Guardian Torch is supposed to be all weather and water proof, but my light stopped working after only 2-3 months. When I opened it up, it was filled with water - I mean, I had to pour it out! I reached out to the company, but they said it was past the 30 day warranty. If that's the case, they should only advertise it as waterproof and weather proof for 30 days, which is just silly. I'm hoping for a replacement or refund.

I got these Guardian Torch lights for my house and they were supposed to be good for any weather. But now I got three of them that got wet and they don't work anymore. I didn't even open them, just hung them up outside. The company won't help me out because I didn't buy the extra warranty. I don't think I should have to buy extra stuff if the product is supposed to work. My advice is to look for something else and don't waste your money on this one.
This is the worse experience I've had in a long time with a company. I placed an order on June 1st. Never received an update on shipping. I called on Thursday, June 11th and was informed that my order would ship on Friday, June 12th or Monday, June 15th and that I would receive shipping confirmation then. As you guessed, still no order shipping confirmation. I have emailed several times and I only get the generic email reply back. I have called several times and left several voicemails because I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone since my first time calling. I'm not sure how they are in business with such lackluster customer service, communication and leadership. This type of performance or lack thereof has nothing to do with a pandemic and everything to do with piss poor management and performance. I placed my order four weeks ago, that's twenty-eight whole days and I still don't know where my order is or why it hasn't shipped. I hope all potential future customers read the reviews and understand this is not a company that values your business and definitely do not have standards for customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM of a COMPANY

This company is a scam. I ordered a spotlight on 11/26 and still haven't got it as of today 2/10. I called three times for a refund and each time I got "Kay" who sounded like a different person. All three times they gave me the run-around with answers like "I'll have a manager call you back tomorrow" or "I'll email you with the tracking number." But, of course, nothing happened. I tried to be polite, but this is just stealing now. Be careful! They have fake responses on their social media channels with "happy customers"...don't buy from them.

I bought 4 Guardian Torches but they charged me double and sent it to Brightology. I had to argue a lot to get the right price and they didn't give me a receipt. I saw bad reviews so I called back to cancel but they said it was already shipped. I told them to refund me because they didn't give me a receipt or shipping order. They agreed to refund me 80% and it will come next Monday. I paid $20. I don't like how they do business, it's not professional and pushy. I think this product won't work. Always check for phone number, email and 30-day guarantee. Look at reviews before buying.

I got 4 Guardian Torches for $139.71. I never got an email saying they got my order, which was weird. They said it would take 5 days to get here but I got a message on 12 Oct 201l saying the package had a problem. I clicked the link but then I got suspicious. I went to the store and they said that *** doesn't send texts. I told my bank not to pay them and I'm gonna send the stuff back. I called them 3 times but they put me on hold and then hung up on me. They're not good and I only give them one star cuz they picked up the phone.

Hopefully this will save someone else time and money. I ordered from them June 13th they charged my cc, then 3 weeks later I contacted them to see where my items were they told me they are on back order. I asked them to cancel my order (frustrated that they dont let you know its on back order) but yet charge your cc anyways. Then tell you they can't cancel your order bc it needs to be cancelled within 24 hours of being ordered. I checked there website everyday for a tracking number prior to contacting them. This is basically a scam company and you would be wise to steer clear of them.

If it is possible to give a zero review I would...Evidently I am not the only person who was told that it would be shipped between 8 to 15 days..Im working on day 23 and they dont even know when or if it will be shipped. Every time I email them they have a different excuse...Dont try to call them because they dont answer the phone..They have used the excuse of covid19 which i feel is inexcusable and then they say they have so many orders that they are trying to get to them..They cant even give me a routing number of the package...I will be getting in contact with credit card company to contest the charges...Good luck to anyone else who has dealt with these losers but then again they are probably sitting back laughing at all the anguish they are causing people who ordered in good faith

I was trying to track an order, I can not call because the listed phone number isn't accepting phone calls How do i reach customer service?
This is seriously unreal, now i'm told this is too short so now I need to have more to say about this issue. I was straight to the point: I NEED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, [protected] IS NOT ACCEPTING PHONE CALLS AT THIS TIME!

So, I had a problem with my Guardian Torch security lights
So, I had a problem with my Guardian Torch security lights. I emailed them on 12/11 to tell them that 12 of my lights weren't working because water got inside them. I also told them that a Christmas light I bought from them didn't work. But they never got back to me. So, I complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com in January 2022. The ComplaintsBoard.com told me that Guardian Torch would reimburse me for the Christmas light, which they did. But they also said that Guardian Torch would replace the 12 defective lights. It's now 2/3/22 and I haven't heard anything from Guardian Torch about the replacement lights. I've sent them 2 emails, but they haven't replied. I need those lights to keep my property safe, and I've been waiting since December 11 for them to be replaced. This is the second time I've had to complain about Guardian Torch's customer service.

June 18: I requested refund of the total amount taken out of my bank account. June 28: I received email saying delivery would be 7/7-7/8. Today (7/15) I called and requested refund. Was told they cannot refund total amount. I am currently on hold with the State of California consumer fraud division.
