I called Green Dot Saturday (4 days ago) and told them my deposit was missing, when the issue was resolved on my end (transferred to a friends card) I called green Dot back to cancel my claim. They have still not cancelled my claim and have locked my card and my friends, holding onto all of our funds. When I call I get someone in India who is not help full at all. I sent my final request in today. Trying to figure out my next steps with my complaint against them. This is ridiculous!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

How do i unblock my green dot card if i am not able to log-in
I'm currently dealing with a blocked card for " suspicious activity" . They say they cant give me details due to the severity. Its been a week and 1 day since the block, sent my dl 3 times as requested. They keep telling me they're not receiving the email. I have money in my vault and apparently there's nothing i can do about it. All i get is it'll be unlocked in 2 business days. I dont know what to do
I purchased a green dot moneypak today and can only read the last 4 numbers. of the scratch off. All attempts to contact help want my 16-digit card number I can't give them that because I can't read it. I have wasted at least 2 hours trying to get this corrected. I don't even think this number has 16 digits. How can I contact a live person without knowing the number they want.
I would make sure you close the account. So last week they locked my card and went thru many people sent my ID to 2 different emails. I finally reached a rep on Sunday who un locked my card, and then my next deposit came in and they locked my account again. This time it was them saying that my payroll check was suspicious even though I have worked for the same company for a year and now it's suspicious. They didn't lock it the day the deposit was made but days later. I am still waiting on them to unlock it. This time I did make a report with my local police department.

Grewndot scared me they took 300 out money I loaded the card and later it said it was already registered and o couldn't use my card I lost 300 dollars and green dot is a scam they took my case then closed it after not even 3 days I'm tired of this mess o wa t my money back now !
I have account was closed because information got stolen. I've sent my id in they said they don't have it. I have funds in account. They gave me website to download but it ask for my card number when I put information in they can't find it because it's closed. Please help me to get my funds out.
