivers and today I grab car and this car driver is rude with me I just drink water and he is tell me "heyyy stop drink I dont like you drink in my car" what is this its not good behave with any passanger so please remarks and possitive about this mail.

I am really very angry with your services. June 18, 2017 Sunday. I book a Justgrab and SJF 6409 R, Shakrobani B Kamin was my driver. It was stated a 2 min waiting time. I end up waiting for more than 10 min. When contaxct driver, he say he couldnt find his way. I try to help by giving him instruction. He was still lost. And he claim my instruction "was not good lah" perhaps all your driver has a freaking gps?! And when i ask him what to do now, he say cancel if i want. Cancel for his on problem and then i get charged?

complaining about the driver
I am an operator or my grab car and recently. I received a complain from a friend of mine that my driver Myron joseph segarra with the plate number of Vl 0479 is trying to contract my friend of a minimum fare from pacita san pedro laguna going to sm sta rosa laguna of 800 pesos and turning off the grab app and phone to make it private rent. My friend is complaining about the driver of over pricing.

I am complaining the driver.
I would like to file a formal complaint to Reynaldo Reyes driver of Toyota Innova ABR 2896. He was so disrespectful and rude to us when he knew that we have baggages with us, he told us that he can't accept the things that we have because it might spill in his car because we carry a jar of juice that time.
Grab should not allow this kind of behavior. It was late at night when we booked that trip and we were expecting that we will get in to the car when he arrived but I was wrong, instead of helping us with our things he refused to get us. It was very disappointing. It was my first time to experience that kind of behavior and it should not be tolerated.
Hoping to get some feedback regarding this complaint.

I would like to file a complaint against the Grab driver Jerome Robles Pabico who WAS so DISRESPECTFUL. His plate number is NR3062 with Booking code ADR-[protected] issued to King Laureola today, June 14, 2017.
Hope you had an enjoyable ride! Your slogan does not match with the manner by which your driver is behaving. I did not have an enjoyable ride. Really, I did not have an enjoyable ride AT ALL! Mr. Jerome Pabico even dared to say that he will accompany me if I want to file a complaint at your office. How disdainful and unbecoming of a Grab driver. He even said that I should have ridden a taxi because my daughter went down in Crossing. I don’t think it was a problem since it was along the way. He was also making an alibi that I should have informed him earlier that somebody will go down in Crossing to avoid accidents because he was on the left lane and he also added that a traffic officer may call his attention and might issue a ticket because my daughter got down. Even if my daughter went down in Crossing, she did not spend seconds to get down and it is a loading and unloading area. I do not think it was too much of a hassle. I know he wants to be paid more because he said there were 2 drop offs. He said I should have informed the Grab office. If it is along the way, I don’t think Grab will lose money and besides my colleagues and my friends do the same thing as well. I guess it was the ATTITUDE of your driver. Mr. Pabico even said that the customer should not meddle on which way to go. I beg to disagree. I pay for the fare even if it is a fixed rate. He acted as if he was doing me a favor. Your rates are even higher than that of taxis and Uber. You have competitors. You earn from your customers and there is a saying that the customer is always right. What if I tell my friends or in social media not to patronize Grab because of this terrible incident.
I am the mother of King Laureola and I would like to know if your drivers do have a seminar on how to be courteous or well-mannered with their passengers/customers. I am a customer and I HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO DEMAND. He stopped across St. Francis Church and did not bring me in St. Francis. I had to walk and cross the street and go up to where the church is located. What kind of service was that? Do you think it was ENJOYABLE that I have to walk under the heat of the sun? It is so disgusting.
I cannot just let this go hence this letter to your office. Hope you act on this and I know that this is not the image Grab would like. Besides, it is not a good image for Grab.
I do not know how Mr. Pabico was given a driver’s license.
Please investigate and make the necessary sanction. Drivers who are disrespectful should not be tolerated by your company and should not be given a driver’s license because it will cause you trouble and future accidents. It is not a good image for Grab.

To whom it may concern.
Its my 1st day driving as a grab car driver. I book a tribecar at 6 am in the morning. The day before i emailed support.[protected]@grab.com regarding my plate no of the car that i was going to drive with no response. In the morning i check the plate no in the app still never change. I called in and was told to email to ops.sg.[protected]@grab.com
I emailed at around 7 am and was told it will take an hour. But 9 am still the plate no have not been change. This is really a terrible experience for me.

On 13/6, at around 9.10pm I book for a grab share ride.. a driver accepted my call within 1 mins.. In the app driver was shown 2 street away from my block stating 3mins.. On the app, it was shown driver is still looking for a rider.. I totally understand sometimes estimated time cannot be trust due to traffic.. but driver was not picking up another passenger as I was the only acceptance he got.. I am not offended by the few mins that I was going to wait.. but from 9.15pm until 9.33pm driver was still shown at the same spot he accepted the call. I tried calling the driver twice but no respond.. tried sending a SMS to him using the app but no respond as well.. I understand Grabshare may be more time consuming as I took it almost Everyday.. At least the driver could respond to me saying if he was stuck with something or what I could have cancel the call on my end.. End up I got to wait till I cancelled the call myself.. Cancelling of calls will effect my booking records with grab.. so as a grab user almost everyday I hope Grab will do something about it and get back to me..

On the 13 Jun 2017. My Brother ask me to book grab for him. So I did . I did put under grab pay. So the trip from 136 Yishun ring road to T2 Changi Airport was SGD27 . The car plate number SLK609US. Driver name, Zulkifle Bin Ahmad . when my Brother reach there . And pay the driver another SGD27 in cash. I would to get my refund Or the amount back. This driver is not be Honest at all. How can you even hired somebody like him? So disappointed in grab. Please refund .

Date June 7, 2017 aroung 5:45-6:00Am. I booked grabcar from 45 Mabait QC to Phil Stock Exchange Ayala Avenue and Paul Bryan Lee Chua accepted. However, i noticed that he is not moving from his destination to pick up point. I called him 3x at [protected] but he did not reply. Then a few minutes he cancelled my booking. My initial impression is he is choosing destinations.
I patronize grab in favor of regular taxi and competitor bec of the service and no choosy drivers, but this morning I was very disappointed. Please discipline your driver members.
I noticed from attached screen shot that Paul Bryan Lee Chua has no reference number. Grab should not allow drivers without proper identification and reference number.

Hello Magandang gabi po. Gusto po naming humingi ng tulong sa inyo para kalampagin ang Grab Car Philippines. Ako ay isang operator ng grab car at ang kapatid ko naman po ang aking driver. Last May 22 po meron pong booking na lumabas sa cellphone ng driver ko na ang drop off po ay Jac Liner so in-accept po sya ng kapatid ko kaya lang po pagkatapos nya i-accept ang booking na yun bigla na lang po lumabas sa application ng grab na multiple drop off na yung pasahero at ihahatid sya sa cavite. So dahil hindi naman multiple drop offs yung tinanggap ng driver ko, itinawag agad ng driver ko ang pangyayari habang nandun pa yung pasahero para parehas silang hindi ma-charge. Kahapon po naka-receive ng text ang driver ko na na-charge kami ng penalty na 846. kahit pagkakamali ng system nila. Dahil po dito tumawag po kami sa hotline ng grab at sinabing kaya daw kami nagka-penalty dahil po nag email ang pasahero at nagreklamo na charge naman sya sa credit card nya. So parang ang nangyari, kami ang nagdusa sa pagkakamali ng system ng grab. Nabalewala ang agarang pagre-report ng driver ko ng dahil lang sa email ng pasahero. Nakakasama po ng loob kasi malaking halaga po yung penalty na nakaltas. Hindi po kami makaka-biyahe dahil kailangan pa namin mag load ng more than 1k para lang maging positive balance ulit kami. Sana po mapansin nyo po itong hinaing namin para makalampag ang grab. Kaming mga operator at driver ang nagdurusa sa pagkakamali ng system nila. Palagi na lang pong pasahero ang pinakikinggan ng grab. Paano naman po kaming mga operator pati na drivers. Kapag hindi ito naayos ng grab, ilalapit po namin to sa media para mapansin naman kaming mga operator pati mga driver.

On 28 May 2017 my family and I used a grabcar from Bras Basah Rd to Changi Airport. The driver's name was Ngan Cheuk Heng. The amount that I had to pay was SGD29.00. I paid in cash directly to the driver upon arrival. However, the same amount was also charged to my credit card. I request for a refund. The refund can be transferred to the same credit card. Thank you.
purchased grab credits and I can no longer log in
I purchased grab credits to avail of their promo wherein they would give 50% of the total credits bought, but after doing so, my grabpay credit was frozen due to a "balance" that I should not have in the first place because I have paid the driver of the said ride which was the reason for the balance, using cash. I logged out of the app thinking that it might be a glitch. When I tried logging back in, I always receive a log in error. This happened last April...until now, I am unable to log in. I have been emailing Grab's support since the start of this inconvenience but to no avail. No one has even bothered to reply except for 1 person who just acknowledged my inconvenience and then "nada".
I was charged at a higher price
I was heading from location A to B. It should take around 30 minutes. Upon boarding the car, I told the driver that I need to go to location C urgently, which was only 5 minutes away. I ask if I need to change the location on the app or do anything. He said no and just proceeded to location C, but I was charged at the premium price of going to location B.

exact location of pickup and drop point
For so many times we experienced the same problem with Grab's GPS locator. The system's exact locator of user was a failure or totally erratic. If Grab Bacolod is really concerned about improving their services, then, they should take a look on this one.
Do we really have to suffer because of the system's error or lack of versatility? They should have mend this one already. This is not a fault of the drivers. It is the system's.
To the admin of Grab, kindly look and check on this. Seriously, this thing is so disappointing. We hope that your locator will reflect the exact location of the user and automatically register it to the pickup location.

I use promotion code and grab share to my destination. It's below rm4. I grab share with other customer. When the customer that grab same car with me drop off. He did not pay. But when I'm drop off, grab car guy tell me I want to pay. because I choose cash to pay Ramadan promotion that customer choose grab pay so he no need to pay. I argue with him that I see the promotion write cash also no need to pay. but he not say like this and want me to pay all. I'm using grab share. it's share with other customer. correct? and I'm using promotion code
