I am honestly so lost for words right now with the service received from Habbo.com. First they ban me permanently for purchasing seeds to compete in a competition advertised with prizes to be won in game. They then you announce that I have won 1 of the 3 trophies given out for a different competition, and soon as they realised that my account is banned (unfairly with no justification and no proper response to my appeals might I add) they have updated the winners list and I am no longer a winner. This whole ordeal is so upsetting for me and has caused me so much stress and upset.

The trophy that was rightfully mine is very valuable and such a great symbol of honour for such a great achievement which I had won but now since been disqualified because I am banned for no real reason and now I’ve been kicked while I am already down with this news.

The way they have treated me is so unfair I did not deserve any of this I have asked many times for somebody to look into my appeal properly and see that I have done nothing wrong but am constantly just given automated and copied and pasted response, nobody looks into any evidence I provide or even bother to address anything I write to them it’s just always the same responses and I still have not been given any reason for my ban.

I need my account unbanned and I also now need to be awarded my prize for the wired competition that I rightfully won but has now been taken away from me because of their mistake. I cannot comprehend how evil Habbo are treating me I have not done anything wrong and if they actually looked into this properly. They would see that for Themself. I did not deserve any of this.

Habbo are refusing to acknowledge anything I am saying or any evidence I am providing, they have quiet clearly have not investigated this properly, or they would be able to see quiet clearly that I have not committed any offence especially not one to warrant a permanent ban. I have taken so much time and effort to piece together my appeal and respond to the same ridiculous replies multiple times hoping for a real human response to no avail.

I have provided evidence to show that I have followed the rules at all times during the days leading up to my ban to Habbo and they have disregarded this completely. As in a court of law, evidence admitted must be considered and looked at in the event that it is available.

Habbo have stated that as I traded plant seeds in large quantities that I have used third party tools to do so but if they knew anything about the mechanics of the game that they supposedly represent they would know that these items can be traded in excess of 2000 pieces per trade using nothing but the games user interface. How is it that they can deem I am to be permanently banned for purchasing and trading items legitimately using only the games client itself?

I have raised this multiple times and asked for my case to be forwarded to the head of your department as I obviously cannot get through to the service agents that they have made a mistake, and that is my right to request that somebody with authority and respect for their customers which they lack, looks at my case and provides a real human response after actually checking into my appeal properly.

Thank you for taking my complaint and I look forward to hearing a response and hopefully I can get a resolution to end the awful sega I am being put through.

Desired outcome: My account (user Missing#)to be re-instated and to receive compensation for the prize that I rightfully won which was taken away due to being banned unfairly (wired trophy and designers easel).

hope you get your account back more or less same thing happened to me banned for no reason but then respond with just automated emails telling me i can create a new habbo
