I had a fraudulent transaction on my account from Microsoft store. I called green dot to dispute the charges. The rep said no problem and deactivated my card. Then supposed sent me out another card. The card never got to me because there was some technical difficulties. The next week they sent me another card, everyday I called the card was shipped and I had to wait for this or that day. The fifth day I call there was another technical difficulty that transpired. So my called was "expedited" and was supposed to come in 3 business days. Still nothing. I have no money at all. I have my money deposited from work in to the money card (green dot bank). A rep just told me today to purchase another card then they would be able to send my money through the account that was just purchased. That was a lie. I have no money to even open up another account with any other bank. I am so stressed and hurt that something like this can happen with Walmart like this. I will be talking to a lawyer to process legal actions. They hangs up on and have me on hold for 1-2 hours at a time. I am so furious about what is happening. I have bills I am behind in and late fees are piling up. These people need to be in jail for the fraud they are commenting. These people are sadly mistaken if they think I'm not gonna get my money back.
Desired outcome: I will like to get my money out of the account and switch my money and deposits to a real bank. I have read multiple complaints that are quite similar to mine. This is so wrong what they are doing.
