The WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of “working with.” I submitted a claim on in June and have heard NOTHING from this company. I have called numerous times to check the status for updates because they never did via call or email. Every-time I called to talk to a supervisor “all supervisors are busy at this time ma’am.” At least 4 times I have heard that story. Every representative I have spoke to (many) have been extremely rude and unhelpful. In particular a representative who works with the processing department was rushing me off the phone, states I received an email from guardsman on 8/7. I was scrolling through my emails to confirm and there was no such email. While I was looking for said email he was huffing and puffing and telling me he will just send me a new one because “ I have to keep this call moving.” This same representative then said he was sending me an email to email documents to , didn’t even have the decency to stay on the phone with me to MAKE sure I received his email (I asked him to) because as I’ve stated I have had ZERO contact from them regarding my claim. The only information, if I get information, is from me calling numerous times with NO resolution. Unfortunately the furniture store where we purchased our living room set has been having to escalate this claim on our behalf.
Desired outcome: Fix my furniture!!! I paid for this plan! Fix your customer service personnel’s attitudes they are terrible. Don’t lie about emails being sent that were obviously not received.
