After my contract ended I immediately jumped ship and went with a definitely better company for the reasons below:
1) Not interested in promoting or maintaining good public relations (as noted by low ratings, and personal contact)
2) Overpriced for "100% Green Energy" - others offering 100% are consistently cheaper
3) Not interested in working with bill payment options (personal experience)
4) Overall low customer rating with most not likely to recommend this provider
5) Not BBB accredited (you decide on this)
6) Only positive note is bill arrived on time every month

Recommendation: Check other providers first, you will likely find better providers
