I have been a loyal customer of Hanna Andersson for years. I have to say your delivery method for international customers thru border is a nightmare. You should not serve international customers because you are not able to. Details follow
I entered the address correctly but it took some information from the prior address. The correct address for delivery is Ranjani Srinivasan, Drakenbergsgatan 57, 117 41 Stockholm. it does not allow me to change the order address. There is no change in the country or the city. however for some reason there is a swiss canton in the address i. e Vaud which is wrong and there seems to be a 1 after the 57 which it picked up from an old address
I also talked to the customer service representative yesterday morning your time who assumred me an email would be sent confirmting this change. no email for your organisation. I have also sent 3 emails to you and no repsonse

Get in touch with Hanna Andersson's customer support once more but this time provide the corrected address and draw attention to the problems pertaining to the address input. Would you kindly be able to send me a confirmation email immediately mentioning the previous non-responsive status?
