My niece and were borderline stalked by the manager. The owner was present most of the time, so I assume he allowed this. The manager did not give me a 2nd floor room as I had booked, he instead put me in the room right next to his (he must live there). GrandStay Hotels / GrandStay Hospitality Unauthorized credit card charge

Hi, I was so excited for my stay at your hotel in Luverne MN over the weekend of October 22nd and 23rd. I was a host of a baby shower in Hills MN, so your establishment was perfect for me. I went to check in on Friday, October 21st around 3pm-4pm, and I was completely caught off guard when I was told that I had reserved the room for the week before but was a no-show. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I didn't make any reservations for a Thursday night in Luverne MN? I still cannot figure out what happened, but luckily I was able to book the room I wanted but it cost me about as much as my mortgage payment, lol.

I would really really like to get a refund on the $186.74 that was charged to my account. My only income is SSDI and my checking account is now in the negative and I am just praying that you will please, please work with me on this. I don't know if using Expedia is part of the problem, but from now on I will only be calling the hotel to book reservations.

Thank you for your time.

Again, this is not a complaint about the hotel itself, because I didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing.

Arrived in room to discover closet door broke and toilet running. Requested new room and was told no rooms available at our level. Had to taketank off toilet and fix every time we flushed. Reminded them at 6:30 am to fix these issues get back 13 hours later check at desk and they say think it is fixed. It was not. Offered to change room but we were...
