Gymboree promo code for international orders

I've been a long term customer but had way too many problems ordering this time. Now that the shipping section has changed, the website doesn't operate as smoothly. I submitted the 'holiday' promo code however it doesn't work. Neither does the 'newyear' code listed on the homepage. The shipping section is also checking my order out as a guest despite my login through the Gymboree site. There should be an email address to contact with problem, not an international phone number. Not sure I'll order through Gymboree again if this error can't be fixed. With a poor exchange rate it's just not worth it either.

Gymboree delivery of product

Order #[protected] placed December 10. This is now December 28, still have not received. You claim it will be here on the 29th. NOT exceptable, needed this for Christmas, like you said. (Shipped in 10 days). Will not rely on your company again. Will be returning this item. Went to a more reliable store. These were a pair of size 7 pant for my Grandson. Gymboree international customer service

I am a Loyal Customer from Australia. Yet the recent customer service has been the worst ever from any online company I have ever experienced! I ordered a few items plus 3 coordinating outfits for my 3 children of different ages. I received an email a few days after my order informing that one of the coordinating items was out of stock. Within 5 minutes I emailed to request that the other coordinating items be cancelled unless there was another appropriate size in the dress out of stock in the size I ordered. I attempted to call yet had to hang up after a long wait on 3 separate occasions. It took days for an email reply which was unhelpful, offered no solutions. I wrote back with a few solutions of my own. Again I waited for days, to be told on this occasion they would cancel the whole order. Yet that's not what I wanted. I still wanted the other items that I had purchased that aren't the coordinating outfits. I attempted phone contact again. I have emailed again with no response! I have NEVER come across such a lack of care for a customer, a lack of attempts at a reasonable solution, which there are a few in my opinion. I made the suggestions yet never were my suggestions addressed. So they cancelled the whole order so now I will have none of the items at all! I was dealing with a customer service officer by the name of Karli. Gymborree- you have serious customer service issues which eventually will impact on your business. I'm totally shocked and disappointed. Certainly with no offer of compensation of any form to keep me shopping with you after all of these years. You will lose customer after customer!

Gymboree order # [protected]

We ordered Grand Children Christmas presents totaling $ 237.96 and employee had items totaling $ 237.96 to Spokane Washington. We took great care in making sure the employee had the correct zip code in Spokane.
On December 19th, 4 days before Christmas the box shows up on our front porch in Clarksville Tn ! WHAT A DISASTER ! These people are really;
A .Stupid; or
B.Incompetent.

A phone call, after waiting 37 minutes claimed we ordered online and made the mistake. NOT TRUE, I PAID CASHS IN THE STORE !
I have ask to be remove from your coupon mailing list. DO NOT USE THIS STORE !

Gymboree children's clothes/order

I placed an order last week Saturday morning. My order has been in progress for 9 days now! I have called numerous times, been on hold over an hour each, to not speak to anyone! I have submitted 2. Email inquiries to find out where my stuff is, to not be responded to either! My money has been taken for the items, and I feel as a paying customer I should be treated better. At this point I'm sure my things won't be here by Christmas, . Not to mention I feel something very shady is going on. If my money has been collected, no product and no customer service to speak of! Terrible

Gymboree service

I made an order on 12/16/16 about 6pm and i paid for gift box and wrapping but website never gave me an option to choose a gift receipt instead of a regular one. I couldn't even send gift message. Once the order was submitted i never received a confirmation nor an order number. So i called customer service department and i was on hold for 35 minutes until an agent responded. I spoke to Jen and i asked her about my confirmation and order number she stated the system wasn't able to generate one when i placed my order. Then i asked her about the gift option which i paid for and she said she cannot modify my order or options to add gift receipt or message. So i told her to cancel my order if i can't change anything which i paid for and she also told me she cannot cancel my order. She said its too late to do anything. I told her how is that possible it has not even close to 24hrs and i never received anything about my order and never given the option to send gift receipt nor message. This company is completely irresponsible and unreliable. How can this possibly be happening. I this order canceled if the mistakes are not taken care of. So basically you get charged but nothing gets done.

Gymboree online ordering

I am never shopping here again! I ordered my son a Christmas onsie on December 6th, 2016. They proceeded to charge my account 3 times. I tried calling within the hour to get the charges takes off my account, was on hold for over 10 minutes. I called my bank and they took of 2 of the three charges because I still wanted the item. The 3rd charge did not process later that day and was then dropped by Gymboree. The next day December 7th I tried to order the same item again. The order processed for a WEEK! Gymboree then dropped the charge again! I tried calling them to address the issue and was on hold for OVER 30 minutes, and still no one answer. I tried more than one service line after being on hold for so long and nothing. Some customer service you guys have! Lost my business!

Gymboree dresses/clothes

Gymboree website has got to be the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I ordered clothes online and after a long time i tried calling them and emailing them on why my stuff has not been shipped yet. I call and im jus on hold forever noone picks up the phone or answers emails ever! The stuff i ordered is for christmas presents and i cant get a hold of customer service to find out anything

Gymboree worst salesperson ever?

I went today to Gymboree at Walden Galleria looking for dressy outerwear for my daughter. The girl on the register won't check the price for 2 items that I asked for, she estimated the discount. I was fine until I told her to cash me out and all the sudden she told me : oh I know you, I recognized you. At one time you were rude to me. I was really shocked, what is she saying? I said I'm sure it's not me, how come? I am never rude to anybody ! And after she told me : you were rude when you tried to return a worn and washed dress ...
oh my God, what is she saying this girl and I don't have time for her because I live in Buffalo and I was in rush to take my daughter to her swimming class. I said it's been long time I didn't come to this store and that was the truth. She answered oh yeah it was long time ago and I don't forget. And she insisted it was me.
I really was mad but I was in a hurry that I didn't want to answer her and another girl was standing next to her.
This black girl who told me that seemed hyper and really rude and mean herself. But I said I will write a complaint or a review about her because she was real bad and very sure of herself and not professional at all.
I will never go back to this store because I was really hurt and it is not the way how you cheer your customers. But this girl need to learn a lesson, she is the most mean sale person I ever met in my life!

Gymboree the worst!

I have purchased from Gymboree and my order got lost. That's when the whole thing started. I contacted Gymboree support service and they said that my order was shipped and was on its way. They said one and the same thing every time when I contacted them, but time passed and I finally realized they were lying all the time. Later they finally told me what really was going on and when I asked them to find my order they said sorry they already did everything what was possible. And the worst thing was that they refused to refund me! This is a pure scam!

Gymboree online order not received... status says completed

I shopped online on black Friday and I am still waiting for the delivery. When I checked track my order, it says completed.

I am unable to contact customer service. The email keeps coming back. It never gets delivered. I am not even sure that the Gymboree website has the correct email address. No one picks up the phone. I have spent 20 $ just calling and waiting. The number goes to somewhere in India. The customer service number seems to be wrong too. I have no idea who to contact and whether I will get my package.

Just waste of money. I have shopped with Gymboree before but I am not gonna do that anymore

I had the same problem when you get a hold of someone they will tell you to file a dispute with your credit card company. the worst customer service. They then sent me an email asking me to review my experience. This was my comment in the review... Tracked package it went all over the country for a week when I called customer service I was told to file a dispute with my credit card they were not concerned that this was a Christmas gift not received they were not willing to ship another one very very Rude . I had to go to Macys to RE buy the items so they could be shipped to my grandchildren who are overseas in the military. and then I received another email with this message from them... Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet our guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish your review next time!
so they refused to publish my review so NO ONE knows just how bad their customer service is. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Gymboree worst experience ever!

I purchased three cute dresses from Gymboree website. It took a long time to get my order and I was very happy when I finally received it. Two dresses were ok, but the third one was way too small for my daughter. I sent Gymboree a messages asking for a replacement and also sent a couple of pictures. They did not reply. Then I found their phone number and called. Their rep was very rude, he said that they know about my message and that they will reply when they will have time for that. Weeks passed and there was no reply. I called again and they said that they will not replace anything and that was their final decision. Worst experience ever!

Gymboree exchange

I brought some items, but they did not have some of the correct sizes I needed. I told the manager would it be a problem to exchange them for the right sizes when they finished putting the rest of the clothes out another day. She said no problem. I went three days later to exchange the clothes. The sales person OLGA was so RUDE and accused me of stealing a after I spent over five hundred dollars. This was the worst service ever. Customer service was no help either. This is a bogus company

Gymboree boston/chestnut hill

11/10/2016 at 3pm, i went to Gymboree in chestnuthill mall boston to return 2 items which i bought 2 days ago. I had the tags and receipts with me. During the process I was one and the only customer . While the sales person trying to make the return the other sales person seemed available and i asked her whether there is a small bag or not? The one who is dealing with me opened her eyes wide and shouted at me and said i had to wait, she was dealing with the return first. I got shocked and said i didnt ask her, i asked the other woman who seemed available. How rude and impolite treatment it was. This was a good sign for me to understand not only the quality of the management but also the quality of the products. I will never ever go to that store again. The other think is the poor air conditioning system every time i go there. May be it was one of the reasons of why the sales persons are always nervous in that store.Very unfortunate shopping.!i should have stopped shopping from this brand before.

Gymboree robbed

www.gymboree.com is the worst website I have ever used. Purchased some items from them and they charged more. When I contacted customer service they said their prices changed. How's that even possible? I put everything into my cart and when I paid prices were already different! What a joke. I asked them to cancel my order but they refused and said that was not possible since my order was already pending. What? I contacted them right after I made my order and my order was already pending they said! These people are terrible!

Gymboree worst customer service

I purchase clothes from store at Austin week ago, today I stop by outlets and found the same clothes in one size bigger I needed it exchange ! but they refused to do so I called the customer service that representative was so rude and did not want to pass to her manager and did not want to help me I ask to have her telling care manager called me back I got called back from sales supervisor 😡! She left me a voice message: “Hi this is Joreg from my gym Louis management team so I'm calling back for Mira area so I do apologize if I was not available and asking for a supervisor earlier and this is regarding the items that you _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ for _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ trying to exchange it _⁠_⁠_⁠_ so I _⁠_ apologize uh but _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ cannot accept um items that that searches for an outlet store and exchange _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ to a regular store or retail store but _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ would be more than happy to assist you or help you with _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ this issue so if you _⁠_⁠_⁠_ the one to give me a call back and I can provide you my extension number is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ "

I live 20 miles away for closest store to and I explained my issue ! But obviously they don't care there policy is more important of customer making a customer day 😬 it's not worth it I would never ever shop at that Gymboree again, and strongly not recommend it to anyone

Gymboree wrong information

To whom it may concern:
In the month of June I have visit for the first time a Gymboree Store I went inside the Store and I told the attendance that it was my first time in the Store and she help me fine some Cloth for my niece and her friend, I work very hard to get my money so I try to spend wisely this day I have bought 2 outfits for my niece and friend and I was around $80.00 worth in merchandise and the employee told me if you spend $20.00 more dollars you will get $50.00 dollars in merchandise if you come back from the 12-17 of July, so I went back and complete my purchase for $105.00 she never said you need to spend $50.00 more to get $50.00 so I was very dissatisfy when they told me today I need to spend more money to redeem my coupon, this is not right employees are to inform customers in the correct way. Melissa was her name in Westfield Citrus Mall at Tampa. She even write on the coupon the amount of money I cut redeem on July never mention is a promotion if you spend more money and I ask her twice. Today I have spoke to Asst Manager April that apparently stated that she was new and did not know how to solve the problem she have call The Manager over by a phone and the manager Melissa told me to read the Coupon when I was really trying to explain why I was unhappy with the Company and how they give wrong information. My Name Is Emily Figueroa cal # [protected] please get back to me I really like the Store and It will be sad to avoid going to the Store. I have my ticket and coupon if needed.

Gymboree refused to refund

Bought two items from www.gymboree.com and decided to return them. When I called they said that I need to contact their customer service team and gave me another phone number. I followed the instructions and called. The person on the phone kept telling me that refund was not possible and offered me a replacement. I said that I'm not interested in doing business with them any longer and demanded my money and they refused again. Then I told that I need to speak with their manager and they said that manager was not able and that he did not have so much free time to waste it on speaking with customers. I'm very disappointed with Gymboree and will never buy anything from them again!

Gymboree terrible website and customer service.

I have ordered several items from Gymboree website and because of the poor quality I decided to return everything. First of all I contacted Gymboree customer service and asked if it was possible to get a refund and the answer was yes. After I returned everything back I waited and waited but there was nothing from Gymboree! They did not call or email me, nothing but silence. Then I called myself and spent over three hours on the phone arguing with one of their reps. The did not want to refund me and refused to explain why. They just said that it was their final decision and that's all. Well, long story short, I wasted my precious time, but in the end they finally agreed to refund me!
I do not recommend this company, they are highly unprofessional and very dishonest people. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

Gymboree poor customer service.

I was shopping around with my four year old niece today, 5/7/2016, at Westroads Mall in Omaha Nebraska. I wanted to purchase some new summer sandal shoes for her very active little feet. We went in to Gymboree and started looking around. I noticed two employees working but not one of them went out of their way to greet us or ask us if we needed help. While I understand employees get busy, this behavior was unacceptable to me, and rude to say the least. Of course I left without buying a thing and your help looked clueless! I think you need to train your employees better because you lost a potential customer and will be telling my friends about how rudely I was treated there!
